Very expensive, but quality service.

I phoned initially to see if they had a part for my Tiguan, but they could not get the VIN number to come up accurately. So I went over in person and the part was in stock. He kindly gave me a 10% discount.

I called the service department to talk to someone about an issue Im having and the lady who answered the phone was the rudest woman Ive ever had the displeasure of talking with. This really is the only place I trust to service my VW. For a little on the expensive side but I feel like theyre trust and workmanship is worth it. they have always taken great care of me and my cars.

Only good thing about this place is their new facility. Terrible experience with the service team, wont answer their phones and never ever call back.

I love that when you get your vehicle serviced here they send you a video telling you what exactly they are working on and whats wrong with your car.
