Awful experience, sales person (With no one else in the store) assumed we couldn’t afford him (Asking zero questions at all) and told us we want to go to his used hot tub store. I told him that we were interested in new hot tubs and he turned around and went back and sat at his desk, offering zero help. Found Marshall at Colorado Custom Spa 10 blocks to the north willing to offer his help and okay with selling us a new hot tub.

Riley came out as a service technician to help us with our hot tub. He was AMAZING! Riley was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He helped me think through all of our repair options and the benefits of each. In the end, I appreciate so much that he let me make the decision for what I wanted to do with our lift and cover. He was helpful, kind and got the job done quickly. Monica was the person who I worked with over the phone and she was also incredible. She was polite, kind, patient and helpful. All of my interactions with these two employees have been especially helpful! Thank you for the ongoing service you provide your customers after we already own a tub! Youre the best! My mistake? Desperately looking for pump waterline replacement parts. Tom told me he was able to order the correct parts, once the parts arrived they were the wrong size. At no time did Tom offer to refund me my money.Tom said that I was the one who ordered the wrong size parts.I will go find the correct parts somewhere else!

I have bought my spa over 10 years ago recently had issues with it leaking and not functioning properly. Tracy and Matt were very helpful assessing the options, should I fix or replace. It felt like a partnership rather than a sales cycle. Matt was very helpful with discussing options on repairs - we are trying that approach first but would purchase a new spa from IHT if we need to replace it. Great customer service over the past 10 years of ownership!

We had an all around great experience. Customer service was very responsive and helpful and the orientation was very friendly and thorough. We felt cared for every step of the way and we love our hot tub. Chris, Johnny, Kim, and Debbie were all excellent! We highly recommend!

Nothing but issues. We purchased our salt water hot tub Labor Day weekend. We were told they were getting trucks monthly during Covid because of the great relationship they had with the manufacturer. We purchased a tub that was to be delivered on the October truck. I called in October to learn it was actually the November truck. I called again in November to find I was pushed back to December. Keep in mind the salesman NEVER called us with any of these delays. I get a call mid December that the tub is arriving soon. It was delivered 2 days before Christmas. However we never really got a tutorial on the tub. The delivery guy explained the setup which turned out to be incorrect. We had nothing but issues getting all our levels correct. Every time we called we got different answers on how to fix our problems. It wasn’t until their service tech came out that we learned the true way to take care of the tub, and that all of the help we were given prior was incorrect. The cartridges don’t actually last as long as the sales staff says they do. Turns out several of the salt cartridges included were faulty. Still dealing with all these issues. Have finally purchased new cartridges from another company online in hopes of getting some that work. So frustrated with this whole thing. Not sure if it is the salt system and we should have gone chlorine or if it was all IHT. Hoping for a better tub experience going forward.

We just bought a hot tub from Tracy I spoke to her for the third time yesterday ( we put off buying a hot tub earlier in the year). She listened to what we were looking for and was very knowledgable without being pushy at all. My husband said as we went to go decide which model we wanted to get that he wasn’t sure which one he would settle on but that he wanted to buy it from her.

Customer service is becoming more and more important to me. I appreciate Chris Pinter’s easy going and professional attitude. After having a poor customer service experience with another spa place that is closer to us, I will now take the longer drive for the better experience at iHT Hot Tubs & Firplaces.

Id give 5 stars for helping to choose the right hot tub and pricing (get last years model) but a ding for calls to the service department. Service when you need it is very good, they know their product and provide good repair service. But trying to reach their service department can be a nightmare. You can be on hold for 10 minutes and nothing. Then be offered to go to their voicemail. You wont get a call back. Call back again the next day and its a 30 minute hold time. They only offer voicemail, no offer to take a note to hand to their service department. The service department people are great. But reaching them can be a nightmare. They need a better way to handle calls into their service department than routing through the sales people.. Id buy another hot tub from them but I would shop for a better top. Theirs only lasted for 3 years. Our replacement one is on its 5th year and doesnt have so much hardware to lift it. Shop around for a top. Their installation was also first rate.

We had a really good experience when we bought our hot tub a couple years ago from International Hot Tubs. Noel was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Purchase was easy, even during COVID time. I wish I had asked for better instructions and made sure I had updated user manual but it all worked out. I had a small problem of my own making 3 weeks in. They sent Max out to take a look. He knew immediately what the problem was and took care if it quickly. He also gave me the instructions I needed and the best part was he was kind. We had an *outstanding* experience with the experts at iHT Spas. In our case, we replaced a wood stove with a Kozy Heat gas fireplace insert. Our Denver bungalow has a small fireplace opening (only about 29” wide) and the recommended Chaska 25 model was perfect. Michael from iHT guided us through all the options, was upfront about the retail prices and discounts, answered all our questions, kept us informed about the order status, and hooked us up with Brian the contracted HVAC installer. We needed a custom surround part that was manufactured by Kozy Heat based on Brian’s spec relative to our fireplace’s dimensions & chosen insert model. On installation day, the two skilled installers were both excellent. They did a great job removing our heavy wood stove (setting it aside so we could sell it separately), setting up an electrical outlet near the back of the firebox, installing the gas insert plus the combustion & exhaust pipes and the new rain cap. Once the install was completed, they gave us a helpful demo of the Kozy Heat fireplace remote control. All good. So, highly recommended.

