From start to finish, working with Colorado Party Rentals was a dream come true. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we had to change from the big wedding we were planning at a venue downtown to a small, intimate, and safer backyard wedding. The hardest part was making that decision. Because after we did, the planning process was so seamless. We worked with Kelly specifically at Colorado Party Rentals, and she made everything so easy for us. Even when I had to change and add things last minute. She was prompt to respond and was so helpful. They had everything we needed and the prices were reasonable and fair. We rented tables, benches, flatware, glasses, plates, and a wine barrel. The tables were a little scratched but that is to be expected with how much use Im sure they get. We were very satisfied with Colorado Party Rentals and were very grateful to Kelly for helping us. I work in the bridal industry and will definitely be recommending Colorado Party Rentals to my brides!

Buyer/rental beware. my wife signed a bogus contract which states if you rent equipment you have 10 days to cancel. The problem is I rented the equipment 8 days out. Remind you that I gave 36 hr notice for 10 chairs and 1 table. I work at a local hospital and came down with Covid unexpectedly right before Thanksgiving. They kept my money $120.00 and didnt even offer to let me use the credit for a future rental when I canceled with the employee on the phone. I do not recommend this place.

This place is awful. I booked 12 chairs 2 tables and a couple linens on a Saturday. My entire family came down with Covid-19 the following Tuesday and they refused a refund due to our understable cancellation. They claimed that the $108 they charged me would compensate their staff for all of the few items that probably took them 5 minutes to pull. Not to mention that we were picking all things up and loading ourselvs. I could understand a reasonable restocking fee, but to keep all our money for not even picking up their products ridiculous. Buyer beware!

Nancy and CP Party Rentals were amazing! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I hired them for our wedding where we had to bring everything in! Nancy knew what we needed. I tend to be a little stubborn - Nancy was patient, kind and very helpful throughout the whole planning process! We used Colorado Party Rentals for our backyard wedding, and everything turned out fantastic. They had such an amazing selection, I was so impressed. The farm table/pink plate/black and gold flatware combo selected so many compliments from our guests. It looked so good on our patio, I didnt want to return it. Everyone wanted to know where they could find the awesome flatware.The selection process, reservation process, delivery and pickup went perfectly. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again for future backyard soirees.

I had a pleasant experience with Colorado Party Rentals. I rented cloth napkins and charger plates for my wedding reception. I was able to visit to choose everything in person, pick up and drop back off myself a week later, which was nice since it was a mountain wedding. The products were quality, I felt like the prices were right and customer service was on point. The warehouse guys helped me load my (very packed) car up as well. My only reason for 4 stars has to do with my pick up date being on a Saturday, but not realizing they close promptly at 4pm that day. I was headed that way when I called to confirm then was informed they had already closed. Fortunately, I was able to pick up at 9am Sunday before heading to the mountains for the wedding. My only wish is that someone had called to touch base with me that day and notify me of available pick up hours. Otherwise, I was very happy with my Colorado Party Rentals experience.

Called them last minute for a beer garden event. They were able to get us exactly what we needed (tables, chairs, umbrellas) and they delivered it exactly on time and came to pick it up on time as well. Very impressed, will use them again!

Colorado Party Rentals were amazing! We used them for our wedding, which was at a house so we needed everything from chairs to tables to beverage dispensers. Through all the changes (additions and deletions), they were patient and very helpful. The delivery was smooth and on time, and they were very accommodating to where we wanted certain items. Same thing with the pickup! I would highly recommend using them for any event.

Colorado Party Rentals (CPR) went above and beyond to make our wedding day amazing - from our first email to the final take down, the CPR team made the entire process easy. The office team (thank you Kelsey!) assisted with multiple revisions of our layout and provided ideas on lighting, rental needs and things we hadnt even thought of for our destination wedding outside of Grand Junction, CO.Their affordable delivery rate included set-up three days before the event (it took their crew almost the whole day to set up the tents, lights and tables, making sure everything was secure and functioning properly - we really appreciated all their time and effort) and take down/pick up two days after the event, so we were able to use the rentals for rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunch. We opted for the twinkle lights which were really worth it, as they provided a great atmosphere and lighting when it got darker.If we had to do it again, we would not hesitate to rent from CPR. Thank you all for your hard work, great products and fantastic service! We will share photos once we get them from our photographer.

Colorado Party Rentals was the best! The tent looked beautiful and stood up to a windy wedding day! Everyone was very helpful changing all of our requests right up to the last minute. CPR was so responsive to my many inquiries and changes. They always responded quickly and professionally. The deliveries were on time (I had a specific delivery schedule that needed to be followed) and with all the items I requested. There was one cord missing which may have been an issue to using the sound system but luckily our photographer had what we needed. Overall great to work with and very responsive.

