I have been a member at Endorphin for nearly two years & LOVE this place! This location is smaller (just two rooms, one being the spin room) but they offer a wide variety of classes at various times so no matter your schedule you can find something that works for you. I mostly attended Spin & HIIT (challenging but the instructors can offer modifications) but have also done yoga. Superstar instructors include Tiffany, Amanda, Logan, Samantha & more. They will make you feel welcome & remember your name the next time. I highly recommend Endorphin!
I absolutely love this studio and their instructors! The HIIT and Cycling classes are very high energy, always have great music and they’re so much fun!!
Enjoyed a great yoga class today! Perfect to break up the work day, studio is calming and Bailey is AMAZING! She takes the time to encourage, suggest variations and is very positive. Worth checking out.
I attended a yoga class which goes on at the same time as the cycling class in the room next to it. You can feel the floor vibrating and hear the music/yelling from the cycling instructor. Havent tried the cycling class but do not recommend for yoga - it was described as a power vinyasa class but it was more stretching than flowing.
Joined about two months ago and have completely become addicted! The instructors are all top notch and I have yet to try a class I havent liked. Definitely has a small community feel, which is awesome. Hard but meaningful workouts get you in and out in an hour or less. Try Brandons cycle or Montanas cycle/yoga - they are the best!
I love working out at this gym. Its in a great location. They have a variety of classes offered at several times throughout the day, including times that fit into my before- and after-work schedule. The instructors are positive and motivational, and they push you to do your best so that you feel proud of the work you put in. My favorite classes are cycle/yoga and functional indoor cycling, but I have also been to and enjoyed the warriors classes.
Endorphin is the best gym in Denver! There is a wide variety of classes, I never have problems finding parking, and its a no fuss studio. You show up, workout, high-five, and you go on your merry way. The instructors are the best - they arent shouting at you to work harder, but they keep you motivated to push!
I went to Endorphin for the first time to try the HIIT class. Jordan, the instructor, was awesome! She pumps up the jams and she is super motivating. Since then I have tried a couple of her other classes. The warriors class is the best! I highly recommend it.
I went into Endorphin for my first time last night, I was extremely nervous because I have never taken group setting classes. I had such an incredible and fun time!!!! The instructor was amazing and extremely helpful and the energy in the room was fantastic. I look forward to taking more classes!
I absolutely love how dynamic and fun the classes are! They find creative ways to engage different muscles and each class I have attended has left me feeling challenged and energized! I highly recommend it!
Love Paiges HIIT class- great, effective and hard workout all in 45 minutes. It goes by so fast and is different every time so the variety keeps it interesting. Really enjoy the spin classes as well and Ive never had an instructor I didnt like!
I have taken a number of Endorphin classes - and each one is guaranteed to give you an incredible workout. From cycling, to yoga to barre they really have it all, yet the studio is very down to earth and not intimidating at all. My favorite class is warriors - about 25 minutes on the bike and then 20 minutes of HIIT. Love Endorphin!
The most positive and fulfilling fitness experience Ive ever had! It takes a lot to keep me interested and wanting more, but they have accomplished that here. I can already see and feel results. Money spent here is an investment!
Ive been to a lot of spin classes... endorphin kicks your butt everytime more than any other place Ive been to. I do wish it was a little more affordable. As a teacher its a stretch for me but I make it work because the classes are too good.
Love endorphin gyms, especially the lohi location because its so convenient for me! The classes are tough, but in the best way. I dont feel like Im wasting any time and I get a better workout in 45 minutes here than anywhere else in town!
Took functional cycling with Julia and it was so fun! Hard hills and lots of speed work, plus a fun play list. Great Sunday afternoon workout!!
Showed up on a whim to take a 7:30pm candlelight yoga class today, 7/3/18, and had the girl at the desk try to hard sell me on a month-membership, when I told her I just wanted to try a class out, she demanded $18 for the drop in.As someone who used to instruct yoga and personal train clients, I found this very off-putting, and left without having tried out the class.What a terrible “business” and “yoga studio”.
Endorphin spin classes are THE BEST spin classes in Denver! Lots of studio locations to choose from, very convenient schedule, and Ive never had an instructor I didnt love. Try them out!
I love Endorphin! The trainers are phenomenal. Each class is a little different to provide a full body workout. I highly recommend trying the Warriors or HITT classes, you will not regret it!

Endo is the best. Tough workouts that are always different and the instructors are awesome. They are careful and cautious to make sure your movements are correct to prevent injury. Multiple locations are super convenient!

Ive taken many classes here at Endorphin and they have always been amazing. My favorites are Cycling, Warriors, and HIIT. The workouts are always great, not only challenging but fun too! Brandon Harkey makes the classes interesting and motivating. Tiffany Miller is also outstanding. Modifications are always available, so you can always participate and get a great workout in. I love Endorphin!
Did a drop in class and had Logan as the teacher. Definitely a good workout if you want to sweat, feel like you are being pushed, and get your moneys worth. Fun playlist too.
Definitely enjoyed the functional cycling class and got a good workout! As a first timer, a quick explanation of the level adjustment would have been helpful, but it was easy enough to figure out as we got started by watching others in the class.
Great studio for a balance of workouts - cycling, HIIT, even some yoga thrown in. As somebody whos not a dedicated cyclist, the instructors are great at making sure everyone is set up correctly and getting the most out of their workout. All that plus you can travel to different studios and try options (check out the Ryders for a different challenge) makes it a go to workout spot.
Love the high intensity spin classes! The spin/yoga combo is a perfect balance of getting your butt kicked and stretching out!

The trainers are personable, motivating, and make the classes fun. I have always enjoyed taking classes there, and there are many times and varieties to choose from.
I hate cardio with a passion. Classes at Endorphin are helping me learn to love it though. My friend convinced me to try it out one time and now Im signed up for the next 3 months.They have lots of class times to choose from, some variety in class types, and all the instructors are super nice and welcoming to everyone. I will forever be a newbie and awkward cardio person, so Im grateful for a non-judgmental environment.Ive taken classes with Jordan and Alison so far. Both are 👍

I took a Warriors class here and wanted to die. Or kill the instructor for putting me through it. I went back and forth. Warriors is a cycling/HIIT (high intensity interval training) combo. In other words, borderline death for someone like me who had only been working out for about 3 weeks.I was one of the first people there for the 5:45 am class. It was a little confusing because there wasnt a front desk person. You just have to walk over to the desk and sign yourself in on an iPad. I then had to wander around the corner to find some cubbies to put my things in. Other than the initial puzzlement, it was great. And my great, I mean brutal.After 30 minutes of cycling, we went on to 100s. For those non insane people who dont know what that is (I did not), its 100 reps of one thing (sit ups, push ups, etc). This one was scattered with 20 second breaks every 60 seconds. During those breaks you then do something else super fun like jumping jacks or planks. Like I said, brutal! And I would totally do it all the time because I felt good and lean after.
