Have contacted them at least six separate times through several different methods (phone, email, Instagram direct message) to inquire about a product and have never gotten a response or acknowledgment. That’s not how you do business, people.

I bought the most amazing plate set from Ten Strawberry via Target, and had no issues whatsoever submitting a replacement request on their website after the Target employee dropped the box in my cart, smashing one of the plates right after I had purchased. They were very helpful and the plate was in stock, so I got it in less than a week. Easy peasy! And the plates themselves are super sturdy otherwise and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

Cautious staff and on time.

Im sure this review will be deleted ASAP but Ill post anyhow. I purchased a set of six - plates, smaller plates, bowls, and cups on November 26, 2016. One of the dinner plates was broken. I contacted the company and was asked to send receipt, which I did along with a photo of the broken plate. After about a dozen emails (mostly telling me theres a delay, its on the way, which it wasnt, its out of stock, etc) I FINALLY received the replacement plate last week. Yes almost three months to replace a single dinner plate. It gets better. The plate is slightly smaller, is misshapen (an obvious defect), a little different color, and doesnt sit flat on the table - which some of the rest of the set dont either - very annoying. I wouldnt purchase anything from this company in the future! Buyer beware-shoddy workmanship and terrible customer service.

Wow, talk about CUSTOMER NO SERVICE! I have tried for 30 minutes to get someone on the phone at your company for a simple return! I have tried your CRAZY web site and finally figured it out but that was ONLY after finding your site had 9 broken web links that produced a error 404 on page not found. We simply want to return a set of dishes that has a crack in them and that are far to heavy for us to use. We purchased them via Walmart and I tried to return them today back there but they stated they came from you so I am trying to contact you about this issue. I sent in a email and left a voice mail so please contact me on this issue. A BAD review is not something you want....
