Working with Cara and Michael at Razor was excellent. I have been looking for a while and nothing was quite the right fit. We met by chance and after a few conversations - she was able to help me find the company I didnt know I needed. She still checks in to see how Im doing and is honest (which isnt everyones cup of tea). I have semi-worked with other staffing companies but the conversations never yielded anything, after the initial chat - it just falls flat even with my prompting. Definitely would recommend Cara and team to anyone looking to find a great fit for themselves professionally.Michael helped me with the onboarding and was awesome at staying on top of things. This company is a joke. Sends you to a job that has no intention of hiring you on. Then in 3 months has no other jobs for you. A big waist off time.
