Very happy with their service. Come at the same time every week, haul off heavy items, and on rare occasions, we exceed our 10 bag limit, but they happily haul it off anyway. Always leave our sidewalk clean. Reasonable rates. Provide an optional service for recycle pick up, for an extra fee.
Rocky Mountain is by far the best roll off company around. Ive been dealing with them for 10+ years and I have been blown away by how well they operate their business. I have had service for 4+ years and have no complaints. The guys on the truck always make sure to put my lids inside the can so they dont blow away and they are reliable when it comes pick ups. No complaints and will continue to use them

We have used Rocky Mountain Waste for well over 10 years. There is very little that they dont accept. Ive never had a problem with them. Their employees have always been extremely friendly. We get a nice holiday card from them at the end of the year. Its one of things that I just take for granted.
I loved having Rocky Mountain Waste as my provider. They never skipped my house, the guys were very nice, they allowed us to use auto pay and they had great customer service. Unfortunately they discontinued serving my area and I ended up with the worst service ever. If you have them, hold on to them. Every other company pales in comparison.
Friendly service, delivered and picked up on time had no issues with them what so ever highly recommend.
RMR was patient, understanding and worked with us on our 1st large contract in Lakewood which of course went all wrong, except for the roll-off. It was delivered on time as scheduled. Kelly helped us out so much even after an embarrassing week of struggles. We are not a new contractor but an old one at a new beginning; even the experienced need a leg up at the start sometimes. Long story short, we were able to get the job done, the site left clean and everyone got paid. My first experience with this company occurred after my kid went number two in the upstairs bathroom and clogged the toilet so bad that it flooded the entire upper level of the house. We had to tear out the entire ceiling in the garage and needed a roll off company to haul off the waste. Thats when we called Rocky Mountain Roll Off. My call was answered by Tony, he was a charming boy with a great personality. I ordered a 30 yard container and that heiffer was at my door step the next day. A staff member named Vinny delivered it, I could tell he was the muscles of the operation because he wasnt all there upstairs if you know what I mean. Rocky Mountain Roll Off is hands down the best waste removal company in the 303!!
I got two roll-offs last week for my trash and I have nothing bad to say about this guys the office people were really nice and helpful the drivers were really nice guys and fast with the deliveries definitely recommend them for your roll-off and I will be using them more.
They dont seem to care about bad customer service ratings. Called the office to report missing a trash pick up; receptionist said she would look into it and never received a call on the status. When I called again - their offices were closed. After this, I will be looking at their competitors for service.

If you like rude and ineffective customer service or paying for services that you do not receive, then this is the trash collection company for you.When I first started trash service with Rocky Mountain Waste, they really did take 10 bags or barrels of just about any kind of trash including construction debris. I was a happy customer. Unfortunately this good service did not last long.Since then, they stopped taking construction debris, reduced 10 items to to 8 and now it seems perhaps 5 items is the new standard. Rocky Mountain Waste advertises that they dispose of eight to ten bags or bundles each week. Really? Reciently, On several occasions, I set out ten items and they took only 4-5 leaving 4-5 curbside. I was told rudely, that they do not take 8-10 barrels or 8-10 bundles, but rather they now take only one truck hopper full. So, if 5 bundles fills the hopper then 5 bundles is all they will take without extra charges. I was told to leave my uncollected trash on the curb or set it out again for next weeks pick up Or pay an extra $25 for a special trash pick up. Really? No thanks RMW!If your trash weighs over 40 lbs they will not take it. Better have a scale and weigh your trash... If you set out anything other than household kitchen or bathroom garbage, there will be an extra charge. Forget anything resembling construction debris.Pro-disposal claims to take unlimited household and 10 bundles and 15 bags of yard waste all for the same price. You do the math! Bye Bye Rocky Mountain Wasted!Signed, another long time customer lost to poor customer service.
WORST SERVICE EVER! WAS CURSED AT BY TRASH GUYS AND OFFICE PERSONNEL! TOLD THEYD TALK TO ME HOWEVER THE F THEY WANTED SINCE THE BOSS AND OWNER WERENT IN! They provide smaller roll off dumpsters perfect for spring cleaning. They just dropped it off, I filled it with no rush gave them a call and they took it away.
Dont use them. Unreliable, they dont take all your trash and they pushed it into the neighbors driveway, but still charge you. They pick up 3 out of 4 times. They dont follow the holiday schedule at all though just skip your house. The customer service lady says you cant prove that your trash was out there in time. You can even show that your trash was out there on time with pictures and their response was: you pay for one month trash service so some months its 4 weeks some months it is 5 weeks so if they miss a week and you still make it up in the long run.
Used them for approx 8 years for residential waste. I paid my bill up to the end of July and told them I sold the house and would not need their services anymore. they Sold the residential portion of their business to American Disposal Services...in Aug. Now I continue to get calls and bills from the new company, who is telling me that Rocky Mtn never showed my account closed. This has been going on for 6 months. When I called Rocky Mtn to ask them to tell American that I had paid and closed my account the lady told me she cant do anything and I have to work it out with American...I reccomend you DO NOT USE Rocky Mtn and American disposal for ANY type of disposal you needs. Neither of them know what they are doing.

Set up service with this company. They charged me but after a month I called to cancel because they never picked up and then hung up on me when I requested a full refund since they never provided service! Horrible experience!
