This is great location for temporary or longer-term office and/or working facilities. My company moved into a suite several months ago and is finding that the space and amenities are working great for us. The wifi offered has been very reliable and fast. The common area on the 5th floor is great, too, with smaller private rooms available as well as coffee, tea, and snacks available. Parking (at a meter or in a nearby lot) has not been a problem for any of us, either.

Good environment: professional but not stuffy. Great staff and top-notch facility. Good rates too! Highly recommend folks check it out.

Friends, if youre looking for a private office or co-working space, look no further. Im renting a private office thats about 150 sq ft and I love the environment. I meet with clients in my private office and I head up to the 5th floor in between to network/socialize, use the kitchen and get help with anything from our awesome Community Manager. The kitchen is stocked with snacks and drinks that are purchasable through an app, which means you only pay for what you consume. I love that because I dont have to pay for everyone elses food/drink. Plus, the fancy coffee machine freshly grinds beans for each cup of coffee. Enough said. The rent is significantly lower than other place Ive looked at, but the amenities and office design are top notch. This place is move in ready. Come be my neighbor. :)

Novel is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Staff is disorganized, highly unprofessional, lack the experience to manage or recognize their responsibilities. Stay away far away from this building.
