The offices do get a little cold during the winter but I enjoy this as an office setting. Only gripe is there is basically nothing nearby thats walkable. Yes you can go over to Zeppelin Station or The Source but its very awkward if you want to walk. Im sure thatll be less of an issue as the area develops.

Nice location, terrible property management. Lease elsewhere and steer clear of anything managed by Love Your Hood. In a single year we had more issues and interruptions in this building than we have had in 5+ years combined. Worse than that, we received no compensation for time lost to roof leaks, HVAC issues, and water pipe bursts that cost us a ton in productivity. The icing on the cake - they took over 60 days (the legal required limit) to return a security deposit. Spend smart - spend elsewhere. Entering a lease with Zeppelin and Love Your Hood will cost you.

Such artistic are its totally awesome so upbeat different must see loved it

Nice condos--WAAAAAY OVERPRICED! If youre a young, rich hipster, this is the place for you! Considering its location (albeit very up & coming), youd think people there would be less pretentious...I was wrong. Mind you, there are some wonderful, creative and very kind folks too.

Really enjoy the atmosphere here. Often come to this location to visit friends and get my hair cut.

Has decent amenities but not well maintained. As well as a free for all parking lot with others as no one is ticketed

Lived here for a few months. It had so much potential. Mixed use commercial space with a restaurant, coffee shop, and hair dresser on premise. Gym and pool onsite. Close to Rino. Perfect, right?Except the commercial space renters would fly recklessly around the parking lot in their cars. The residential units felt more like a college dorm version 2, complete with chalk boards outside your door, disrespectful neighbors blasting music at all hours(and walking on the roof), and extremely poor construction. The restaurant owner just closed up shop one day and left. The hair dresser was absurdly expensive. The coffee shop redefined rude and unhelpful. The gym was poorly equipped. The pool has enough space for something like 10 people, max. And the parties that blasted music so loud my walls shook were fun, too.The nail on the coffin was the proximity to rino. You could get to the source (owned by the same owners as Taxi, btw) safely, but to get to Larimer and all the fun you would have to walk through an unlit underpass where large numbers of homeless like to hang out, or walk an extra .5-1 mile through an equally questionable neighborhood. If you had a bike this wouldnt be as bad, but still...

Forward-thinking development.

Tried to get an apartment there. They took our application fee and then AFTERWARDS said we wouldnt be able to bring our dogs, even though they knew about the dogs beforehand and said yes previously. Refused to return our deposit or phone calls.