Had a great experience today with IHT we bought a kids pool and Tom took the time on the phone to help us understand water care. We called several spa stores and they all said we dont sell pools but Tom was willing to help. Thank you

The lid got installed OK but they did not adjust the latches so the hot tub lid would stay down. Also did not replace the latch mechanism that is screwed to the hot tub. More attention to detail would be better. I did pay for installation I’m not sure I got everything

Came in for chemicals and advice on treatments for my spa. Mike Thorpe gave me sound advice that is helping my spa tremendously and helped me find just the right chemicals I needed and nothing more. My husband and I inherited a hot tub when we bought our house and we had no clue what to do with it. We called IHT and were not disappointed. The customer service was great, everyone we worked with was super nice. On the day of our appointment, the technician, Bill, was excellent! He walked us through what we needed to do to maintain the hot tub and told us everything he was going to be doing. He left our hot tub looking sparkly and new. Highly recommend them!

Bought the Hotspring Flair model. Liked the saltwater system. Noel was great, start to finish and got us a outstanding price. The delivery was difficult because of the limitations of our space, but the crew did an outstanding job, in the snow, and got it in without any damage. Bought my saltwater hot spring spa from this company could not be more happier with the spa and service! You get what you pay for and these guys are awesome! 2 years later I called to get my spa cleaned and serviced. My spa is under a huge tree and get tons of stuff on the cover did not even think of asking if they could clean the cover. I came home today from a short trip and they had scrubbed the whole cover my wife said the guy must have been scrubbing for an hour.... WOW.. if you looking at a nice spa with after sale service don’t call anybody else just buy it here.

I called the Broadway location to ask some questions about their COVID-19 requirements and if I need to make an appointment to come in or if everyone will be wearing a mask. Which is required in Denver. I was told “We don’t care what you do or wear”. If I’m getting rude service over the phone before even going in, I’m not even going to waste my time going there. They lost a customer before I even visited a location. They need better customer service over the phone and need to take the safety of their customers coming in seriously. I don’t know if I just got a rude employee on a bad day or if this company just doesn’t care about COVID safety but first impressions go a long way.

Bought a new hot tub in November 2018 from these guys. The tub has been down more than it has been up in that time. They take forever getting service providers to my house and the problem never gets fixed. We have had a tub that doesn’t work for months. We were told we need to replace a cell that costs $800. We did that. It did not solve the problem. So now I have a very expensive tub that still doesn’t work and I’m out another $800. Stay away from IHT.

I contacted this company for some hot tub cover information and they were outstanding! Even though they were miles away from me, they took the time to answer my questions and guide me to a local dealer. Companies often just “ditch” you once they realize they are not going to be able to make a sale but these folks went the extra mile to insure I had what I needed to find a local dealer. OK...Ive waited 6 months now to write this so that I would have a good perspective after receiving my hot tub. The folks at IHT...Willis particularly...are some of the most responsive, problem solving there are. First, I LOVE my Hot Springs Aria. Willis helped us pick it out and its perfect for our needs. Not too big, not too small...just the right amount of bells and whistles and really awesome. MORE importantly, we needed a pad poured and to have the hot tub craned over our house. Willis arranged it all. He got us the concrete guy and the crane people. He coordinated the crane and I was gone on business the day the hot tub was to be craned so Willis came over and supervised. Amazing, above-and-beyond service. He sends an email now and again to ask how we like the tub and if we have any questions. Lots of hot tub places. These guys have both the right tubs and the right people. Stunning, really.

Sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they made it easy to find the right Caldera Spa for our home. Though delivery required a crane, they completed the process efficiently and professionally and in a timely fashion. We would and are recommending IHT to anyone looking for a new hot tub.

Purchased a new tub to replace our old hot tub. Got the salt system and simply love the tub and the quality of the water. There is virtually no chemical smell with this system the water is like we just filled it all the time. You don’t need to do frequent water changes and it is perfect 5 months after filling it. We were lucky to go three months with our old tub before the tub had a very chemical smell.Can’t say enough positive things about the customer service. They came out and check the area where the tub was going and ensured that everything was set before the tub arrived. Even the most simple question is patiently responded to by Willis. Best customer service I have experienced in quite some time.

International Hot Tubs or iHT sold me a Caldera Spa and I could not be happier. The delivery folks were knowledgeable and great to deal with as were the electricians that connected it. I had iHT use their sub-contracted electricians and I did not have to do much. The delivery guys took my worn out hot tub and really knew what they were doing. My hot tub is an added home luxury that the entire family is enjoying. The customer service ladies have done a great job at answering our questions and have been exceptionally responsive. The staff was very knowledgeable and made sure I found the right tub to suit my needs. My salesman Andrew Rhodes assisted me with the entire process. He helped track my delivery, followed up with me after installation and even stopped by to make sure I knew how to properly maintain my spa. I would highly recommend them.

