If you love hammering, excessive noise and nonstop construction that drowns out any chance of working or holding a conference call, this is your place. The Spaces corporate has no response, the office management tells you they cannot do anything about it because they cant control the floor above, but they can charge and collect your monthly rent. It is truly a nightmare working here.

The cute red head receptionist was really nice and I got free coffee. She was gregarious and nice.

2nd update: They still sent me to collections despite providing more than 30 days notice. Do not trust them.Update: I finally was able to talk to someone on the phone (despite asking repeatedly for someone to call me, I called in) and they straightened out my bill because they IMMEDIATELY saw that I had canceled with more than 30 days notice.Her customer service was so excellent I may actually consider returning.Original review:I really enjoyed this space. It was perfect because I only needed the space a couple times a week and they had a plan for that.I liked all the people that worked there and all the other coworkers.I liked it so much that in March I reached out and asked if they could place my membership on hold during the pandemic. If not, please cancel. They were not taking calls at the time (I tried) so I had to fill out their contact form.It took them about a month to respond and they said I couldn’t place my membership on hold, and they wouldn’t honor my cancel request in March, I had to do it through some portal.So, they charged me to the entire month they were sitting on my cancel request.I reversed charges and now they’re trying to bill me for EVEN MORE.This company will punish yourself loyalty. Do not go.

This place is so awesome. It makes you feel comfortable as heck. Love it. Its a great place to work if you need Somewhere to have an office without having to own office space. Both receptionist are so sweet and welcoming.

So happy to be officing here. Ashley, Taylor and Victoria are the best and work so hard to take care of the tenants. Clean, fun, vibrant and comfortable. I’m not leaving!

Loved the open layout and music. Matt was great at helping me with my IT requirements during my move in. Right next door to a sports bar and great restaurants, and Coors field. Other tenants seem happy and professional. Great networking opportunity.

Absolutely beautiful workspace! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dogs on leashes are allowed.

Beware of the Scam that they are running at Spaces Ballpark. I travelled to Denver a year ago and rented a room for 2 days. While there, I went to the front desk, gave them my credit card and walked away thinking that I made the payment in full. I later discovered that they did not charge my credit card and they have been charging me $42 in late fees each month. When I spoke to a team member at Regus Management Group they told me that this was not the first time it has happened, that many people have called in with the same complaint. Now they refuse to waive the late fees saying it is my responsibility. The office space was great, but this fraud and scam that they are running is a joke. You think your payment has been made only later to find out that they are charging you late fees. Please find a better way to spend your time and money and beware of the fraud that this group is.

Great space to work - perfect combination of comfortable and professional. Great community of startups and established businesses in a variety of industries. Easy to network with fellow tenants and make connections. Staff is excellent!

I love working at Spaces! Andrew and Matt are the absolute best. Tons of different spaces to work and really beautiful live plants.

These offices are beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Still lots of open offices so its not super hectic yet (May 2017). Not a huge fan of the all glass walls. Not sure how soundproof they will be when its full.

What a beautiful place! The windows offer natural light and everything is clean and bright. There are plenty of spots to set up and a welcoming feel.

I attended a presentation here in Spaces open area on the main floor. I was surprised by how well o could hear the presentation in such a large, open space. Comfortable atmosphere!
