Paul who I spoke with for my original quote was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating with changes to my original estimate of junk. Victor and the gentleman he came with (sorry I forgot his name!) arrived right on time and gave a heads-up on ETA. They were so friendly and quick with removal services. Their prices are also very transparent and resonable. 10/10 would recommend.

These guys are way better than 1-800-GOT-JUNK. For starters, their prices are more reasonable. Further, they provide the exact same service. I set up my appointment weeks in advance and they showed up right on time. Victor and Justin (who hauled away my junk) were polite and professional. They answered all my questions and explained their pricing carefully. I even ended up paying less than the initial estimate on the phone. I can’t say enough about this company. When I called to get more information on my project costs, I ended up speaking with Paul, the owner. He was friendly, extremely informative, and really helped me make the best decision based on what I needed for my project clean up. I initially spoke with Paul on the phone on a number of occasions with questions about their pick up service, as I had to clear out my parents house after they recently passed away. It was a difficult time and Paul was incredibly kind and helpful, as well as informative and professional every time I spoke with him. Not only do these guys have the best prices, I chose them because of how kindly I was treated on the phone. When I booked the service, again with Paul, it was easy, fast and hassle free. When Justin and Chico showed up, they were right on time and actually called me before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. They were equally as kind and helpful as Paul (where does this company find these great guys?!). On top of that, they were friendly, funny and hard workers! I had several heavy items that Justin and Chico picked and threw in the truck as if the items weighed nothing. They also worked amazingly fast! Unprofessional, I called them to give me a price on removing things from my apartment, They do work for the company I worked for and I thought it would be nice to give them some extra work. I had not told my company yet that I was leaving because this was a moth out and I was just getting a price so that I could get things in order. Not only did I never get a price back but he called my then boss and told her I was leaving the company. We were leaving do to Covid19 and my husbands breathing issues from being in a coma with it. They not only cost both of us pay but left hard fillings with the company. Very unprofessional, would not recommend using them if you have to trust them...

I have to give these guys a high rating just based off their customer service alone. I requested an appointment online late Friday night (well after their business hours) and noted that I had to be out of my rental unit that weekend and was looking for someone to come remove some items for me. To my surprise I got a response back that night, letting me know they wanted to reach out quickly due to my note about needing to be out of the house. Unfortunately I was unable to use their services due to them being booked up, but they recommended another company for me in my area that was able to assist. Top notch customer service and care, even when they knew they wouldnt be getting the business. I would have to imagine based on this experience that their services would be no less than spot on.

Great service. I called and left a message on a Sunday and Paul quickly returned my call. He explained that they do not pick up on Sundays because the dumps are closed but they would pick up early Monday morning. Of course I would be at work when they came so we agreed that my family would move all of our junk to the driveway where it would easily be accessible to them while no one was home and they even gave me a discount! Wonderful service! I had an old hot tub and swamp cooler removed from my house.
