My friend and I are moving to Denver from out of town and we set up a day of tours with Dan. It could not have been better. Dan was so helpful in finding my new apartment. My roommates and I had been trying to find an apartment for months and we were so overwhelmed by all of the options in addition to not knowing the area. We were moving across the country and with COVID-19 going on, we didnt want to fly out to tour places. Dan offered to video call us at the apartments we liked and he was able to send us pictures of the views from the different units we were looking at. Lindsey (and Martin) could not have been more helpful, thoughtful and responsive as my brother and I were selling our mothers home. It was complicated because my brother and I living in two different states. Every time I called Lindsey with a question or issue she said dont worry, Ill handle it and she did. We picked Dan Cohen at Live Laugh Rent because we liked the companys name. And once we spoke with Dan, we stuck with them. He was very responsive, very thorough, and very knowledgable. We are moving to Denver and needed to find a place to rent remotely. Dan got a sense of our needs, then put together a list of possible properties. After more feedback from us, he did the legwork and visited the buildings to get us photos and real-time rent quotes from the leasing offices. It was startling to see how many buildings werent offering nearly as many apartments as their websites showed. It was important for us to have someone like Dan on the ground. And because he does this every day and knows these leasing folks, hes able to negotiate the best deal possible. His fee was very reasonable and in many cases is covered by the landlord. Quite literally, Dan is THE MAN! We contacted him on a Friday evening as we were only in town for the weekend and our goal was to find an apartment within that time.
