This company is rude, no I can only say Delphine is rude.This company tells you when they will deliver, if ever, to you. They are amazingly bad. They also cannot assure you even what day they will deliver.My situation was a delivery in Salida, co.She said we delivery there Thursday and Friday each week. Told her I’m not there on one of the days, she laughed and said she would speak with her supervisor.The next thing I know the sender calls and says they refused to deliver here and they would send it with a reputable company, Fed Ex.If you can avoid this horrific company, do so.

For your delivery needs, I recommend no one but Interstate.

Arrived at appt time and given a door right away. Unloading was quick for me. Thank you all.

The guys were real nice even though I got held up in wyoming because of wind. Very tight and blindside if you come in their driveway. If you go into the driveway b4 it takes you halfway down their lot then you could make it sightside pretty easily. When there are a few trucks waiting it could get kinda clustered. The 3 starts are for the crew and the lack of is because of the lack of space.

Rude and slow company. Will give you every excuse on the phone except the truth. Ive had 2 boxes show up weeks late from them. WEEEKKSSSSSS. I dont pay for a service to work around whats convenient for them. Horrible.

Terrible place

OTR Driver here. Delivered here. The people here are okay, my live unload turned into a drop n hook, thats okay to. The main problem here is the location, its a crammed up dock area filled with truck traffic, the building location is horrible, imo its made for box trucks, the entry n exit are both cluster mucks. The main street has trucks waiting, the problem is compounded by multiple shippers in the adjacent lot. If you come here be prepared to deal with the above, it is NOT a truck friendly lot, your truck on a 53 ft trailer is nearly nose at the wall to get docked. I hope I never have to come back here..lol..
