I’ve worked with Trace3 pretty steadily for 10 years now and one of the things that jumps out about them is they are not you typical VAR that you call out and they just provide the products and services you request. But a unique thing I appreciate about Trace3 is that they go above and beyond. It is hard to just label them as a VAR. In my mind, they are more a strategic partner. Trace3 really goes out of the way to understand the business I’m in, the IT environment supporting my business, as well as figuring out the challenges facing our business. They then tailor IT solutions they feel will make our lives easier rather than the typical IT company that pushes whatever product they want to sell.What makes Trace3 stand apart from other IT partners I reach out to, is their understanding of what is changing in the industry and how the landscape will be evolve over the next five years.I also should mention the trust I have in Trace3. There’s not a doubt when they bring something to the table they are steering us in the right direction. I know if they bring an IT idea to me then I should probably seriously consider it. Conversely, when I’ve brought ideas to them, they’ve typically already checked the product out and are able to come back to me and explain why it would or wouldn’t be a good fit for our environment. That’s because they’ve taken the time to get to know us and our environment. The value Trace3 adds is that they’ve already vetted the products and understand why it may not be a good fit for our environment at this time.
