These guys are great! They have brought my mower, blower, snow blower, and most recently, a 20 year old Cub Cadet trimmer back to life. They are honest and do fantastic work. Our first visit to Craigs power equipment and was pleasantly pleased by their help & service. Went in for a simple repair, had a busted lawn mower pull cord, and Griffin quickly fixed it while we waited and never even charged us. Super friendly and helpful with some other lawn mower questions we had. Definitely recommend this shop and we will return when & if we need lawn mower service in the future.

Great place to bring your lawnmowers for service. Honesty and integrity. Brought in my lawnmower thinking there was engine issue, expecting to have a couple of things that needed work. The lawnmower was fine and there was no charge, and no pushy sales to get needless repairs. Very refreshing. I will definitely use Craigs power in the future.

The staff that works here are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They quoted higher than what I actually paid to get the work completed and got my equipment back in a timely fashion. They have the customer service that Lowes and Home Depot do not offer.

We are a local Pawn Shop next door to Craigs Power Equipment. We had a need for a new throttle trigger for an Echo leaf blower that we had come out for sale. It was broken and we werent sure which direction to go. We were looking online, and light bulbs went off that Craigs was next door. Griffin was very helpful. I broke the rope on my push mower and took it down to Craigs Power Equipment. Kevin said that he would be more than happy to fix it for me but that its pretty easy if I wanted to give it a shot myself and explained exactly how to do it. He said if it didnt work out then to bring it back and he would finish it up. The rope cost me 3 dollars and the job took 30 minutes. Fantastic customer service!
