Driver came through landscaping rather than sidewalk, caused damage, pizza was half upside down, toppings glued to the top of the box and the drivers response, “that’s too bad, calm the store!” That call wasn’t any more productive. Have pics of all of it.

I got a delivery on 12-30-2020. They need that product until I arrived. When I checked in they told me that they don’t have room for my product until next day. So goodbye “happy new year “. Will be on the road. I hop i will never come back here.

Sooo disrespectful. I placed an online order that was never delivered so I called the store and the manager Jacob I believe was his name was incredibly rude saying I gave them the wrong address but they delivered it to my neighbors house. No apology was ever made and he even hung up on my husband when he tried to explain the situation. He then said that they will never deliver to our house again. This is the second time this has happened..

I use to eat Dominos pizza until I seen the unthinkable.... no mask in the warehouse!!!!Someone needs to tell the workers at the warehouse that they are supposed to wear a mask on their mouth and nose while at work. It’s the law!!!Hope no one gets Covid-19 I’m praying for them

The kids they let work here are so disrespecrful after they make the mistakes i was laughed at by manager and 2 other employees trying to explain myself when i asked the manager for his name he hung up i called back when i asked him for his name he said i dont need his name and then the disrespect came to be ganged up on by employees after giving them my hard earned money after a long day working in the freezing cold i expecred what i paid for it is unexceptable employees should be held accountable for there actions without customers they wouldnt have a job i would take my money elseware

DO NOT SHOW UP EALRY FOR A DELIVERY. THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOU. I showed up an hour early and was told to come back exactly on my delivery time. They will not allow you to park on site but there is parking on the street. Just show up on time and you will be fine.

Showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment and rang their bell for my delivery. There is a ton of staff inside walking around and not once have they came to the door to answer it. They kept just walking by ignoring it.

Seriously? Suppy ChainI guess that should be a solid clue of the level of intelligence with this outfit. Thats corporate. Came here to get the corporate number to inform about the absolutely horrible service at the 88th & York location. Im not even going to bother calling. Obviously the same idiots go all the way to the top. Keep up the fantastic work Duminos, youre not going to need to worry about suppy because there wont be any demand.
