Total Quality Logistics (TQL) continually calls the company I work for, Apex Instruments, Inc. We at Apex are not interested in their services, and have been receiving unsolicited sales calls from TQL on weekly basis. Sometimes twice a week! Since 2017, all of Apexs staff has been asking TQL to please take us off of their call list. Now its 2021 and we are still receiving calls from TQL, and we are still asking TQL to take Apex Instruments off of their call list. These unsolicited calls from TQL have been very disruptive to our work day. I do not recommend working with TQL.
This is one of the USA s premier Brokerage Houses. Pay is prompt, Staff is Professional and usually willing to negotiate. Ive worked with TQL regularly and will use again in the future.

I have been working with TQL for more than a year now. Most of the time I have great experiences. Agents are friendly, helpful, and communication is always very good. Only once had to call to accounts payables and they resolved the situation in one day. Its a great company to work with. Thank you TQL

Honestly, I hear a lot of negative reviews about TQL from our peer colleagues, different carriers. But from what I have experienced, I have done hot high rated loads, perfect communication, easy with detention and layover. Cannot say anything bad so far. The only issue with them was at the beginning of business, when they kept telling me sorry cant use you for this customer due to my authority being less than a year. But after I addressed this issue, I was able to nail the hot lanes with 8 months MC. Would do more loads, reccomend this company. But please be ready for high service if you want business with them
TQL has been wonderful! Their dispatchers have been so helpful and payments are ALWAYS on time and scheduled ahead so we know to expect them!
A great company to do business with, i was using ch Robinson, and a few others, but Total quality logistics Seem to be more reliable as far as pay and And Getting loads . Everything you need is under one umbrella And that Works a lot easier for me Great customer service
Cheap, greedy, rude, dishonest in every aspect. Especially payment in timely fashion and detention time. Not to mention appointments are extremely chaotic as far as shipping and receiving. Very bad experience considering how passionate and dedicated the truckdrivers are for them. Be careful with this company.
TQL is a heartless organization. It seems as if they gather here daily to upset drivers and degrade a decent segment of transportation industry. Brokerages.Most professional say googby by, or thank you when conducting business. The employees at TQL hang the up regularly and do not care about phone ediqite.They contract line haul rates and back out of full payment after delivery has been made. They got 90+ dollars from me because the shipper loaded less materials than I agreed to haul. Not my fault.Another deceptive trick they pull is to hold driver instruction until the driver is loaded, then they drop the important info that would prevent most companies from taking the load in the first place, such as delayed delivery times.Poor rate. The lowest in the business. They act as if they will survive if indipendant drivers go out of business.Please avoid these POORLY trained individuals if you can. You will probably live longer. Unfortunately, they care less about anything said to their company character. Nothing will change the minds of people with a business model that is set out to screw over honest drivers.
I wish I could leave a good review for this logistics company, but I unfortunately can’t.They told me that they handle all shipping claims and process the losses, but they clearly do not. There is a pending claim that is clearly the shippers fault...destroyed pallet and I have documented photos of the load still sitting on the shippers truck, and they are demanding full payment plus the replacement shipping load, plus not paying for the replacement material. Terrible service, wish I had not even tried them and stayed with our original brokers who do what they say.Skip these guys for sure!I will update if anything changes. (Claim has been going on for 4 months now!)Update 7/23/19:Our P.O. 11956114. We have been working with Taylor Ross, and he went over and beyond stating that they take care of everything if there is ever a claim, and we dont have to worry about anything....well that seems to be their standard operating procedure after reading other reviews. Their follow up is terrible and now they are refusing to pay for the damage and additional shipping which they scheduled.Update 8/6/19:TQL has not responded to our shipping claim nor this review, so that should tell you something about their customer service. We just received a notice that they are now trying to send us to collections for the damages that we are withholding from their payment, (extra shipping costs they said they were covering at time of shipment, and the replacement material that was broken).
I really appreciate TQL logistics I recently experienced having detention to on of shipper TQL was calling me to make sure I get paid for and they take care that without me doing anything I think that was really nice of them doing that TQL very organised and, I like they professionally thank you TQL

Horrible business to work with. We’ve been screwed over by TQL many times: Wrong dimensions, wrong address, load wasn’t there, completely different weight, etc. They also call you every 20 mins and drive you insane.Very unprofessional.Save your time and book with another broker. Hopefully my fellow truckers and business owners will consciously stop doing business with these guys because they really should have been driven out of the market years ago.
Worst company Ive dealt with. Do yourself a favor and find another option. I shipped a piece of furniture and the crate was damaged, they denied the claim even after showing photos and documentation. Now I have thousands in shipping and furniture replacement for my client. They are not looking out for their customer, just out to make a buck.
We did a load shift for these people and their bill was never paid. They refused to pay their bill. We keep getting the run around. Total chaos. Please dont do any work for these folks, they dont pay their bills!

