Great place to work for if you want to make friends, very friendly coworkers. Very knowledgeable managers but lack of leadership, no recognition of employees and they promote people less seniority and experience. It’s like if you’re not in their circle you have to fit right and and look right(other words kiss butt) you are going no where there.

If you work here, its only good if you can get promoted, the longer you there the less likely you are to get promoted. Senority and working good does not get you promoted. If you are there for more than 6 months and you are not in a position to be prompted, its not worth it. Been working almost 2 yrs at this place and keep getting overlooked, told to be patient, when something opens up I can get a better higher paying position. That is a lie, you have to be a favorite, management moves you up if you kiss their butts, you dont even have to be a good worker, good attendance does not matter either.

Most horrible place to work for doesnt have work for boxing team for past 3 months. They allow people not to work but if you do work you are not a good employee in their eyes also have you work with people who cant even communicate with you. Also the manager Michael doesnt know what he is doing for example he lets Kay Yang the boxing team lead be disrespectful and harass women and call people out their name. Also cant even do a proper order for things you need to finish the job. Will never work for them again no wonder warehouse 2 cant stand Michaels at all

Terrible Customer Service!!! She (yes, there is only 1 person when you order direct) dodges phone calls and will not respond to voicemail or emails unless it is to tell me to go work with USPS local office even after I sent an email directly to her letting her know that I had already done this. Called literally pleading with her voicemail to get a resolution. Only to get a email from another rep stating that the company had seen that there was a postal error and they reshipped my glasses and they will be waiting with bated breathe and watching for my delivery. Worst part is....once the glasses were delivered today the frames on one pair is bent. Too scared to send them back and ask for a refund.

DO NOT WORK HERE THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS. Super prejudice. Very incompetent upper management. RACIST.

Purchased a pair of Piranha brand sunglasses from Wal-Mart and loved them so I wanted an extra pair or 2. Could not find them sold anywhere online, so I called Navajo and ordered directly from them. Their sales and customer service staff was polite, helpful, and produced a great customer experience for me. Fantastic affordable eyewear and a happy customer!

Very rude staff and everyone gossips between one another the people they hire as supervisors are worthless don’t even know how to do their job accordingly. Mess with your pay very often Would highly recommend to not work for this warehouse. Extremely discriminating.
