A & A did an amazing job helping me when I unfortunately wrecked my car. The staff made it quick and painless to get the car taken care of and were VERY professional, efficient, understanding, and personable. Ten outta ten would recommend.

Whoever is running this business knows what theyre doing. They gave us a window of time they would be here that was only 1/2 hour. The driver was professional, patient (he had to wait for us for about 15 minutes which we felt awful about)and kind. The 3 or 4 other places we spoke to were rude, didnt respond, or told us they MIGHT come get the vehicle Friday or Monday and they would only give an hours notice!?? This business is doing it the right way and I wish I had the opportunity to do more business with them.

Incredibly unprofessional. There were limited pick up times available for them to come take my old car for junking so I had to take time off of work to be there. It was scheduled for pick up from 9-930 am. No one showed, no one called, no email, text message, nothing. No one answered when I called. About 1830 that evening I get a text saying my appointment was unscheduled. Major waste of my time and vacation hours at work. I usually dont leave bad reviews, but this was ridiculous.

The only thing that made a good impression of this company was their Driver Terry. Very professional and kind. The company did not honor original price and tried to make excuses because my catalytic converter was aftermarket. They even admitted that the vehicles just get crushed down anyway and could not even give me a logical nor legitimate reason for why it even matters. I had limited time to get rid of the vehicle and put my trust in this company to honor its word but such is the new times nowadays, one’s word apparently means nothing. Yes, I could have not sold it to them but unfortunately my hands were tied and needed to have the vehicle gone and had no time to look for another company. Its not about the money its about being honest and trustworthy.

Pick up was on time the day I requested it with cash in hand. I searched quotes from many other places but A and A Auto Recycling gave me the highest offer for my vehicle and made the process or selling and signing over very easy. Matt even recovered paperwork that I needed from the vehicle due to my own error and sent me photos of it. Every person I worked with and spoke to was very professional, polite, and never made me wait for the information I needed. THANK YOU!

The yard position is all hands on and work out side all year around situations very apon each vichel but for the most part its a fun and a uplifting job opportunity. Forklift experience needed.

I needed to get my old junker off the street, it was a Saturday and my plates expired Sunday. A quick call with dispatch and they were able to get me a driver scheduled between 4:30 and 5. At 4:15 I got a call that David was running early and the whole process took very little time. David was an excellent person to deal with and the quote was honored to the dollar. Its hard to remember a company like this since its not an frequent need, but I sure hope I remember them next time I need to get rid of a non running car.

While I can say they were very polite and arrived in the time they promised, I cannot say I would contact again. I got an online quote of about $1700. I knew the offer would go down some as the online is only an estimate. when I sent pictures, the offer was $800. I agreed and their driver arrived within an hour as promised. He started the vehicle for a few minutes (mind you the engine was cold). After about 3 minutes he turned off the vehicle and said he would only pay $300. Ive driven this vehicle everyday for some time and no serious issues. Sorry, guys, I understand an online offer is different than an actual offer, but a $1400 drop is sketchy at best given your driver never tried to drive the vehicle. I cannot in good conscience recommend you to anyone.
