I’ve been to this staffing company several times since moving back to Denver. The employees that work at this agency are very helpful and placed me in a job quickly. I had a specific schedule that I needed to adhere to for school. They accommodated every request I had. The manager who I spoke with was also very helpful with explaining my duties at my new job.( I can’t remember her name? )I would highly recommend this staffing company because they are pleasant to work with and I get paid early every Friday, which is so helpful.

This was my first time using a staffing company. I did not know what to expect. I thought all companies like this charged for their services and put you wherever they wanted, but I was so wrong. They actually help you for free and place you in a job that is suited for you! They reviewed my resume and qualifications and asked me questions about what I wanted- it was refreshing because they listened to my needs. I am pleased with the outcome and really respect the staffer that helped me get this job.

Citywide Staffing is the best agency to go to. I worked for a different one ever since high school and they perform very poor compared to citywide! I was recommended by my mother and gave them a call the same day, had an interview the very next weekday. Crissy is an amazing lady, the interview couldnt of went any better. I called to ask what jobs they offer. The lady started asking for my full name. When I asked why she said she wanted to enter me into their system. I just wanted to know what jobs they have. Simple straight question and she couldnt answer! Very sad. How do they expect to hire people with service like that?

I called the agency at 9 am on a Friday. They were able to interview me that day, send me to a site and I was starting work the following Monday. Management has always been really helpful with any questions and are very quick to reply by phone or email. They really have their stuff together.

Anytime I had a question or needed something from them, they were always quick to respond to me. I originally applied online and got a call from a lady the same day. The process took an hour and I was placed the next morning. The lady I worked with was really nice and helped my cousin get a job in Denver too. I’ll be referring people to this temp agency for sure.

Clay is nice to talk to til you waste your time going there. His attitude toward me on the phone was good and I told him what I was looking for and he sounded like he could help me. When we met in person how ever he was condescending and rude. He questioned why I was trying for a forklift job even though I told him I have experience doing that as well as other pieces of equipment. I got the distinct impression he wanted me to know he was better than everyone. Just his demeaner screems it. He said I was looking for the wrong job but their is no doubt he is in the wrong line of work. Maybe something where he doesnt have to talk to people would be more fitting. I noticed they kept my information though. When I asked to have my application back he said no it belonged to them now. Made me wonder what they really do there. Something is not right about this place. Dont waste your time and gas driving there its a complete waste of time.

Moved here from Cali-I went in for my interview and got a job within a few days. The company they placed me with is paying me more than what I said I needed to cover my bills and is the best company I have ever worked for. Weekly pay too-cant beat the perks here-try them out if youve been burned by other agencies in Denver. These guys ROCK!!!!!!!!

I recently had a very unfortunate experience with what I later learned was the call center that Citywide Staffing uses when all of their lines are busy. Luckily, a Citywide manager called me back later in the day, very apologetic that the representative had been so rude to me. The manager was incredibly helpful and kind and told me they would look at my resume and get back to me, and would also look into the representative who had so rudely handled my call. I was impressed with the attention to customer service and the desire to right this issue.In summary, if you do somehow get to this call center, dont despair! Try again until you reach the actual offices of Citywide Staffing.

If I could rate this staffing agency a zero, I would! Please do not use this company. These people have no clue how to operate a temp service. they just want money. How do you not review YOUR employees timecard for accuracy, before billing the Client. Your response to your Client is, your manager signed off, we did not need to review. My manager is not an accountant and you should have an accounting department to review, before billing the Client!

They arent professional at all. All in all dont expect to have anything done on time expect to be questioned like a child when asking for paystubs. Just all around rude o yea and Ive called since Friday morning asking where do I get my check from they intentionally ignored my calls.. Got a much better job and with people who are actually organized and ALOT MORE MONEY.

They are always there when you need a job! Im now in management at the company that I was working at through Citywide. If you work your butt off and have a good attitude, the company you will be working for might hire you on full time after a few months. 👍

Very unorganized, not a lot of jobs very limited and you have to pay $25 out of your check that you worked for towards a drug test that they require I need all my money I got bills thats the point of me going their is for them to offer a service to the public and they barely doing that, tell you one thing on the phone then waste your gas and get there its something different.

The manager was super rude all the time. And contacting them was a difficult process. Im so glad i dont work with them anymore!
