I have used Roll-Off Remedies three times and will continue to call them every time I need a dumpster. Roll-Off Remedies is consistently the best price and their customer service is exemplary. They make the entire process incredibly easy. The timing has always worked out for me. This last time however, it rained, the project wasnt on schedule and I needed the dumpster longer. Bill never told me that you cant throw away tires while on the the phone with him ordering the roll-off. First thing I did was load 4 tires that had been sitting around, a few days later I look at my statement and in bright red lettering it states we no longer accept tires, there will be a $25 dollar charge per tire so I tried calling Bill several times to tell him I can no longer dig out the tires since it was the first thing I threw away but it went to voicemail. He finally answered and told him my dilemma but he didnt care and was rude about the whole situation and told me to take them out. I would stay away from this company and shady Bill for not telling me this information while ordering this roll-off.

For example they claim to provide a 10-yard 10 ton dumpster made for heavy waste like broken concrete telling you keep it below 6 top line and the weight will be fine. Next thing you know they are doing an overage charge in the hundreds of dollars with no proof of the actual weight entering the dump site. Their handling of these situation is to charge your credit card and blame the overage on contractor and ignore the fact they said the dumpster type would come within the weight limits. I needed a dumpster for a bathroom remodel and some other construction debris removal. I researched 4-5 companies, and ROR had the by far the best price for the dumpster itself and for the permits. I felt confident going with the lowest price because ROR had 4.9 stars on more than 200 Google reviews.I needed a permit because my dumpster was on a city street in front of my house. ROR handled everything for the permit and was half the price quoted by others for permitting. Many others wouldnt even pull the permit, it was left to the person ordering the dumpster.They were able to drop off on a one day notice, were very communicative and punctual on all dealings.I cant possibly recommend ROR more highly.
