Very nice to be able to pick up tires that most places dont carry. Especially off sizes. Was able to pick up same day as well which is a big plus. Due to covid, you call when you get there and they bring the tires out to you at the loading dock. Very friendly staff that brought the tires out. Great selection of brands, sizes, performance etc. Staff from the call center were also very helpful. Thanks for a great experience and will be back!

I ordered tires and wheels on April 7 and requested a delivery date of April 26 since the items weren’t available for delivery prior to my departure on vacation on April 15. On April 14, I received a message stating the order had been shipped. I called Customer Service and asked them to recall the order since I was going out of country. On April 15, I was contacted by the delivery company wanting to set up a delivery time. I instructed them to return the order to the warehouse since I was out of town. On April 26 I called to check on the status of the order. The CSR stated she had to send an email to get the status and would call me back with an update. 48 hours later I called again since I hadn’t received a call back and was told the shipment had been returned to the warehouse again from the shipping company. The CSR offered me a $50 gift certificate which I declined since I will never deal with Tire Rack again so she credited my account for approximately 1.5% of the value of the order for my inconvenience. I received messages stating the order had shipped again on April 29, but still have not heard from anyone about delivery. Beware if you need anything other than a shipment at their convenience since they have proven in this case that they cannot track and deliver shipments. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ANOTHER SOURCE FOR YOUR TIRE AND WHEEL NEEDS.

Horrible customer service at this distribution center. Waited half an hour to finally have my rims brought out. The telephone customer service rep quoted a 10-12 min wait time. In the meantime, a customer that arrived after I did was assisted first and the employee helped him put tires in the back of his truck. When my items were finally brought out, they stacked them on the loading dock and just left. No one spoke to me or assisted with loading my vehicle. The signs clearly state to remain in your vehicle.

Pulled up, saw 4 other cars waiting, thought they would take a long time to hand my tires over, and no. i probably waited 10 minutes and i was on my way, you arrive and they have a giant banner with the # to call for you order to be brought out to your car. the guy was in a great mood, curtious and swift. i will defenetly recommend you buy tires from tire rack, I payed online, 35 minutes later im hauling my awesome tires home.

Shoot guys, sorry for leaving the 2-star without any explanation - its easy to just tap the star and move on when Google bugs me for a review, but since you replied, I figure I owe you an explanation!Your website is great, your prices are great, and I love the local pickup option with discount. That said, picking up the order was a disaster. There were no instructions about where to park while waiting for the order, with your loading dock and side lot full. After giving my vehicle description over the phone, I hung out in front of the loading dock waiting for a free spot. With no line and no instructions, customers were vying to snake into spaces as they opened, leading to a few near misses.Since I had provided a vehicle description, I figured somebody would come by when our order was ready. 45 minutes later, I called again and it turns out that my order had been picked and somebody had shouted my name, but since I was in the car waiting for a spot at the loading dock (among the other idling vehicles), I didnt hear it.After I called again, the order was brought back out and eventually I got the tires loaded up. Start to finish, I was at your facility for over an hour, when I was expecting the whole process to take just a few minutes. Like I said, the site and prices are great, but the rodeo in the parking lot soured the experience.I suppose its lame to leave a negative review without offering a suggestion, so maybe consider having somebody direct cars and control traffic when youre busy. Thatll keep your loading area safer, and will help out dummies like me who dont know the pickup protocols.

I recently ordered a snow tire/wheel package, including TPMS, for my car. While the ordering process was easy enough, the quality control and customer service has been terrible.So far, 2 of the 4 wheels are leaking air rather severely. Upon delivery, I discovered one of the tires was 15-20psi lower than the others. I contacted customer service who offered me $25 reimbursement and basically blew me off. I was able to diagnose it myself as leaking from the valve stem (installed by Tire Rack), so I tightened it to spec which seemed to stop the leak, checked the remaining valves and mounted the wheels for an upcoming trip to the mountains. Well, here I am, 2 days later, in the mountains, and a different tire is now down 20psi.So, according to Tire Rack, my options are to send all the wheels back and see if they qualify for road hazard protection, which they won’t since the leaks are coming from the valve stems, or receive $25 reimbursement after I spend an unknown amount to have all 4 wheels/tires/valves inspected and possibly repaired. Meanwhile, I’m in the mountains, 100 miles from home, and now I have to drive back on snowy roads with questionable wheels.I guess it’s my fault for trusting a company, who’s sole purpose is providing wheels and tires, to actually do the bare minimum to ensure their customer’s safety and quality of the product they deliver. /sI’ve been ordering tires from Tire Rack for years, across 4 different vehicles, and never had an issue. This is, however, the first time I’ve ordered a wheel package that is delivered mounted and balanced. After experiencing the lack of care and complete absence of quality control, I can’t see myself using Tire Rack again for anything when there are plenty of other vendors available.

