These guys at Champa are the best in town. They were able to work quick with me and another gentlemen to get our vehicles repaired. The ease to communicate with Nick and Paul makes the process much smoother and less of a headache. They do a very thorough job without trying to rip you off or anything. They have great patience with explaining everything and making you feel comfortable about leaving your car with them.

I found my experience here to be professional, trustworthy, and very thorough. They were quick to answer the phone, polite, and upfront about the turnaround times. Of the 5+ places I called while I was waiting for a tow truck, they were the only ones who didnt require that leave a voicemail. I was stuck out on a very busy street for around 3 hours. I thought they did a good job, but I guess I upset someone who works there. 6 months after getting my car back, after they fully detailed it, I found a chewed piece of gum smooshed into the carpet between the drivers side floor mat and carpet.Edit: The owner has responded to this review claiming that they have no evidence of me being a customer - this is most likely false as it would be quite easy for them to review their records. It not worth contacting them as I dont trust anything they say after the experience that I had. I waited until moving from the address that they have on file for fear of retaliation for this review (pretty sketchy place). Ive attached a screenshot of a portion of my receipt, with sensitive information removed. I have also attached a photo of the underside of the floor mat from when I discovered the gum.

Champa Collision made my car look like brand new after someone hit me as they were pulling out of parallel parking (front fender, headlight, and wheel replacement). The paint is perfectly matched and no one can tell body work was done! They just buffed the scuff on the door, but its really only noticeable to me and I dont mind. Customer service was top notch; I mentioned previous headlight issues that I wanted looked at while they had everything taken apart and my needs were met with timely and thorough communication. Detailing went the extra mile and got a old crusty glob of dried sourdough starter out of one of my floor mats. 100% recommend this business!

Champa auto repair is quite literally a scam. You can’t expect them to communicate with you or give you an honest diagnosis. We were wrongly quoted over $1,000 for problems we didn’t have, they refused to address the problems we asked them to, and when we would ask them to fix specific problems the owner (Moe) became very argumentative and threatened to refuse to do any work on my vehicle, stating we could either pay him the $1,200 to fix problems that did not exist or we had to pay him $300 just to have the car returned to us. We called them multiple times with no answer and even after asking that they don’t proceed with repairs, they took our car apart and told us we HAD to pay them for the labor of taking it apart and putting it back together ($300). They also yelled at our insurance agent after he told them that the repairs they said we needed were unnecessary. Once we finally agreed to go through with the repairs as we had literally no other option, Moe proceeded to tell us he would only accept cash as a form of payment, which is a HUGE red flag. Overall Champa auto repair was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely took advantage of us. I would not recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many other shops in the Denver area!

This is 100% going to be my go-to auto repair shop in the future. I was rear-ended about a month and a half ago and didnt realize the extent of the damage initially and I was originally quoted $200 for repairs by the insurance company. I had brought my car to Champa Auto and Ali took care of getting the rental set up, found all of the issues that came from the accident (over $7,000 in damage), and dealt with the insurance company for me with absolutely no stress or worry on my part. Ali and his team made my car look and run better than before. Would definitely recommend bringing your car here for any body or mechanical issues.

This place would’ve gotten a nice review from me if it wasn’t for the fact that I got charged twice for my insurance deductible. I have reached out multiple time, nobody has gotten back to me in regard to the issue. They claim to have not charged me, but I sent proof of my bank statement showing the transaction charged twice . It’s been over a month of the repair & yet have no solution .

Who wants to work on a 2008 Volvo?! My dad. But my dad lives in Illinois so when I needed to get repairs to pass my emissions test, I came here. Firstly, they were not only willing to work on it but they were knowledgeable about the make and model. They first tried to help me solve the problem myself and then were very quick to do the repairs when I could not. The parts and labor were very fairly priced. It’s hard to be away from home, but I now rest a little easier knowing that I have a place to take my car where it will be well taken care of at a reasonable price (even my dad was impressed). Thanks to the whole team!

