The customer experience is poor. I called the business number and just had a rude employee that just hung up the phone on me 2 times. This shows that their employees do not care about their work environment or work ethic. I wouldnt want t anyone with that mentality to touch my hair.

Barbershop that cuts hair great for ethnic people but not for whites. Asked for a low fade with an inch off the top and ended up with an uneven high fade. Maybe I should’ve shown reference photos but I wouldn’t assume that it would hard to do a low fade. Friendly & easy to talk to staff though

Worst cut I’ve ever gotten in my life. That old dude messed up my line and had the audacity to charge me $30 for a simple fade which he didn’t even do a good job on.

My son came here for a fade with a man bun he came out with a fade horribly done and a crooked side burn on one side and the other side was shaved off. There was no way to fix it. So both sides were uneven and they didn’t bother cleaning up his hair. Waste of money!

Set up an appointment online prior to my visit. Walked in and was told to ask Lucky if he’s taking any appointments for the day. Took a seat to wait so I wouldn’t interrupt. Another dude walked in for a cut and was told he’d get service next.

I give 2 stars because this shop can do SKILLED mens designs and African American hair in the Denver area (which is VERY hard to find) making them worthy of more than one star, IF you are lucky enough to get service! I ONLY give the 2 stars bcuz I have taken my sons there and they wait enormous amounts of time (up to 2 hours or more) for their turn. One of my sons gets nervous around other people for lengthy periods of time its awkward after a while of sitting there (that was before the covid). They wait bcuz they admire this shops work. I have made multiple appointments online in the last 2 weeks and showed up there, in which they are a 28 min drive from my home, and found the shop to be closed on Mondays... which the online booking does not account for. The online booking also sends emails to confirm the appointment on Mondays when they do not open at all. I also made appointments on days they are open and drove all the way there, just for them to text my son once weve pulled up ONTIME and say they are not taking anymore appointments that day, after the email confirmation comes confirming the appointment... once again. Once my son walks in the shop to check it out (since we are already there on-time) theres a guy cutting hair, no where near finished, that has a horrible nonverbal attitude directly towards us as if it just ruined his day that we entered (all we did was walk in an unlocked door at the time of our appointment) making it all weird now. The other man who decided to call off the appointment had no intentions of making it right or fitting him in the next day at a specified time (to avoid the hour long waits), he just told him come back tomorrow like we were a walk in. When you tell them that you have had issues with the online booking in the past, they act naive as if they didnt know and responded with text me it works better, like its no big deal and people dont need the service. They should throw away that online appointment feature, its wack, a poor representation of how their shop actually is ran, and useless!!! It was a waste of gas and time for a mom with 7 busy kids, not to mention my son began a new job the next morning so tomorrow CANT work. Makes ya feel like your time is unimportant and you are a total inconvenience to those people. It was a total inconvenience everytime weve ever been there! Great cuts otherwise...if you can manage to get one!

I brought my son with me and pay $55 was short $5 because they don’t take credits card, I had to go to the ATM for $5 + fee not professional at all why not credit card machine also it’s very pricy for hair cut .

Its great to have an Ebony Barbershop in your neighborhood BUT... its ran like Boys In The Hood... You have ONE Barber that can cut some hair ! And Im not going to call no names. You other Barbers must be balling because customer service is out the Door. Always complaining about how the white man dogs you BUT you need to pick up on Chick Fillets etiquette saying hi how can I help you when customers come in and my pleasure when your customers leave BUT instead yall Take the Money and turn your back. I cant faither how you still are open for all these years ??? Well enough... Step your game up and Better get it together !! Im going to keep you in prayer and blessing to to your success.Til Then ~

Took my son here today, bar far the best haircut hes ever had, plus they were very nice and made hime feel comfortable (which is near impossible with 11 year old boys). Well be back for sure!

I walked in greeted the brothers. One greeted me back. Normal barber shop talk that we love. But dude took 45 minutes to finish a guys head. 30 of which was just talking. Ok. He is finaly done. My turn. Right? No. Wrong. He goes to the back grabs his phone. Sits down and starts talking for 35 minutes. Meanwhile the room is filling up with customers. One guy got up and walked out. Then I got up and said how messed up it is what the other barber was doing.Then the good barber let me know the other guy is the owner and he does what he wants.Thats terrible the a business owner acts like that. It shows no respect for his customerbase.I would find a better shop of I was you.