Im very disappointed so far and I havent even received my new wheels and tires. I made an order online which included wheels and tires and balancing, no tpms sensors. Ive done this at least 4 other times with family members. On their website, it shows 9 of the tires in stock so no issue, right? Well, I get an email a day after my order saying they only have one of the tires available and that I would either have to wait until MID JUNE or switch tires. Frustrated at this point for misinformation on the website, I conceded a replacement option that was also plenty in stock since my order had already been made. Figures, exact same thing. They only have 3 in stock. At this point Im annoyed because they practically are going to give me what they have in stock vs what Im paying for and what I want. Screw that.I asked if they could just mount the wheels with the tires I wanted at a different warehouse and ship them from there and they said they wouldnt do that. Fine, that makes no sense but fine. Can you at least send the tires I want to your warehouse where the wheels are available and then mount them. No, we want to fulfill your order from our Colorado warehouse. Let me transfer you to a tech *Call drops* I call again Let me transfer you to a tech *Call drops for the second time*.In a nutshell... Here are the options that were given to me:1. I can have the wheels I wanted with some tires they have at least 4 in stock. (None that I want)2. I can wait until mid June aka 3 months away for backordered tires to arrive which they literally have sitting at another warehouse and arent willing to ship.Ive never had such a horrid experience with tirerack. Family has used them for years without any issue. Thats the only reason Im giving them two stars instead of one. Im astonished by how bad the customer service was when I called today. If I cant get my order resolved by early next week Im just going to take my money elsewhere. Youre really letting me down this time Tire Rack!I have no problem updating my review to 5 stars if this can be resolved. Like I said, Ive never had an issue with them but this time around has been a serious headache.

Good prices and quick pick up. But be aware that the road hazard warranty is NOT a warranty. I had a tire damaged by a nail and was informed it is a replacement reimbursement program. Meaning you must purchase another tire and submit receipts to be reimbursed for the tire cost only! Does not cover mounting balancing etc. Would not have purchased the tires direct if I had known what a hassle it is if you have any issues. I suspect the othe warranties they offer are also misleading in the way they are worded.

Tire rack is always the cheapest in my experience. If you do store pickup youll save $$$ per tire and the loading crew is incredibly friendly.If you buy rims and wheels theyll put them together free of charge too making the pickup even easier.

The website couldnt be any easier to navigate and the order and pickup process was a breeze, same day pickup by the way! We needed to find a place that would sell us a tire without knowing the type of vehicle because local tire shops apparently wont sell you a tire if its not one of the OEM recommended sizes for your vehicle. Local tire shops wont even sell it to you without knowing the vehicle type, even if theyre not mounting, balancing, or putting the tire on the car, which is ridiculous, and thats why were so happy to have found Tire Rack.The prices seem to be the same as what the cost price is for local tire shops, therefore removing the middle-man markup, and cant be beat! Will absolutely continue to buy tires from here and will tell anyone who needs tires to shop here!

This wheel set(18X8 5-114 ET40 SE A11) was recommended by TireRack for Model 3 with performance brakes. Julian, the person taking my order, was helpful and the order was shipped in a timely manner. I had also ordered the Blizzaks mounted and balanced on the wheels. The wheels looked good and installed very easy with needed centering ring. The car handled great in the ice and snow of Colorado that winter.Went to remove the wheels and put summer wheels back on and was surprised by standing water in two of the wheels by the axle nut and the overall amount of rust that had formed in all 4 wheel hubs. A little rust is normal and expected. This was a lot of rust and the standing water is not normal. No, I did not just power-wash the wheels before removing them. Despite communications with TireRack customer service (Tamara) and photos of the wheels showing the overall poor design and complete lack of drain path (present on other wheel sets), I was told there was nothing I could do and in fact, all the wheels we carry are of the same design.I have ordered many tires from Tire Rack over the years, usually snow tires but also racing slicks and other all-season tires and the service and products have been great until now.Tire Rack has just lost a long term customer and all the positive comments I have shared with others. I bought a set of what I thought were all weather tires and found out a year and half later that they are winter tires. Tried to get help but they pointed me in the direction of the installer who then pointed me in their direction. Be aware take pictures of your tires after you install them. I am very disappointed.