I have had some terrible experiences with auto repair shops but Champa is such a breathe of fresh air. The first time I came here they had to fix a different shops shoddy work, and they did such a great job there was no question where I was going next time. Not only did they assist me in assessing my breaks, but the mechanic did a test drive with me after to ensure all repair lights were completely turned off. Mandy, one of the owners, is extremely nice and really goes out of her way to take care of her customers. A drunk driver rammed into my drivers side door (luckily my car was parked, no injuries) - brought my vehicle here on the recommendation of the insurance adjustor, and they did not steer me wrong (bad pun, I know). Ali was fantastic - genuinely kind, personable, and reassuring, I really felt like I was getting top-notch customer service. Pretty quick turn-around on the repair work (especially considering I brought it in right before the holidays), and they even gave the interior a thorough detailing as part of the overall service (which it definitely needed!) Frustrating experience. Disorganized, dishonest.I had an insurance repair done at this shop. The repair deteriorated significantly over the next couple months. When I reported this to the insurance company we found that Champa Auto had falsely documented the repair. Because of this insurance refused to hold the mechanics accountable. I attempted to work with the mechanics over the next couple of months to get the repair corrected. Everytime I took my car to this shop the job was not completed on time, they did not have an invoice prepared ever, and the car was typically in worse condition after than when I brought it in.I do not recommend working with this business in an insurance based scenario. Though the business tried to help me, the damage has not been corrected a year later. I have wasted countless hours working with Champa.

I have had my car looked at 2-3 times around Denver and never felt like I could trust anyone. Two separate good friends referred me to Moe at Champa Auto repair and wow am I glad they did! Finally have my check engine light off and my car will pass emissions. Moe and his team were very transparent the entire way and got my car work done in a very timely manner. Illy at the front desk was great as well. Customer service was 5 out of 5 right along with the quality of work done. Thanks again Moe for getting me safely back on the road.

I can’t say enough about how awesome these guys are. I had a huge repair to get done on my truck-timing belt, water pump, power steering pump, and a few smaller things. They were able to get all of that done in 8 hours, and kept me updated every step of the way. Big T and Iliana gave me great customer service. They spoke to me honestly about what was going on with my truck, explained things in a way someone that doesn’t know much about cars could understand, and were incredibly friendly and understanding of my need for a quick turnaround time to boot. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone!

Wow. I am so impressed by this body shop. When I first reached out to friends looking for a shop to fix a Collision Repair, multiple friends suggested Champa Auto. The amount of warmth I felt from just walking in the was incredible. Who knew a body shop could make you feel so comfortable? Not only that but they work tirelessly to figure out the best possible deal for you while not sacrificing the work. I recently brought in another car, a 2017 BMW, and the surprising amount of attention and hard work they put in to fix it was astounding. To top it off, they even Detailed the car for me! With a 9 month old, that is a huge plus! I hope that my cars will stay untended but if not, there is no question where I will go to get it fixed. A bunch of lights popped on my dash Friday morning, so I headed to Champa Auto Repair, based on the reviews. Everyone is right, this is a great locally-owned company. Moe sorted out what needed to be done - replacing a sensor that had gotten loose and tripped up the axle - and also did an oil change that was slightly overdue. It was all really affordable, and the job was done in 24 hours, even though the sensor needed to be ordered in. Also, he explained everything really clearly, so I felt in the loop about the decisions!

I am HIGHLY impressed with this place. Ignore the homeless outside. It is not representative of how nice this place is. Its clean, the service is VERY friendly, they were quick to fix my car, they were professional, Im just impressed all around. Thanks!!! Ill be back next time, if I need to :)

Went to this place after I bought a CPO used car and the A/C didn’t work. After a few attempts to diagnose the issue they pin pointed what it was and fixed it. They are very responsive, easy to work with and take pride in their work. They will stand by their work. Mo is great and hopefully he works on your car. Highly recommend.

While on a road trip in Colorado in Denver (my first stop) I noticed a rattling sound followed by a “check charging system” notification the night before we were set to move on to our next city. I was stressing out to have to get work done in a city i don’t really know. I happened to be staying at a hotel on Champa St and thankfully found Champa Auto within walking distance. I took it ASAP the next day in hopes that they could take a look, repair the issues, and get me back on the road ASAP... and that they did. Mo was awesome and talked me through the work the team did both visually and video. So grateful to have found these guys!

We had yet to even make a payment on our new 2017 Mazda when it was hit by someone backing out of a parking space. The passenger side door had a large dent and there was also damage to the front panel. Champa Auto Collision made the car look new again. They care about their work and their reputation. I had the sense that they werent pleased unless we were pleased.Thank you.

They took 3 weeks to “fix” my bumper and still didn’t even fix the internal damage for my a/c condenser. Save yourself the time and go to an auto shop who has the integrity to actually do their job.

The insurance company for the car that rear-ended me consistently wanted Ali to use after market or cheaper parts, which he refused to do. This increased the time it took to get my car completely repaired, but I was very thankful that he chose to do right by ME. Id recommend this repair shop to anyone and everyone. Downtown location was a bit tricky to get to the first time, as GPS didnt know about all the one-way streets (!?), but its very clean and office staff is super friendly and helpful.

