Venture X Denver South is a gorgeous co-working space in such the perfect location! The building is situated right on the corner of Colorado Blvd. and i-25, its easy to jump on and off the highway quickly to either go south toward DTC or north toward downtown. Plus, the Lightrail is ACROSS the street! You can park there and literally jet around the surrounding cities super easy or take it into work like I do to avoid traffic. Next to Dave and Busters, a sweet dining hall, and a state of the art gym, you dont have to go far to get good use of the area. The space itself has been fitted to accommodate both the open desk-space concept and smaller, more close knit office space. Owners and office managers Kate and Michael have made this location special with a fun theme to the decor, beyond thorough communication to all clients in the suite, happy hours/free food days, and a personal touch that is hard to find elsewhere today. I have enjoyed being able to use the shared space to conduct my business! They have worked with me throughout the pandemic and continue to do so as Denver starts to open up again. I highly recommend checking it out as it seems to be the new concept coming to head here for professionals of all kinds. We hosted a town hall for our staff at this location. It was well lit, clean, easy to find, and Kate and her husband were easy to work with. We really enjoyed it and would absolutely use the space again. It was versatile, not too crowded, and I heard many of my staff (CEO included) commenting on how cool and unique the space felt.

It was an incredible experience! When I walked through the door, Michael the owner greeted me and walked my team directly to the conference room that was reserved for us. And he even let us know that fresh popcorn was prepared for us during our meeting. What a unique and personalized experience. The rooms are spacious and the environment is very easy to navigate. I really like the simple design and it doesnt appear to be over cluttered and busy. Thank you Michael for providing a great experience for our team!

This is such a wonderful space and the staff is incredibly accommodating. There is anything you would need to have a super productive day. Even spaces you can duck into for a phone call out of the public space if you dont have a private office. I really love it here.

Not only did he help us to rearrange the space to fit the needs of the party, he stayed for the event to help out if needed. We hold our weekly Firestorm B2B Networking meeting every Tuesday morning. The space is beautiful and the management is super helpful. This is a high-end co-working space. Collaborative opportunities to meet other business owners and professional space to meet clients.

Venture X is a great spot for a meeting, I recently used their space for a conference call and found their pricing to be more than reasonable and the staff was polite, professional and accommodating. The conference room was clean and organized, and they had a webcam and TV set up ready to go if I hadnt brought my laptop. There were a variety of beverage options including espresso and fresh brewed coffee. They even had a pancake breakfast laid out for visitors and tenants for Treat Tuesday!

Venture X has an amazing location and great amenities, but the awesome team running everything is what really makes this place shine. Michael, Kate, and Chrissy work hard to make sure everything is taken care of - they are always available when I need them and flexible with our needs and events. We are excited to grow our team here!

VentureX is such a cool place to come to work! It is very spacious with tons of light! The coffee station, kitchen and snacks are wonderful. The staff here is so friendly, and its really cool meeting people from all sorts of businesses and learning what they do! You can have your own private office, or work in the common space. This co-working office space is a fantastic concept and this office looks and feels very professional, but casual at the same time! Youll love it!

New Office for Whitcomb Law PC ~ nice digs with a great NW view of Denver.

Management does not care about current tenants and has blatantly ignored our attempts to move into a larger unit. We will be moving when our lease is up, and I would strongly recommend staying away from Colorado Center.

Current construction makes difficulty in parking. Great place to be lots goung on. Nice ammenities
