Horrible service!!!!! I had a very bad experience trying to get work as an owner operator. I was trying to haul for UPS through Coyote Logistics this winter. First it seemed impossible to even get in touch with someone. After I was finally able to get in contact with someone, I got my insurances required but for one reason or another I was not given work. It was a complete waste of time and money.

Coyote is a reliable brokerage and logistics company. Steven and Kaylee are wonderful.Lately the rates arent too good. The bidding process is not always very good for the trucking companies.

Worst freight company Ive ever dealt with. Couldnt pick up on time. Has taken over 2 weeks to freight a shipment 2 states over, a shipment weve done many times which normally never takes more than 3 business days. Communication and service is non existent. Pathetic company.