They always responded to my emails promptly, and believe me, I sent plenty because I am such a planner. We corresponded the entire time leading up to the big day. I would highly recommend this company. They handled our sons wedding on July 2, 2016 beautifully. They arrived on time with a crew of professional, helpful men. It was like watching a well oiled machine at its best. The tent slowly rose from the ground like magic. The lead onsite made useful suggestions and when I added things they accommodate each need.

I had a party for about 100 dinner guests at Washington Park Boathouse. They did great. It all went smoothly. I paid them extra to set up and breakdown at exact times (the boathouse requires it). They were exactly on time. They set up without any problems. They were great about answering my million questions the months before the party. The only thing that went wrong was a single light in the string of lights was broken, but it was on the end so you barely noticed it. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had my wedding in May and we were on such a tight budget. I shopped around and some places were just plain rude and uncooperative. Colorado Party Rentals, and especially Tuesday, was wonderful! They worked around my schedule so I could come view and measure and visualize the arrangements, helped me tally up the items based on what I was expecting for guest count and decorations, and even 100% accommodated my last minute changes because I forgot something. I had to have the whole ceremony and reception setup rented from them and was so stressed that Id miss something, but Tuesday was always available to help me walk through it (repeatedly) and relieve my concerns. Not only that, but the delivery guys were awesome! They took their time to walk me through the items that they brought and made pickup so easy! There were bags and crates for everything so it was just a matter of putting it all back in the bags/crates and setting up a time for pickup. The wedding was on a Saturday and Colorado Party Rentals is closed on Sundays, but they only charged me for 1 day and picked it all up on Monday. I could not have been more thrilled and relieved that I chose this great place! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend going with CPR as your rental supplier! I did some research before our wedding and not only did Colorado Party Rentals have better/nicer options to rent, they also had better pricing! So do yourself a favor and dont both looking anywhere else for rentals...this is the place to go!We stopped by the showroom and picked out our items with Suze. She was extremely helpful and quick to respond during the whole process leading up to the wedding. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

Kelsey was easy to work with but there was some details we feel fell short, that were out of her hands. We scheduled an appointment at the showroom on a weekend and the lady who helped us seemed clueless we left not sure if we had made any progress with our order. She guessed how many lights we needed for our pole tent and told us the wrong sizing of the tent. We we had to highly encourage a person to come on site to make sure the tent fit. We were told 30×40 and he didnt mention that they dont even have a tent that size, its 30x45, but said it would work. The day of the event a 30x45 tent came and did not fit. Luckily the leader of the tent crew was knowledgeable and we found a new spot. The crew asked about the sidewalls and failed to mention they could put them up and roll them out of the way but we ended up doing it for the weather coming in, which they were aware of. Lastly, we asked for bistro lighting and got the bulb look but the lights were so bright we had to shut a side off. This being our splurge item we were super disappointed. All in all the event went well but looking back those details are frustrating.

The entire team was great to work with from the initial brainstorm of needed items, contract clarity, set up and take down. Everything went smooth, very timely and price competitive. We will definitely use them again.

We rented a tent and tables/chairs/tablecloths for a 130 person wedding reception in the mountains of Colorado, and found everything exceptional. The gentlemen that set up & tore down the tent were great - very efficient! I would highly recommend them!

Farm tables looked great. Very helpful staff on phone and in showroom. Navy linens were great quality and blue carousel goblets were perfect touch of color on the tables.

Hired them for my wedding. Thought everything was going fine until 1 week before my wedding. They gave me all the wrong plates. Different sizes and different colors. Had to make a trip to fix my order. Spent 2 hours fixing my order. 4 days before my wedding. Just to have everything delivered incorrectly. In the end my quantity and colors were wrong. Went in to talk to the manager. Spoke with NATHAN, and explained how frustrating it was to have to deal with that on my wedding day. He told me I was wrong and that the order was correct. Why would I be there talking to a manager if my order was correct? He went on to say that I was lying and offended my caterer. (Whom actually was the best part of my wedding!!) it’s just so disappointing that I put on my faith in them, I saw the 4.9 stars and I thought it was going to be smooth. Nathan practically kicked me out of his office because he had nothing else to say to me. Also, before driving there I called 3 times to talk to the person in charge of my contract and got no response.

Nathan and his team were incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. Great to work with - we had 2 events within a month and utilized their service & we will definitely use their services again.
