This is THE BEST tile store in the area! We’ve remodeled quite a bit and have worked with Capco which is now Crossville Studios a lot over the years. Our most recent experience surpassed all others - we worked with the folks at the Jewel Avenue location in Denver. First off, Jennifer Kraus is an awesome and enthusiastic Designer on the showroom floor and she made it fun and easy to choose our master bath tiles! Then we worked with Melissa Melville as our Customer Service Rep to help us with our order and delivery - she was attentive and helpful all the way through! And even the guys on the fork lifts and at will call always had a smile and helping hand...HIGHLY RECOMMEND Crossville Studios to anyone looking for tile and design help!!

Great showroom and slab selection. Amanda made our selections so much easier than it might have been and she was simply wonderful to work with. She has a good eye and directed us to what we believe to be great selections. We havent received all our tile yet but so far so good! Ill return with updates as we proceed. Thanks Amanda & Crossville.

We had a fantastic experience with Crossville Studios in Denver. Venus was incredibly helpful at our selection appointment. The studio has a tremendous selection and she listened to our vision and presented us with a number of options to meet our needs. We selected a large format tile for a kitchen backsplash, a bit unconventional, and would have had to order it much earlier. I found the tile in stock in California and worked with Briar at Crossville Studios Denver to have them purchase it and resell it to us. It was super easy thanks to this amazing team and we were able to get it shipped in time for install. Thanks to the Crossville team!

Updating/renovating a kitchen can be like buying a car, there are so many varieties of hard surfaces to choose from...granite, silestone, quartzite and the sticker price can be as shocking, as well. After visiting one showroom and finding granite I thought I loved, my choice turned out to be an “exotic” variety and was cost prohibitive. My husband and I stopped in at Crossville Studios and had a wonderful experience. We found a similar Taj Mahal quartzite, which was much more reasonably priced.Julie Duran was especially helpful. We so appreciated her expertise and willingness to help point us in the right direction.Crossville’s prices are fair. And, their customer service rates a 10+.Although Crossville is wholesale only, I found a great fabricator and my kitchen countertops came in under budget.

I recently updated my kitchen and was referred to Crossville by my granite contractor, and it was a great recommendation. They have a beautiful show room with a good selection, but what I appreciated most was the design advice I received. Venus was awesome! She was incredibly helpful and gave me some great tips, and I ended up with a look that I love. She patiently answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed to make a decision. It couldnt have been a better experience. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because I think theyre a little more expensive than some of the big shops like Floor and Decor, but for me the personalized service was more than worth it.

Good customer service, but I had a box of glass mosaic tile with 50% broken pieces. The prices are high. I bought a 10” glass cutting blade for over $100 which if you buy directly from the company that makes them, they are only $82. I tried to return it unused and they told me that there would be a 25% restocking fee, even though I could have put it back on the rack as it was right next to the cash register. As a kitchen and bath remodeled, I would have loved this company, but that was a really bad first impression with doing business with them, so I will avoid or use them as a last resort for next time.

I worked with Julia on selecting our countertops and floor tile. Im really glad she encouraged me to go with the bold stone wood quartzite. It was the one piece that my entire family agreed on, yet I was hesitant because it was so different from other pieces and far from a calm white that Id initially been searching for. Now, this stone is one of our favorite choices in our remodel. The floor tile also looks amazing! And, now that theyre installed they fit perfectly and I wonder why I worried!

Unbelievable lack of customer service.I stopped in here one day to look at tile and flooring. The receptionist was sitting at her counter/desk playing solitaire. She did not greet me and she did not ask if I needed help with anything.Im going to be doing a major kitchen renovation, but my money will not be going to this place.

We went to CAPCO to find some tile for our back-splash. The person that helped us (Barb) showed us some wonderful tiles that would go with our new granite. When we went to pick up the tile I said that I could carry it. I was fine until I got to the car and it slipped out of my hands. The whole box fell with the tiles in it. Though only 1 tile had a chip one of the guys came out and said dont worry about it I will get you another box. I told him I would pay, but he insisted it happens to them all the time and not to worry. I am still surprised/chocked at the perfect service we got and I highly recommend this place.

Tile was fine, service ok. purchased tile here 3 different times. Attempted to return extra tile and was informed the have a 30 day return policy, its been 45. No one has ever mentioned that, no salesperson, cashier or anyone at the loading dock. There are no signs stating that. Seemed a little deceitful and bad business practice. Ill only shop here as a last resort.

This guys never disappoint. I have now re-tiled, re-marbled and re-slated (I know, not a word...) 6 rooms in my house. Not only is the product of great quality -- always consistent sizes, etc., but this last time I needed to do a complex exchange and get out there for a meeting for work. They did all they could, pulled strings and called favors to make everything happen. Thank you Capco!

Crossville Studios does not even come close to the level of expertise and customer service that CAPCO had. You will get the impression almost immediately that you are inconveniencing them by being in their showroom.

I just sat at the loading dock for 30 mins. there were two other contractors that had been there for 90 mins. The warehouse staff seemed to not give a flying rats a$$ about us or out time. If you dont value your time, then this the place to buy tile. I should also mention that when I showed the man my oder pickup sheet, he said theyre working on it but never even looked at a single detail on it. One word: incompetent

Mixed experience with Capco/Crossville Showroom and Design Staff. As a home owner, this was not the easiest place to find tile.PROS: A large showroom offered a wide variety of porcelain, marble, stone, and glass tiles in a range of prices. Several bath and kitchen vignettes beautifully displayed their products.Design assistance was available and walk-ins welcome. Full size samples could be purchased to take home, and, if returned within 30 days, the money refunded.A back room featured discontinued or limited quantity merchandise.MIXED: The level of help from the design and back office staff was inconsistent. Some were very helpful and others less enthusiastic. And, the backroom was rarely staffed.CONS: The space was dim and a bit dreary. While its best to view samples in your home, the lack of natural light here hindered the ability to view colors. Most larger format tiles had to be pulled from racks, making it difficult to view style and color options at a glance. The checkout process was multi step and time consuming. The designer wrote up an invoice, and the customer then had to go to the back office and wait for staff working phones to free up, pull tiles, take credit info, write up another invoice. You then had to go back through the showroom carrying heavy tiles out.CONCLUSION: Although the selection was good, the service was inconsistent and the sample checkout process cumbersome.
