What a hit! This was the perfect end to an unusual summer. We ordered a wet slide and invited the neighborhood kids over to get wet and have fun. The delivery was right on time and the kids played from 10am until 6pm nonstop. The price was very affordable and the service was top notch. I highly recommend!

This company was very easy to work with. They were up front about the cost and how the whole thing worked. We rented a dunk tank and the process was very smooth. From the delivery, to set up to pick up. They did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend and use in the future.

Perfect company to chose for a backyard party. We have also used them in the prior two years as well.

Att and Natalia delivered our water slide bounce house for the 4h of July holiday. They were timely and super nice!! The setup and take down were seamless and we had the best day ever!! Loved the trackless train... Mike was so great... so easy!! Came an hour early to set up, took kids around the neighborhood for two hours, and left! Truly AWESOME !!!!

The lady over the phone was pleasant to talk to and made ordering easy. We ordered for our daughters’ birthday during covid so her sister and her could enjoy and so her birthday would at least be special even if not being able to celebrate with others. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company! I was so concerned with covid and making sure that I had the jumper all day for two separate parties. There was no extra charge and they were so accommodating. since it was on a Sunday they also let us keep it overnight. It was my 4-year-olds birthday and they made it so special! I will always come back to big air jumpers every time! The person who came to set it up was awesome kind and quick. He let me know when he was a few minutes out and when he would be back to pick it up. Very professional company and easy to work with like I said very very accommodating for every situation.

The couple that delivered the unit were great and the kids enjoyed it so much. However we told them where all the sprinkler heads and lines were and yesterday when we went to water we discovered that they punctured a sprinkler line. After all is said and done not sure if it was worth it as the replacement of the sprinkler lines is going to be alot more than the rental itself.

We rented the 5 in 1 Avengers jump house and slide for my son’s birthday. Not only was the bounce house perfect, the customer service, delivery, setup, and pickup was as superb. Due to the weather forecast, we had to move our rental up a day and Big Air Jumpers was more than accommodating.

I loved working with Big a Air Jumpers to add some extra entertainment to an event we put on at the Air Force Academy for our Ohio Cadets! They were so professional from booking the inflatables, to delivery, setup and clean up. The prices were great and they had exactly what we were looking for. They sent a great delivery person who knew exactly what to do to get through security at the base. Overall, a fantastic company to work with!

One thousand props to Jason and Austin for going above and beyond even after the day presented many road blocks for them. They had to go pick up my jumper because the delivery vehicle had a flat tire and still made it on time. Then they had to break down the jumper at the end of the day with the sprinklers on after a miscommunication with the our landscaping company. They remained professional, kind, and communicative throughout the day. I cannot say enough good things about these guys!

We rented the 27 foot Cliff Hanger Slide and were happy with the price. We looked around and Big Air Jumpers had the best price by far. We got to have the slide ALL day. The two men that came to set up and tear down were extremely nice and friendly. Very personable. I would recommend using them and we will rent from them again if the need arises. There was a problem with my order a couple days prior to the event and the staff at Big Air Jumpers handled it quickly, with great communication! On the day of the event the delivery driver called me to let me know he was on his way. All the way around, my experience with Big Air Jumpers was great. This company rocks! They are highly professional and have a huge amount of water slides to choose from. They came to me as a referral from a friend (thanks Cheryl) and now I am doing the same. The office staff guided me to select the perfect water slide (Dolphin Express) and the little kiddos had so much fun they wanted to keep it. We have fall carnival in our school. We have used Big Air Jumpers for our party rentals. They have been reliable and on time for every rental. The day of the event, I was called by the driver and was given a estimated delivery time, earlier than expected. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable on his job. I would recommend Big Air Jumpers to anyone.

Big Air Jumpers went above and beyond yesterday with my daughters birthday party. We had originally ordered a water slide but then the weather was not looking good for us. We called them and the truck had already left the warehouse for delivery. Barb from Big Air Jumpers contacted the warehouse manager and he took a replacement inflatable from the warehouse and caught up with the delivery driver on one of his stops so he could bring us an obstacle course in place of the water slide. This was a huge hit and saved the part in my opinion. I would have nothing to complain about had they not done this. I ordered the water slide and they were bringing it to me. The way I see this is that they did not simply do what they were obligated to do. Instead they did everything they could do to get us what we needed. They did not have to do anything but they did it anyway and to me, this is going far above and beyond what they needed to do to make a great party for the kids. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The experience I had with them in the morning set the tone for the whole party and I am grateful for their willingness to help us out.I also want to add that my youngest was running a fever all day due to a UTI. Her fever finally broke at 8 PM. Big Air Jumpers picked up our unit after 10 and for those few hours, my daughter was finally able to enjoy the obstacle course. This was nothing more than coincidence on the timing but it made us happy to see her get to enjoy it for a while before it was picked up and I wanted to share that here.

We used them for a graduation party and friends and family of all ages enjoyed using the castle bounce. Set up and take down were incredibly painless for us and it was easy to inflate and deflate as needed. Loved the overnight option as well and they had great customer service.

First i want to say thanks for coming out to g line opening. If it was only the bouncers id give you a 5. Your staff was amazing and friendly. Than we got to rock climbing and the older man was so impatient and rude. Seemed as if he hated his job.

This review is a bit late from when we actually used Big Air Jumpers. Last October we used Big Air for an event. We rented 2 of their pieces of equipment (a bounce house combo & 50 obstacle course) and a generator. Our event began at 4, so I arranged for them to deliver the equipment between 2 & 3. They showed up at 3:55 without the generator that I had ordered. The generator was on the invoice, they did knock it off the price.However, they werent finished setting up until around 4:30 and we had to find extension cords long enough for both pieces. No one ever apologized for the lateness, neither did they discount the rental, even though they were late. I have since used another company and experienced better customer service. They have been early each and every time. While Big Air may have a large selection, I wouldnt use them again for fear they might not show up on the day I set up.

Great Experience and amazing customer service! Provided the bounce houses, rock climbing wall and staffing to run them - which was a big relief - for the Citys 3rd of July event in 2016. Was a hit with the crowd!

After reserving a bounce house and giving my payment information multiple weeks in advance, the company called less than 48 hours before my event to inform me that they would not be able to deliver and set up the product I had arranged because they Would not have a driver available that day.
