Wow, lovely service, friendly staff, warm welcome and prompt service. I couldnt find a certain kind of fertilizer, A friend of mine suggested gardnwise (now BFG, ) I went there and although I didnt have an appointment or order, they was most happy to help me. I had a short wait of course due my last minute request but Im happy to say I got my fertilizer and felt awesome about choosing BFG SUPPLY CO. that day.

Extremely rude service. Salesmen act like they don’t want business or to move product the way they treat their customers. Unwelcoming and unfriendly, which is surprising because I’m a repeat customer that has purchased products here before up until this moment.Right when you walk in there’s a weird vibe. Dimly lit office with nothing but a few desks and a random fountain in the center, for whatever reason. You might first think they want to show off some products with having that fountain there, but that’s false because there’s no other products in that place other than that random pos fountain.There is also a dog that isn’t very friendly that greets you when you walk in, so be ready for that.Pathetic excuse of a business and we will be bringing our purchases elsewhere from here on out.

Unbelievably rude customer service by Susan. She sounds like she’s been there too long and has her special place. Not courteous at all on the phone
