I was next door doing laundry and noticed the Barbershop... I was in need of an undercut so I went in. The woman who assisted me, & Im so sorry I dont remember her name, was super helpful & friendly. I didnt even state the reason I came in, and she straight up said need to trim the undercut? Yes!Compared to my normal place (hair salon), she shaved me down to a 2, then went back with various trimmers and finally a blade to clean the edges. The warm soap felt great on my neck, the blade gave the closest shave Ive ever received, just an overall excellent experience. If youre in the area and need something done, check these peeps out. They offer a variety of services from barbers to cosmetology and so they service men/women/children with multiple services and options.

Great place to get your beard messed up. The owner likes to spend more time watching TV than focusing on her job and thinks using clippers for beard trims is something I couldnt do at home myself. She admitted she messed up, laughed and said it will grow back, then still charged me full price for the trim.Do not recommend to anyone who values the way they look and the time they put into growing out their beards/hair. Never returning to this shop. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Walked into the shop today around 10:20am. Waited about an hour for a cut, no big deal there was only one guy in there cutting hair today. When it’s my turn I notice he doesn’t sanitize the chair after the last person as there is still hair all over it. Then he proceeds to put the cape on me that the last person used. It was still covered in the last persons hair. I ask for another one that may be a little cleaner maybe sanitized since we are in a pandemic. The guy working there proceeds to tell me they are all dirty and covered in hair since this is a barbershop. I am not sure how all the capes are dirty though since only one guy was working the whole time I was there. Do you just never clean them? I got up and walked out. We are in a pandemic so maybe be a little more mindful of sanitizing your equipment. Outside of a pandemic as a costumer I would still appreciate not sitting in a chair covered in the last customers hair.

This is my new favorite place to get a haircut! Everyone is super nice and really professional. I got nice fade with a tapered neck line and everything was perfectly executed. Wendy was amazing, very nice, and had great communication making the experience seem very quick. She took her time and made sure I looked my best for thanksgiving. I will keep coming here for my haircut for years to come.

Maybe some of the people said good things about it but personally I didnt like it, poor customer service specially the boy who cut my hair. He seemed rude with no welcoming plus you dont get to see yourself in the mirror until they are finish. there is no way I would recommend it.My friend has just told me that there is another shop nearby with a good quality customer service and know what they are doing.

Great overall environment. Clean, barbers were nice but the haircut I got wasnt the best. Asked for a low fade and ended up getting an uneven fade. Was so bad the manager had to come over and fix it. Not to mention it took an hour for a cut the should take 30 mins. I would give this place 1 star if it wasnt for the manager and her great customer service and apologizing for the mistakes.

This place has horrible customer service! After reading some of the previous reviews on here I couldnt believe these people were talking about the same place. I hate to bring up race but if your a black person go somewhere else. The owner is extremely rude, disrespectful to customers,and has an bad attitude unless you speak Spanish. Being a business owner you need to cater to all patrons that come into your shop regardless of race and show them respect. There are barber shops all over town avoid this one.

My experience here was an utter disappointment, my hair was cut so badly that we ended up cutting the whole thing bald. The shave was so poor that it left deep gashes in my skin that will take weeks to heal. Amateur hour doesnt begin to describe this place. Three months of regrowing my hair, here I come.

This is the worst barber shop in Colorado ... I went with my three children and I chose the shape of the cut .... The result was the worst thing you could imagine ... After the barber shop manager come, she trying to convince me that the boys hair is good, She decided to fix the boys hair, and after the repair ... It has not changed much, I waiting police who came to the place.

Ever since they opened the second shop on Hampden, this one is kinda falling off, the guy keeps cutting my hair wrong and when you ask him to fix it, he looks at you like youre some kind of figment of his imagination, He must be on something.

I went to get a haircut here and was turned away supposedly because they were closed although their hours said they remained open for another 45min. I will never be getting my haircut done here and I am glad now that I did not get it done in the first place since the shop was discussing and I’m now sure I was turned away because I’m white.
