Best haircut Ive ever had. They are the most warm hearted people Ive ever encountered at any place. they are super friendly and open and just make you feel and look like how you should. After moving to Aurora I set out on a mission to find a new barbershop which would stack up to Ollys back in Denver. Looking at result after result on Google, I noticed Juniors Old School Barbershop stood out against the rest so I wanted to give them a shot. I booked an appointment with Tyler, and went in with high expectations. Those expectations were shattered and exceeded!Tyler had meticulous attention to detail and gave me one of the best haircuts of my life. He asked all the right questions up front, and made sure all my little requests were taken care of. Im particular about my hair and have extremely high standards which are rarely met, so Im delighted to have found this place.I was extremely impressed with Juniors and they deserve every ounce of praise theyve received. Although I only got a chance to chat with Tyler, I noticed the other barbers maintained the same high-standard and Im willing to bet you cant go wrong at this location. Five outta five, after only one visit I know Juniors is now my go-to barbershop and I would recommend them to anyone.

After 8 months of being in Denver I finally found my Barber. Donnie is great. Great service and he gave me the best haircut Ive gotten. Sent him two new customers. Im glad I found a place I was treated like family. Gonna be returning once a month. Gotta keep looking good.

I would love to make an appointment here but everytime I call it appears the number is out of service. I wanted to call to see if they still offer the specific hair style I wanted. Ive been here a couple times but it was a while ago and only specific people know how to do that service.I will remove this review once its fixed. I have no other way to contact because I live far.

Said they would wait for me when it told them I was running late then they backed out horrible customer service dont ever go there they are wack!!!!!Doesnt matter when you say youre going to do something for a customer and I even said how much time it was going to take and she said it was fine then backed out after is terrible customer service. I worked in sales and customer service for many years and when I say I am going to do something I do it you actually probably did me a favor anyways I went to Faded Fresh Barbershop and they helped me right away busy and everything no problem no appointment nothing and I found my new barber shop I recommend them to everyone else as well.

I used to love the nice customer experience at Junior Old School Barber by Microcenter until I had an appointment with Andrew at Centennial. When I first walked in to the barber Andrew had a bad attitude against me! I asked for a regular fade and he completely messed up my haircut!! In middle of getting my haircut he was very unprofessional and constantly raising his voice for whatever reason. In my head I thought to give him a tip because he might be having a bad day. Im a nice guy and dont let my emotions get to me when Im dealing with customers where I work. But overall Im really disappointed and unsatisfied with his customer service experience.

Looking for that old original feeling with chess, checkers, computer game and authentic look and feel with friendly conversation. Not to mention a great location, clean and the staff always welcome every customer who enters the door. The barbers are all great it like waking into cheers without the beer.

I’ve been going to Andy for a while now and he’s awesome! He always remembers what kind of haircut I get and does a great job every time. I’ve also gone to Stacey, Kara, Andrea, and Derek in the past and they have all been great as well. The shop is always very clean and everyone there is friendly and professional. It’s a great environment and now I don’t like to get my haircut anywhere else. I would highly recommend checking the shop out and having Andy cut your hair although no matter who you go to you’ll get a great cut.

By far the best haircut Ive had in Colorado since I moved here in 1994. Environment is perfect as are the Barbers. Absolute must. Great prices, online booking, etc. Has it all.

My husband had a haircut with Andrew. He was not impressed and thought it was below average without good technique. The fade was poorly done and he was given the chance to make it better but at the end, it was pointless. He did not use a razor to clean the edges as most good barbers do. He also said Andrew lacked professionalism and respect toward a customer by making a sarcastic remark about him. He should have kept his thoughts to himself.

Derek called me today and apologized for not being able to cut my hair on Friday as he had to watch his kiddos and did not want to bring them into the shop. I really respect that attitude. He offered to come in early or meet me after hours. We decided that I would reschedule as I’m getting ready to go on vacation. If you enjoy great customer service this is the shop you need to go to.

This is a great barbershop, I moved to Denver a year ago and have tried a few barbershops but this is by far my best experience. The staff is excellent and very inviting. I always go to Tyler and will continue to come back!

Hands down, the best barbershop I’ve been to. I found them a couple months ago and it is the only place I will go now. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but Juniors deserves the recognition. Price is perfect, the shop has a rustic interior and a laid back feel and they offer a full range of services. Plus you can easily book appointments online and their website is laid out very well.My barber is Andrew. I couldn’t recommend him more! He always gives a great haircut and is extremely personable. I get a hard part and he has shaved it in perfectly every single time. He is my go to, but I’ve had a few of the other barbers cut my hair and have never been disappointed. It’s a fun, welcoming environment. Definitely give them your business!

