Be careful renting here. This location lied to me about the level of gas they put on the paperwork, which was different from the level of gas in the vehicle. I trusted them and got charged an extra $200 because of it. Maybe this is something penske systematically does to rob people. Maybe its not. Anyway be careful working with this company and especially this location

The employee who helped us was great, but they were understaffed so it took too long, the shocks on the truck are worn out and the interior had obviously not been cleaned even though we were told it was sanitized. There were food crumbs, French fries and popcorn all over and when I wiped down the surfaces my antibacterial wipe was filthy. The outside of the truck hadnt been cleaned either. Not a great experience....

My first time using Penske truck rental on Friday October 26, 2018 and I will never use any other agency besides Penske.The absolute best #1 in customer service, complete professionalism, showed their true colors as human beings and the only way business should be run.The lasting impression my experience will have is definitely priceless.I will never forget and definitely highly recommend Penske.Dont even bother renting from anywhere else, they cant compete!

This morning I was surprised by a $94.00 charge on an old Penske bill - for a truck I had returned 20 days ago. I called this Penske location, because it was where we dropped off the truck. A young man named Marcus was very helpful - he pulled up my account and e-mailed me a copy of the new charge. He also gave me the phone number for his supervisor in case I had further questions. Well, I did have further questions. So I called the supervisor and left a message. No answer. An hour later, I called again, left another message. Still no answer.I didnt expect much, I just figured that I could get a little more information, or at least a direct number for customer service. But he never called me back.I started to go through phone numbers at the Penske website, and after a number of dead-ends I was finally connected with customer service. A man named Juan saw right away that there had been a mistake. He apologized on behalf of the company, and refunded my money.I still havent gotten a call back from that supervisor, hours later. My problem is over, its been solved, but Penske? They still have a problem. After spending nearly $900.00 on a rental truck, I deserved a return phone call that never came. Marcus and Juan did right by me, but this other guy is the kind who will drive Penskes business away.
Run a moving company that rents trucks occasionally. This location needs help. They are understaffed and I have to wait at least 30 minutes every time I pick up a truck and that’s with a reservation. Use different companies and locations when I can but sometimes this place is my only option. Employees are always nice and helpful but seem overworked and beaten down by the volume they are having to serve.
I move a lot. Another good experience with Penske. The location is a little strange, and the office area is barren except for one guy sitting behind a desk. The employee there was very nice though, and made returning my truck and trailer after a cross country move a breeze.
Very impressed with this companys professional customer service. It made moving very easy and stress free. Im glad I went with these guys rather than Budget.
Great service, staff was very helpful and kept the shop open past closing to help us get the truck we needed.
They waited until we showed up to pick up the truck to tell us about a $100 deposit (during the snow storm) that they COULD NOT just swipe our card to get. Because we paid with cash, we now needed to find an ATM. Penske is full of it, as is most of my familys Denver experience.

This place is a joke! They (Mareva) charge your credit card and do not complete the transaction in their computer system. Then they try and act like its an IT issue and want to you to pay more with promises . Paid almost $500 for a one day rental. Finally had to call their District Manager who was kind and is handling the situation. If it wasnt for him I wouldnt give them any stars.

This place is ridiculous I ordered my truck two weeks in advance talking to some guy named Josh I showed up on my day thinking I was going to have my truck and to my surprise nothing was ready and they did not give one care about it I have used other locations Ive had great service this one sucks so bad watch out for Josh he is a scumbag you try and complain on him and they lie to you and act like they are going to do something but he is still there acting like a retard I hate this place and I hate their company I will never use their company ever again your employee Josh is so rude and arrogant
