I have known and worked with Eric on my hot tub for over 15 years, he has been very supportive and great advice about my spa parts and cleaning. He is quick to react to any issues and cleaning my spa on a regular basis. I would not consider calling or tust anyone else for cleaning, parts, hot tub cover, advice on replacing parts, etc. He knows it all..............

Have used Eric for over 20 yrs and he is amazing.

Ordered parts for my tub and all seemed well but after being told they were all in and driving across town, they were not all in... One part was not in, one was incorrect and I was told bluntly that it was correct (it wasnt) and another part was also incorrect and this part was replaced with correct but used part which was represented and sold to me as new. Would not trust, period.

Had freeze damage at the seat jet as well as both pump face plates. Issues were difficult to diagnose as the tub is sunk down in our deck. Erik worked tirelessly to diagnose and repair the problems. Spa is back up and working well. Highly recommend them

It took over 2 weeks for EriK Hadaway of Natures Choice Spa to make an appointment to visit my location. He was supposed to be here between 8-10 a.m. He finally showed up at 6:30 pm (after no phone call or apology for being late and after I had to call him to find out why he had not shown up at the scheduled time. He did not have the correct equipment to check the problem on the spa on that trip. He made another UN-scheduled visit (again no phone call) when I was not at the location and spoke to an associate - who was not the client and had no authorization to OK any work on the spa. I tried to contact him for a bid on the cost of the circuit board (which still was not diagnosed as the problem) as well as fixing some leaks. After getting no response, I hired another company. When he finally called, it was to let me know I was being billed for multiple trips (even though they were not authorized) and NOTHING was done for his excessive billing. Not polite, not timely and not professional.

What complete bunch of incompetent fools. Ordered a hot tub cover and waited 4 months for these idiots to tell me that they ordered the wrong color cover. This is after calling and asking once a month and verifying the color. Also, when service comes out to check my hot tub the Guy never shuts up and charges me for the time he is there. Stay away!!

Multiple visits, and payments, to them didnt fix the original problem. I spent hundreds of dollars and still seem to have the same leaks. They didnt communicate the first time about how the hot tub should be set up for their visit. While I clearly told them that diverter valves needed to be replaced, and they could see that there were no caps on the valves, they fixed other items they thought should be replaced (even though this is not what I had observed leaking when we turned it off). They told me the tub was fixed, so I filled it with water (there was a garden hose right by the hot tub and they should have filled it to determine from where the actual leaks were coming). Of course, because they didnt listen to what the issues were, without the diverter caps the hot tub went off like the Old Faithful geyser. On the next visit they did fix the diverters, but they never took the time to find out where the actual leaks were. So afters hundreds of dollars, I still have the original issue-- a leaky hot tub (with fixed diverter valves).