Staff allowed 2 customers (father and son) to wait inside without masks while I was getting my haircut. The haircut was excellent but I did not feel safe. I told staff how I felt about this and Tyler apologized, but they did not say that they would enforce the mask requirement, posted by the door.

I had high Hopes for this Barber shop but as soon as I stepped in the door I knew all of the old fashioned motif was just window dressing.Nobody greeted us, there were only 2 barbers working in a shop built for around 10 barbers and as we were rudley informed there had appointment booked all day.Now my dad was a barber all of his life, his dad was a barber for most of his life and one thing they both said was that Saturdays are the day you makes the money on walk ins.Both of them did quite well and they owner their own shops until they retired.Sundays was your day off with a option for Monday as that was the least busy day of the week.So for a big barber shop like this, too only have 2 barbers working on a Saturday and those two working appointments only. Well one of them did say she could work us in, one of us in about 2 hours and the other later in the afternoon.This in whole is just bad customer services and a tenable business practice.They need to remember, barbering is a service trade and they are supplying a service. You need to have barbers on hand and able to work with walk-ins, otherwise you might as well just lock the doors and post a sign saying to knock only if you have an appointment.I had hoped for a brief journey back to my fathers and grandfathers barber shops fir a good hair cut and better customer service.I am still looking for that good old fashion barber shop where customer service comes first.

I’ve been taking my son there for about a year. Recently moved to the area and was looking for a place that actually styles mens and boys hair instead of just cutting it. Derek does an amazing job. I came here because I had a bad experience at Floyds. I cant believe what Ive been missing out on. Andy N. got me looking slick. Great ambiance, attitudes, quality, and price. Never felt rushed, he even hooked me with a beard trim up since the haircut was quick. The only problem, is my own, and thats that I didnt come here long ago.Stop spending more, getting a haircut at a corporate place that wants you in and out ASAP.

Brought my son here for a haircut. Hes very blonde and has awful cowlicks which tend to lead to horrible haircuts. I was blown away by how amazing this kid looked when we left! His hair never looked better and it even grew out looking much better than ever before! Cant wait to bring him back!

From my experience, there is no better barber shop in The Denver Tech Center. Right when you walk in the door you see why its called an Old School Barber shop. The atmosphere alone is reason enough to check Juniors out. The rustic wood paneling and sports memorabilia would catch any guys attention.I have been frequenting Juniors since July and Ive never walked out unsatisfied. Junior and Derek have cut my hair and they both were able to provide the style and cut I wanted. Sometimes it can be hard for a customer to describe the exact look they want. I have walked in, showed my barber a picture of the cut I want, and they not only made it happen, but they made it look great on me as an individual. Thats what sets the barbers at Juniors apart. They know that cutting hair is an art, and their experience shows.I would strongly recommend Juniors to anyone. With the old school atmosphere, excellent service, and experienced barbers, youre sure to walk out looking sharp and feeling satisfied.

I love Juniors Old School Barbershop because it is what the name implies. This brings me back to the days my grandfather brought me to the barbershop as a kid. I loved the idle banter and sports talk and overall homey feel.Juniors is just like that with a modern twist. The staff are friendly and personable. I usually go get a great razor fade from Emmy. Shes the best!Juniors reminds me of the show Cheers and sometimes when I go I feel like Norm when I walk in. It is definitely a place where everyone knows your name.The prices are reasonable without going overboard. I highly recommend Juniors.

Truly a fantastic shop. Not only the phenomenal people who are cutting but the skill, time, and craftsmanship that they use is hands down best in Denver. Im lucky I live close to the shop how ever it would be well worth the drive if you live further away. You can book online (which is very efficient) and from the moment you walk in they all make you feel like family. The Physical atmosphere is that of what you would expect from a place called Old School, and it is exactly that. I honestly couldnt ask for more out of a shop

I have been using Stacey as my barber for the past year+, and she is AWESOME. I followed her to Juniors from her previous employer, and it was ABSOLUTELY worth it!. Juniors is a small/cozy/relaxed shop with an ideal location (MicroCenter strip center, including a bar and various food options). Derek (manager/barber) is a down to earth guy, who is very hospitable, and a 3rd generation barber. Ironically, I was familiar with another barber there (Andrew) who also jumped ship from Staceys prior shop. He too, is highly skilled and personable.They are very responsibly priced, and I HIGHLY recommend Stacey/Juniors for you and your children!!!!