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! Greedy and rude. They had a load that was 680 miles long, paying 800!!! A different broker posted the same exact load for $1200. Why is there such a big difference when its the exact same load? Because they want to make more money. They are so greedy it is disgusting.
To the management:Harassment is NOT the way to obtain a companys business. When you call us almost EVERYDAY, sometimes 2x/day (for years! This is no exaggeration), we know exactly who you are. When I am polite and ask you to take us off your list, you should respect that and follow suit, just how YOU would like to be respected and listened to. We will NEVER do business with a company that treats us or our secretary with disrespect as long as you continue to use these pathetic and manipulative sales tactics.People who own and run legitimate successful businesses are not stupid... if they say NO and you continue to ask BS questions you are just wasting our time and yours, meanwhile generating a bad reputation for yourself. I understand you need the business but youre going the wrong way about it. We would never be successful if we treated our potential customers this way. Just sayin!1 more thing... it is NOT our job to put ourselves on a no-call list to make YOU stop calling after thousands of phone calls. Book the load 12-17-2019 with them, first they lied about pick up. They told me that I can go to shipper (which is Frito Lay), before my appointment at 5PM so I went and they hold my trailer until 4:00 am next day. Second lie from TQL - My delivery was 12-19-2019 at 11:00am, so I came to the receiver 1 hour earlier before my appointment time and found out that my delivery is next day at 6:00 AM. UNBELIEVABLEI called them, emailed them numerous times and all they replied sit tight we are trying to resolve the issue, which never happened . And also whenever you try to get a detention or layover from TQL GOOD LUCK . THAT IS A SUCH HASLLE to get anything from them.. it just not fair how they treat Carriers.VERY SAD AND HORRIBLE .

Absolutely horrible company to work with.Told me my pallets for our business were lost in a warehouse somewhere and we may receive it in the next day or next 6 months. The rep I spoke to was not only rude but less than willing to help do anything about our product.They are only a 3rd party broker and I called the actual shipping company. Guess what? In less than 15 minutes they called back and told me exactly where my pallets were and when I would receive them, and that is when I got them...2 days later.Save the time, money and hassle and go direct or use any other of the 3rd party brokers.I see that you asked for the tracking number so you could look into it but as I said I am not interested in talking to or working with your company in any way whatsoever again.

Can I give a negative 5 star review? One star doesnt cut it. We have told them numerous times that their prices are too high and we will not use them, they keep calling us. Does this fall under harassment? They need to BACK OFF.
WORST CARRIER COMPANY. I am an associate of a business and have been harassed by your company non-stop. Even after telling 10 separate associates to remove us from your do not call list they have called us consistently every week sometimes up to 2-3 times a week! We dont use you because we ask for questions answered and you never get back to us. They only really care about spamming companies with non-stop calls. Wont ever use or recommend this Company and if you read your reviews maybe finally you can put us on your do not call list!!
I have booked two loads through TQL, both times they came to me after the shipment was delivered and demanded additional payment. On both shipments they told me what the weight class was and quoted the loads based on the weight class, now they are coming back to me demanding that I pay an additional fee because the carrier reclassified the weight class. I trusted TQL to give me an accurate quote and relied on them to help me through the process and both times they have been wrong, now they want me to pay for their mistake. I will not recommend them nor will I ever use them again.

They got the load we needed taken care of (3 years ago). They keep calling and calling ... and calling. I have asked several times to take us off their list. I have their number and will call them when I need them. They keep calling. Annoying.

They will book a load with you, hold up your truck,time,money and at the last moment they will cancel on it. Crap company. Watch out if your doing business with them. If all you see is bad comment than you know what kind of company your dealing with.

Dont pay detention.While you are in the load check on you all the time,once the load is done sent the BOL showing waitting time,they never answered the phone or e-mails,previously was sent to pick up 50 miles away from my base; once there, they need it a ramp which never was mentioned, never paid for truck not used.

Twice I have booked loads first time they call at 9pm and cancel for the next morning second time lied about the pick up drive 160 mile dead head then go to the site get a phone call at 1030am stating load wont be ready till 8pm. Driver already started his clock. The dispatchers are inept Zachary Galloway and Tim McBride lie total miscommunication with each other and called in on other loads that where posted and I get well I dont know I am not for sure. Wasted time fuel and money. Dealt with alot of bad apples but this company can make a whole rotten pie. They are total not qualified to do their job. Dont use them as brokers
