Absolute shyster. Stole $10,000 from my parents as we were working with him to find a home, declared bankruptcy after hiding assets, and then ghosted us. Despite multiple chances to act with integrity or simple compassion, he simply screwed us over in every way possible.He also handed out HUD lockbox keys like they were candy, with no regard for the security of the properties he had access to, which should have been a huge red flag for his absolute lack of regard for others. Hindsight...Id be happy to work with him to find a resolution even after so much time has passed, and update my review, but unless he decides to act with the integrity he claims to have, I recommend anyone who is honest RUN from any association with this crook.
