Terrible. I rent for business from several different places. Had a Reservation 1 week out. They checked in a truck from the night before when I arrived. Just checked the mileage and gased it up. Never had a mechanic look it over before sending it back out. And now Im broken down. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Awesome people, especially Rick, he always assists me with oil change scheduling, I tried to make an appointment at other locations in Denver but they are busy, but Rick always tries to squeeze in our units and helps to get them back on the road as soon as possible. My experience with Ryder in Denver was amazing, everyone very nice and professional, I was just passing, I wasn’t a local customer, Chris jumped right on it to identify the issue, fixed and end order and installed parts in a matter of a few hours.I never had such fast and efficient Service like that, not even in places that I go regularly for car/truck issues.Thanks Chris and the sweet Ana for the great service!

Got to love when you drop off youe truck for work and tell them you need it back Monday. The shop dropped the ball and didnt even start on it.

I didnt even think they existed anymore, with good reason, couldnt get a quote of the website. Fake laundering business? Why is your website so pathetic to not get you sales?

Rented a truck here and just out of the lot it broke down. I went in to talk about it and this geeky punk kid comes running up yelling about it being my fault and I dont know how to drive. Everyone here needs a lesson in customer service from the rental desk to the service manager.
