Could not be more pleased with the level of service this company offers and wish I would’ve signed up with them a long time ago. I was doing dog boarding in my home so the number of dogs using my yard in a given week would vary and Pet Scoop was very reasonable and fair in determining what to charge for each week.Setting up service was super easy and they came out within a few days for first cleaning. I saw a staff member at one cleaning and she was great with the doggies I had in my yard and the lady who answers the phone was always so nice and helpful. I swear this is the very best money I spend!! I have used Pet Scoop on and off for around 5 years (I have moved a lot and didnt need to use them when I lived in an apartment). My experiences with both setting up and stopping service have been five star. The people who come to remove the pet waste have been friendly and on time. I get an email when they are finished so I always know when they have been there. Their service is affordable (Ive used it for both one and two dogs) and they offer different frequencies for how often you would like them to come clean your yard. If you are on the fence at all just know that I highly recommend this service!! It alleviates me of a chore I do not enjoy and the anxiety that goes along with it and now I always know my yard is clear of pet waste from my beloved pups.

They were quick to respond to my request for services and have been great since! I work from home as well and they are always quiet and professional when they arrive. I forgot about the service the first week and let my dog outside while they were scooping who of course had to go check out the scooper that was here and they were so nice and said hello to my dog.Edit to add: they do allow my dog out while scooping, hes just so hyper and large I dont want him to be in their way

A friend found herself needing to live with us for a few months. As a dog family, we happily added her dog to our pack but quickly noticed the increase in the number of the poop piles in the backyard. I signed up with Pet Scoop and it has been one of the best services I have ever used. Zach arrives promptly and always does a great job. This girl comes flying through the neighborhood. She does not stop at the stop sign every time. No regard to children playing. Very unprofessional considering your advertising a business on your vehicle. Maybe they do great cleanup but they might kill someone on the way over.

I rarely leave reviews but this service is top notch. They have cleaned our backyard at two separate house (arvada and erie). It makes such a difference and really takes a chore off our hands. They arrive exactly when scheduled, enter through the backyard, our dogs love them now. They just throw treats at them, even when our dogs are barking at them. Great service! Theyre always on time and I love it that deliver note letting you know they cleaned your yard. If for some reason youre not able to clean your yard like excessive snow. They will still leave you a note tell you why they could were able to clean your yard and then theyll come back and clean up for no extra charge. If my dog is in the backyard the Pet Scoop person are always sweet and friendly towards her. I love this service and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

They are totally professional, do a really good job and my dogs just love the girl who comes out. The latch on our gate recently failed and one of our pups got out and was killed by a car. When Pet Scoop learned about it they came out for free while it was snowing and put heavy duty latches on both gates. To say that they are an amazing company doesnt do them justice. They are fantastic and I would highly reccomend them.

Pet Scoop goes above and beyond to help you take care of your yard and dogs. They have sent notices when I’m on vacation and it doesn’t appear any dogs have used the yard, they also keep you updated when there are weather issues or any other reasons they can’t pick up waste. I have a gate that I would occasionally forget to unlock and they found a way to work with me on keeping the gate locked but still allow my service provider to have access to my yard without any inconvenience to me. I have transferred my service each time I’ve moved and it’s always a seemless experience.