This is my first time purchasing wheels and tires thru Tire Rack I typically buy elsewhere but I thought Id give them a try this time around. To my surprise I go to check in and find out my wheels have never been worked on. I left work early to pick up my wheels and tires so that I may get them mounted today but instead Im sitting here at the dock for the next 1 1/2 hours until the order I made on Sunday and today is Wednesday. First impressions are everything.

Extremely frustrating experience! Tire Rack sent lug nuts longer than the original factory ones which obviously didnt fit the wheels that I ordered the same way the original factory ones did. I called in the middle of the afternoon on Friday to ask a super simple question about this and was told I would get a good answer right away. After waiting for a full two hours I called again and was told the department was closed and couldnt answer my question until Monday! I asked the Customer Service rep (who really couldnt have cared less about customers or about service) what to do and was told to put all the old tires and wheels back on because it wasnt safe to use the lug nuts they sent to me!!! By Monday afternoon I still hadnt received a return call or an email answer so I called another time and found out from another rep I never even needed the lug nuts that Tire Rack told me I must use with these wheels! Tire Rack was happy to make the sale but not happy to support the sale. I will never use Tire Rack again. I have always supported local shops and feel so very stupid for skipping that rule this one time. Never again. Support local shops and youll always have a human to help you face-to-face instead of someone who simply takes your payment over phone and couldnt care less about all the problems they create through their own lack of competence!

Their ground shipping is not guaranteed.” translation: we advertise fast free shipping but won’t stand behind the promise. You know who does guarantee fast free shipping? Amazon and they sell tires.Shipping was late and had to cancel a road trip. I should have gone to the local shop down the street and pay the little extra money for actual service but, as with most things, my attempt to save a few bucks turned out very poorly. Will not recommend and will not use in the future.

I bought a set of winter tires and wheels online and figured Id pick them up from the Denver warehouse. However, since I commute from Denver to work in Boulder, finding time to make their 8-5 business hours to pick up the wheels was a bit of a challenge.Fortunately, the 12/20 Wednesday afternoon/evening crew were fantastic - with Josh(?) Parker directing me in thru a side door to the front office where the office folk completed the order. No attitude, just smiles and willingness to help from them all. Josh then helped me load up the wheels into my car, and I was on my way.Super appreciative of the folks at TR warehouse for being so amenable to helping a customer outside their regular hours. Theyve earned a returning customer for sure.

I purchased 4 tires picked them up and went to have them installed. Installer pointed out the tires where over 1.5 years old where normally they might be a few months old it was a Saturday and customer service where closed already. I needed to install the tires as my one tire was in bad shape. I called CS on Monday and they said that could not be as all their tires at the warehouse where from 2018 I offered to take a picture of the date on the tire and send it to them. They said they would change the date on their end for the records, of the tires I purchased, to reflect the actual date on the tire to 2017 and it is still under warranty. Although I get stuck with an older tire that I paid full price for that might effect the length of time that the tire is usable.

I got four highly rated tires for my truck for under $500. Customer service is excellent. Pickup was fast and easy. I recommended tire rack to all of my friends.

First time using Tire Rack to purchase tires. It was easy enough to order online. Pickup was just as easy, drive down to the location, show them your id, drive over to the loading dock and pick up the tires.