My husband and son had been loyal customers ever since Jr. opened his door. Unfortunately It was taken over by unprofessional and unethical people. The gossip and drama in this place is sickening. The managers Derek and Amy are involved in all of it. It’s so sad to see a once wonderful place turn into such trash. Don’t waste your money on an over priced Mediocre haircut. Donnie does a phenomenal job...last time I was there, I asked him to fix a botched haircut I wasn’t thrilled about that I received from another haircut salon and he fixed the cut. I am extremely pleased with my haircut from Donnie and I highly recommend stopping by and checking the shop out!

Ive received 3 cuts from Juniors each time from a different barber. First two times was exceptional job with my hair and most importantly my long beard. The other day I went there for a small beard trim and clean up. I made it clear Ive been growing it out and just wanted the sides cleaned up and shaping. When I was turned around to see the mirror half my beard was gone and under and around my neck trimmed up even higher. Now my beard is half the length and looks thin and uneven on sides. I cant look in a mirror now without being ticked off. There are great barbers at Juniors and at least one that should never touch a beard.

*This barbershop is wonderful.* The atmosphere is special, makes you more than a number and they take their time, but are efficient. My husband will not go anywhere else, but loves the reservation feature and customer service. Because they are small, be respectful and *make a reservation.* I like when places are somewhat versatile so I was impressed with the amount of attention, but efficiency Amy held with my daughters simple hair cut. I want to take the time to let everyone know what an amazing barber/hairstylist Melissa Is she has been doing my hair for 5 years now she just recently moved over here to Juniors and I have followed her since the first day she did my hair! I just happened to run into this pace after going to lunch. The decor was cool inside and the people were very friendly. Even had a place to get a shoe shine.The lady who did my hair cut was great. The best part was the straight razor shave to complete the hair cut. I left the Barbershop in a better mood than when I entered. I will be going back again for a straight razor shave.

I called to make an appointment with Derek since he has so many positive reviews on Google. Not surprisingly he was booked all day, so I asked for anyone that could do a high razor fade. I showed up on faith not knowing who would be cutting my hair. I work in sales and take my appearance seriously and cringe at the thought of a bad fade. Bridgette was waiting for me when I arrived. I showed her a picture of how my long time barber used to cut it before I moved to Colorado. She took a quick look and got to work. An hour later, I walked out extremely satisfied with her work. The shop atmosphere was great as well. I will definitely be going back and trust Bridgette 100%.

Vaughn cut my hair and trimmed my beard. I have gotten countless compliments on my haircut after going to him, where this hasnt happened from going to other places to get a cut. He even trimmed my beard to fit my facial structure better, which I didnt know about!The barbershop itself is a timeless classic. Great ambiance (screams the name of the place). And yes, they even have a shoe shine station. True Grit beard oil is awesome (they sell it as well). I can say I have found my spot and Im sticking to it.

I took my son to Juniors Old School Barbershop for his first ever straight razor shave and a hair cut as an early, 23rd birthday present. What can I say? Fantastic! The shop is incredible; full of photographs from times past with that great, true, old-time barbershop feel. The crew is light-hearted, warm and inviting. Every client I witness walk out the door was very happy with their results. They are are an experienced bunch! Everyone talks with everyone. And I cannot say enough about Derek, he gave my son the cut and shave. A good-ol Cajun boy transplanted with his wife to our beautiful state and loving it! He made great conversation with my son (whom, by the way, is special needs - but you wouldnt really know it by looking at him) and he LOVED it, talked about it all day long and was walking tall with his new, sharp look. We will definitely be returning! I am so glad to have this shop near by however, I would drive a good clip to get here, as it is completely worth the experience and expertise! A+++

I am very picky when it comes to getting the right cut; my fade has to be perfect, not to high and not to low. Before going to Juniors last week I was getting my cut done by the same person for over 5 yrs. My barber moved therefore I was on the search for a new barber. I found Juniors and decided to give them a try with my 6yr old daughter tagging along with me. From the moment we walked in the door my daughter was in heaven, they had candy and a arcade system with all the old school games from back when I was a child...first time my daughter has ever played the old school pac-man game she loved it. We were greeted immediately. The way they have the shop set up is fantastic. I would have loved to have my shoes shined but wore sandals that day. I can honestly say that I had the best cut of all times. I didn’t have to have my barber fix anything and the razor work was quick and smooth as well. Juniors will see me every two weeks. Thank You!!!
