Called about a Jetta for sale, she said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it, and I wanted to make sure before I drove to Colorado Springs from Denver. I then get down there and it has a check engine light, no power steering, No Air conditioning which I SPECIFICALLY mentioned over the phone, missing trim on the inside, and body damage, and the trunk didnt even open. Dont use this Dealer spend your money where they wont blatantly lie to your face

I took my BMW in for an oil change, after draining the oil they discovered they didnt have a new oil filter to fit my vehicle. The office girl was sent next door to purchase one at the auto parts store and brought back the wrong one. They then had to order one to be delivered to the shop from another auto parts store. They never told me there were problems, after waiting and watching no work be done to my car, I asked what is taking so long and the office girl told me what had happened. The oil filter was delivered and they finished the oil change and sent me on my way. I was there for over an hour for an oil change. Then a couple days later I started having codes pop up on my screen that my oil pressure level was too low, as well as drive train codes and engine compartment too hot codes. I had to have my X5 towed to the dealership and was advised that the oil pan gasket has to be replaced as there was oil spilling out and also was told the oil filter did not have the cage that goes inside the filter. I am looking now at a $2300+ bill to have the oil pan gasket and oil filter replaced. Not only are these people rude, they do not provide good service. Stay away from this place if at all possible.

$120 for an oil change when i got home oil all over my drive way took it back to finish line and they told me it was nothing they did.

Nacho is the first honest mechanic Ive met and as a result dont take my vehicles anywhere else. Im an insurance agent whos managed to have little lick with auto body shops. Considering my job, Id expect some good luck with these places; but not the case till I came here. This is the first body shop Ive ever taken my vehicles repeatedly. Thank you for the years of help!

Really quick and cheap but not on quality. Really friendly people. Wont go anywhere else. Especially since my car uses fully synthetic oil and the charge it as regular oil.

Called for a transmission flush on my 97 4Runner, the first thing the guy asked is whats wrong with it. That threw me off immediately. Then he told me it would cost $300 for a 25-minute job. Valvoline up the street quoted $139. The place used to be pretty good to go to, apparently theyve changed ownership. Ill avoid that place like the plague!!!!!

These guys are great! I called for an oil change with my own filter and oil. They only charged me for labor, had me in the garage 5 mins after arriving and out in 30! Nacho also put extra bolts where I was missing them on my under carrage cover! Super professional and speedy work done here. Thanks guys!

It’s about to go on 4 YEARS!! of amazing service with nacho and Finish Line. I wouldn’t go to another shop if someone paid me too. Cannot beat the customer service, honesty, and fairness Nacho gives to everyone that comes through his place of business. Besides all my regular maintenance I can’t find the time for in both my SUV and sedan. Nacho has just replaced my alternator we set up an appointment for that with only 36 hours advance. He was finished before my lunch break when I called him for an update.What sold me was my started died in the SUV and we needed both cars. Nacho was able to immediately get us in and finished up before my wife had work that afternoon. He has saved the day more than once for my family.Everyone in the shop is a delight.

This shop is the worst place I ever took my car to. They ruined my brake system, they over priced me, and they actually made the problem much worst. There is a guy called Nacho, he is the biggest lire and unprofessional, he told me my car needs many things to be fixed and after he changed everything, Im still have the same problem. Take my advice and dont use this shop.

Terrible service! I was helped by a worker named Ray. He was very incompetent and rude. I asked him for a transmission flush for my truck and he said that what they do is take the oil out of the oil pan and change the tranny filter, and that that would be just as good as a flush. . . is that right? I haf to Educate him on the fact that is he did what he said they do. They would only be changing 50%of All the oil in the transmission. Does that sounds just as good as changing close to 100% of the transmission fluid with a flush?Ray did not know this and in the beginning tried to treat me as if i didnt know anything until he noticed that i knew Exactly what i was talking about. I am a mechanic with over 6 years experience but do not have the flush machine. I feel sorry for Women that walk in here or the elderly, they can easly be misled and taken advantage of. Do NOT Go here. Terrible service.

I dont think the business owner cares about his business at all.There is a guy called Natcho who works there, he will come up with unnecessary things to fix so he can charge you more. Watch out from this guy, he will lie to you to take your money. Worst Experience Ever

DO NOT TAKE YOUR SET JEEP HERE !! I went for an oil change they charge me $100 came out with check engine light censors and they put the wrong oil of course I told them they said they will fix it for $250 they did this damage and they wanted to charge me so unprofessional!!

35 dollars oil changes

Did work way wrong. Did not give any refund. Manager was in the building and did not come talk to me even though I seen him. Customers left behind me after hearing how they could not fix my AC right.