The road hazard program is a Joke, it is through a 3rd party provider and will not reimburse for the tire to be re-balanced after repair, a tire requires balancing after mounting to be vibration free.Extremely disappointed after multiple purchases from Tire Rack this willdefinitely be the last, saving a few dollars is not worth the headache & rigmarole

Tire Rack has terrible customer service and they lie to their customers. I will never use Tire Rack again.I needed new tires for my Ram Promaster 3500, which I built out as a camper. I was excited to find that they had a large selection of tires available within my size and weight index. I was having a hard time deciding between Tire Rack and my usual go-to, Discount Tire, and then I saw that Road Hazard Protection was automatically included on most of Tire Racks tires. That is what really sold me, it would be an extra $100 or so expense with Discount Tire. I bought a set of 4 Sumitomo Encounter AT tires that had a 30-day trial period. I got them installed at the RAM dealership for an additional $89, an amount I didnt really calculate into the cost of the tire. I took them on one trip and found that I lost almost 5 mpg with the AllTerrain tire, which was beyond what I think is reasonable, so I sent them back. I ordered a set of the Sumitomo Encounter HT, hoping the MPG loss would be less. Switching these tires out cost me another $89, but I was expecting a full refund since thats what Tire Rack had said I should expect. They call me up and say that the tires were damaged and I would only be refunded for 2 of the 4 tires. Were they really damaged? They were brand new tires with no issues. They refused to do anything except send to the manufacturer for further inspection, which would take 8 weeks. I still havent heard anything, over 2 months later.Im on a road trip on the new Sumitomo Encounter HT tires and within 1500 miles I have a blowout on the inner wall of my front right tire. There was no impact, no abuse of the tire, nothing that would cause this except for a tire defect. At first, Im confident the company will cover it under their Road Hazard protection. I call to try and get this taken care of and they tell me the tire doesnt have Road Hazard protection. Only some of their tires have RH. This particular category isnt covered. Wouldnt that be nice to know before youre purchasing the tire? If you click on the Road Hazard page of their website it ways the Light Truck tires are not covered. I didnt know the tires I was buying were considered light truck tires. I would expect when they say Most of our tires are covered with Road Hazard Protection that the tires that are not covered would explicitly tell you when youre purchasing This tire is NOT covered by Road Hazard Protection. Its incredibly dishonest to make a blanket claim and then not tell the customer when that claim is not true. Their statement that MOST of our tires are covered under Road Hazard Protection is the only reason that I went ahead and purchased through Tire Rack and not a local vendor.After getting a replacement tire installed, the installer said that the blowout looked like a tire defect and I should try to get the manufacturers warranty instead of the Road Hazard. I went through the process to get the tire returned to Tire Rack, and they came back with the message, We have confirmed that the damaged was confirmed a road hazard, and they are not going to warranty it. How exactly have you confirmed this? How exactly does an impact happen on the middle of inner wall of a tire with no damage anywhere else on the tire? That seems impossible to me. That seems like you are trying to get out of honoring the manufacturers warranty. That seems like Tire Rack is committed to having terrible customer service that pails in comparison to any other tire company Ive dealt with, or any other company Ive dealt with in recent years.If Tire Rack is going to operate as an online-only company, dealing through other installers, they should at least match the level of customer service of other tire companies, like Discount Tire. Discount Tire goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy with their service because they know that word of mouth is the best form of advertising. I will never again use their services and I would be loud in telling others, especially in the Van Living community, to never use Tire Rack.

I went out to pick up tires that we ordered & they require the credit card & picture i.d. - the tires were ordered through a company credit card - no matching I.D. for a company name. I will never do business with them again!!! I only gave 1 star as it is the lowest possible rating.

Bad experience here purchased a wheel online that doesnt fit my tires I talked to an agent verifying and making sure it fits when I got it installed the offset was wrong and now I am having bad tire rub issue. Went back to Les Schwab and they verified the offset was wrong there book shows a different offset now they never wanted to help me get this resolved never will buy to this company again also dont expect there customer service to help either. Check the horror stories from old customer who purchased here be warned bad customer service no help at all.

I saved almost half the expected cost by buying from the same place as the tire stores!Their website informed me of options that no store had ever told me about. I downsized with new rims and was finally able to get winter tires for my car greatly improving traction on icy roads. I would have saved even if I would have had them shipped to me but I am close enough to one of the Tire Rack distro. centers saving any shipping fees. Customer service reps on the phone and the people that helped me when I picked up my 4 tires already mounted and balanced on new rims all where more helpful than I ever expect.Tire Rack knows tires because they test every tire they sell, check out their website to see what I mean!

This was my first time ordering with Tire Rack, and it was awful. After over a week of no status on my tire delivery, I called, and they said one tire had been delivered to my installation center - and one was still in progress. The installation center didnt know anything about delivery, and it was revealed later that the tires HAD been delivered, but werent showing up in either system.