I have been coming to Ali and Champa Auto for over 3 years, and have always been pleased with their work, customer service, and trustworthiness. I particularly appreciate the careful explanation I get upon picking up my car, so that I have a clear understanding of the work that was done and any follow-up or things for which to watch down the road.An experience that stands out was following a mandatory airbag replacement I had done on my Honda Accord work covered under warranty at the dealership. When my airbag warning light came on a couple weeks after the replacement, I figured it was related, and took the car back to the dealership. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor, unrelated to the previous work, and gave an estimate of $580+ to fix it. I called up Ali and explained, saying if Champa Auto could do this kind of work, Id much rather pay them than the dealer. Ali said to bring the car in, that sometimes the sensors just need to be reset (something like rebooting your computer); we could try this to see if it worked. Indeed the rebooting worked and Ali saved me over $580.00.What stands out is not just that Ali had the knowledge and experience to know that perhaps a reset was all that was needed, it was also the care he took to solve the problem at minimum expense to me, even when he made less on the work. It is this sort of attention and ethical customer-centered approach that keeps me coming back; I know Ali and the team will always do the right thing for me, regardless, and that this approach is ultimately best for business, as it cements customer loyalty. I don’t believe the dealer was necessarily unethical (after all the warning light was on), but they did not exhibit the same concern for me and ultimately their business, that Ali did at Champa.I usually dont write reviews, but I have meaning to do this for over a week, when I found out that Ali is out on medical leave. I hope he is ok.God speed friend.

It can be very tough to find a good mechanic you can trust. When I started looking for one I was astonished by the amount of positive reviews Champa had. After coming to them several times for issues I had it’s obvious why they have such stellar reviews. They communicate well, look beyond the problem and what could have caused it, and generally just want to get you back on the road in one piece. They have gained a lifetime customer and I would recommend them to anyone!

Recently had some repair work done at Champa Auto. For any further auto body needs I will definitely be returning to Champa. Both Ali and Ilyana were very professional, quick to handle everything (quote, rental car setup, working with insurance, communication etc.) and the shop turned the repair around in only ten days. The work itself is great with no need to return at this point.I had visited another shop as well to get a quote and I felt that Alis quote was fair for the work being done while the other quoted significantly higher. While I was going through insurance, I appreciated the fair quote and is ultimately what made my decision as I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of.Highly recommend.

Mandy, Mo, and all of the staff are absolutely amazing! They repaired my RAV4 and got me into a rental ASAP. They truly go above and beyond for customers and turned a stressful situation into a breeze! I cannot thank them enough for the help they provided me. Their constant communication, dedication, and honesty is unlike any other shop. They even let me keep my car at the shop when I had to go home urgently due to COVID-19 complications with my grandmother. 100% will be recommending them to all of my friends and family because as a small, family run business, they truly give the BEST customer service.

Everything was great at Champa! They did a wonderful job with my auto body repairs, everything looks brand new and even better in some places. Ali was really nice to work with, he gave me his number and I could text him at anytime for updates on my repair. The office staff is super nice and made everything easy and convenient for dealing with all of the paperwork and everything, especially Illy! The shop downtown is very professional and customer service was great. I toured the repair warehouse and the guys there were very hard-working, experienced and did a great job. The facilities are very nice at both the downtown location and the body shop. I am very satisfied with my experience with Champa and will definitely be coming back for all auto needs! They stick to their quotes. Most importantly they are fair. Plan on bringing my BMW here for as long as I can. I got my car worked on 3 weeks ago and I have been meaning to write a review. Shops like this need to stay in business and remain successful.

My experience with Champa Auto was fantastic. Ali was kind enough to take a look at my car on the same day that it was hit and gave his honest opinion on the damage and gave me suggestions on where to go from there. Its rare when the word trustworthy is used in the auto repair industry, but I can assure you that Ali and his team are very trustworthy. Ali also went to bat for me against my insurance company, for example he insisted that he be present during my cars field inspection to make sure that GEICO did not overlook any of the damage. Ali and his team were also very communicative throughout the entire process even when my repairs were happening during the busy December holiday time. The work his team did on my car was also phenomenal and it looks like new. Ali also detailed my car for me, interior and all, before I picked it up at no extra charge to me. I will not hesitate to recommend Champa to anybody in need of work.

This is my second review for Champa Auto Collision, as I took my car there (again) for repairs after an accident. Like last time, they did an excellent job. The service is very professional, start to finish - for example, you can opt to receive notifications on the status of the repairs. And, they got the job done very quickly. Plus, they returned my car, washed and waxed.I want to thank Ali and the rest of the team for their continued great work.

Awesome body shop experience! This is the 2nd time Ive needed to use them in the last year. Ali and his staff were phenomenal on both occasions.