WOW! These guys are great for service and execution. Our 18 year old Hot Springs Grandee basically exploded on a Sat. when we were trying to clean it. Both Tom and Celise were so great and tried to help first over the phone to avoid any charges towards repair. Their advice was solid and we thought we had initially fixed it. My hubby and I were high-fiveing too soon and heard a pop and then water was just pouring out of the front of the hot tub from the area where all of the electrical components are held.We knew at this point we would need a service call and Celise scheduled Matt to come out the following Monday. Matt is a boss and knew exactly what to do and what order to do it in to try and resolve the situation the best way for the least money. Celise also was kind enough to price match a fairly expensive piece we were replacing on the tub. Through the whole process they were kind, patient, and gave the best service possible. It made the bill easier to accept and now our tub is running like champ and basically brand new. I will always use this location of IHT and appreciate all they did to make us really happy clients. Kudos to the Manager over there who does the hiring and training because you know its being done right.

Found a hard to find small, oval, two person hot tub at IHT on 1035 Zuni St in Denver. Tracy, our salesperson and found exactly wanted. She ordered tub. we recd it about a month later.Was installed by their guys Bobby, Chris and Riley and wired to 110 by Max. All VERY professional and friendly. The person handling the delivery details dropped the ball a bit but others made up for it. All in all we are quite pleased with our purchase and would definitely purchase from IHT again.

Without a doubt the most useful hot tub company I have dealt with in my life. Over the course of 12+ years they have sold me a hot tub and provided the most incredible service I have ever had. Most importantly, the guy I dealt with no day one, Willis, is still there today. In a business where shady opertors abound and they are here today, gone tomorrow, Im really impressed.

We bought our hot tub from IHT in 2005. We enjoy our hot tub every day of the year. Michael Thorpe helped us choose the perfect tub originally and then provided excellent support over the years. Tom Beckwith continues to help us with all of our supplies. The IHT team is always friendly and honest, never trying to sell us something we dont need. I wouldnt send my friends anywhere else.

Bought my first Hotsprings Tub from IHT back and 2001 and just bought my second in 2018 from the Broadway location. Been coming to the Broadway location for about 15 years, and will continue to be a loyal customer. Each time I stop by for my various needs Tom Beckwiths smiling face and great personality is always there to greet me. I even ask for him when I come in and he has a day off! I would recommend the company to my friends and family, and have been since 2001.

My experience with IHT, most notably Willis Rebik, was phenomenal. Willis helped me find the best spa for my needs and provided excellent advice on using the ACE salt water system. I absolutely love the ease of maintaining this spa. I had a spa previously through another vendor and they basically washed their hands of me once I bought the spa. Not true with IHT. They are always so nice to work with and have been so quick to help me when needed. Lastly, the work Willis did in preparing my deck space for the spa was excellent. I wanted to put the spa in the yard, originally, and we ended up putting it in the deck. Willis said if its too far away, you wont use it as often. He was right. I love having it right by the door. So nice in the winter when it snows!! His workmanship is outstanding, and I had the pleasure of getting to know him and consider myself lucky for it. Thank you so much for everything!!

Absolutely love our new Hot Springs, Grandee/salt hot tub from IHT. Every use is like a full massage and the soft water leaves you feeling refreshed. No more itchy skin and feeling the need to rinse off right away. After researching every brand and style for months, we are so happy we chose IHT on Broadway. They were very patient with us even on our 4th visit when we actually purchased the tub. We purchased our hot tub from IHT about a year ago. Just last Tuesday our tub sprung a leak. I called IHT and left a message on Tuesday 9/29 and first thing Wednesday morning got a call from Carly to schedule repairs. Max arrived on time Friday and had our tub up and running within an hour and a half. I have been very pleased with the exceptional customer service and overall experience with IHT!

We purchased a used hot tub from IHT a few months ago. IHT technicians where great with ensuring the used model we bought was in good condition. They allowed us to perform a wet test for 2 days and provided all test results performed prior to putting it on the sales floor. The tub we bought is great and very happy with our decision to buy used. The reason we are giving 2-star is because of the sales associate who sold us the tub. We asked all the detailed questions regarding hot tub maintenance. He said it was very low maintenance in cost and in time; all we have to do is silk balance,chlorine 1x week and activate depending on frequency of usage. To our surprise that is not the case in hot tub maintenance, silk balance keeps the water soft and silky on your skin, but if you do not check the water several times a week for PH, Alkalinity, Chlorine levels you will find yourself with unbalanced water which is harmful due to bacteria and can damage the hot tub. The cost and time is not outrageous, but one should be aware their is mid-high maintenance added weekly to your lifestyle. I would recommend IHT to buy a hot tub, however I would ensure that you do your due diligence and not listen the sales associates or the documents they give you on tub maintenance, and if you buy used make sure you wet test and do a detail inspection
