Awful, terrible offices. I got stuck in a back room with no windows and no power outlets and no AC. The office feels closer to solitary confinement. Their front desk person was incapable of addressing this issue and they have no corporate support to reach out to (in a timely manner). An absolutely pathetic level of service. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Embarrassing company, I would never recommend working with them.
They hide fees and when you dispute them they are not willing to resolve. Regus has unprofessional billing practices. There is no communication to discuss. If you are looking for a share space or an inexpensive office solution there are way better options. Read all the negative reviews across the web. Not a company that cares about its clients.
I have had an office at Regus for three months now and am very happy with the service. The girls at the from desk are very professional and accommodating to my companies needs. I would highly recommend Regus 1600 Broadway to others looking for an affordable downtown location.
When I toured the 1600 Broadway, Denver CO office, I inquired about the cancellation policy when reserving small office space for a private coaching meeting. I was told by manager and by reception that the cancelation policy was 24 hours...to which I replied: Great, my cancelation policy with my clients is 24 hours, too. I use a small day office for 60 minute meetings with private coaching clients at the 1600 Broadway location in Denver, CO. It is unacceptable and inflexible that this company actually has a FIVE DAY cancelation policy, which is not workable for any professional for a small, private office. I can understand if they were holding a large conference room or training room that a longer cancelation policy would apply. But for a small private office-- a meeting for two people-- five days is unacceptable and inflexible. This company exists to make money due to the busy lives of small business clients.
Rudest manager ever. Didnt want to hand me my mail because I hadnt signed an agreement for it. I have been to Regus in more than 20 cities. First time I met unprofessional personnel. she didnt allow us use the projector we paid for! We had to repay for that. She brought us some ridiculous cables that didnt work and just left causing us to lose half an hour. She didnt let us in the office at 08 50 in the morning because our reservation was for 0900. She followed me when I was looking for water... She had a fight with my colleague on the phone... The most useless manager I have ever met. Prepare to lose your money, time and patience in this facility. Will never use them again. Will ask for a refund
