Always a great experience. Ive been taking my vehicle to Midtown Automotive for years now. Theyve worked on my car several times and are always courteous and very helpful. Have had my tires rotated, aligned, my battery charged, and endless more appointments. Never too expensive and always done in good time. Love having a true neighborhood mechanic. The guys are great!

These guys are great! Always feels like they are being transparent and honest with me. Mario has always beed super helpful. After getting a few larger repairs done, I dropped by with a quick issue on my wind shield wipers and they had me out of there in 15 mins and fixed the issue for free.

I spent 1200 for nothing and still have the same problem. They made me feel that I was asking too much to verify that it was the correct problem and said there was nothing more to check before doing the work. They guaranteed me that what they were replacing was the problem and obviously never bothered to drive the car after doing the work to know that the front end noise issue was not resolved.

Dropped off my car for an oil change and to replace my Honda’s plastic engine cover. They came back with a list of other issues with my vehicle which totaled to nearly $2k which I refused to have work done on. Was quoted a couple days till they would have my parts on hand and ended up being 1.5 weeks to wait (paid upfront). Finally got the work done and was asked to pay another $25 dollars because they misquoted the parts that were needed. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable paying the extra amount considering the circumstances (long wait, paying upfront) which I ended up not having to pay. Another example of mechanics trying to gouge the unsuspecting customer with poor communication and botched promises. It’s great to support a local business but make sure to hold them accountable.

Midtown Automotive is the only place you need to fix your car! They saved us on our cross country trip from LA to Ohio!!! Jeremiah and his team came to our rescue when our car started acting up coming into Denver. We were doing a cross country trip from LA to Tiffin OH to get our sons car to school. They got the car running again and we were able to complete the trip. They were so concerned about us that they even called us to check in. They are the most caring, honest, trustworthy automotive company weve ever used. They are totally committed to doing the right thing and taking care of their customers. If you have never used them, do it. You wont ever need another mechanic!

This is hands-down the best auto repair shop I have been to. I brought my car in for a condenser repair and replacement of the front bumper and headlights. This could have taken several days and been cost prohibitive. But Jeremiah went to bat for me and ordered the bumper, sent it out for painting, and had it ready to go by the time I left my vehicle at the shop. He was able to do some pretty extensive bodywork and mechanical repairs in the span of a single day! The work is incredible. The front end of my vehicle looks brand new. And the air conditioner was fixed perfectly. The whole thing was done with meticulous precision. He worked with me to give me a very fair price and have my insurance cover as much as was possible. Honest, fair, and caring. The ease of renting a car was also so appreciated. Jeremiah arranged for the rental prior to my arrival and I had dropped my car off and was in a rental in a matter of a half-hour. When I got my car back, Jeremiah had also taken the time to identify and create quotes for a few things that might need work in the near future. And I definitely will be going to Midtown for said repairs. Could not recommend more highly.

I trust them to do excellent work for a fair price, and very quickly at that. I always recommend them and take my car here for the smallest thing, even though theyre on the other side of town.

I like to support small family business, and given the good reviews, I took my recently purchased 2016 Nissan Rogue into Midtown Automotive for its first oil change in my hands. I dropped off at 9 AM and was told theyd call me when it was done in 1-2 hr, possibly earlier. After 3.5 hours, I called them and was told they were just finishing up. They charged me $102 for a synthetic oil change. Between the high price, lack of communication, and >3 hr wait time, I would not recommend.

Extremely friendly and helpful. Quick repair got me out of a bad jam.Basically, my battery died in their neighborhood and they lent me a jump box and swapped out the battery in a jiffy. Saved my day. They were so nice about it and their helpfulness made all the difference.

This place claimed that they pressure tested my friends radiator and that it was faulty they said it would be over $1K to repair. They also broke a part while they were diagnosing the vehicle. Took the car to a repair shop specialzing in this specific manufacturer and the radiator was in fact fine and it was just a cracked radiator hose total cost $220...and they fixed the part that this shop broke. Dont fall for the scam.

3rd generation shop owners. I had some extensive work done here and they communicated thoroughly each step of the way. They have gone above and beyond in the little things. They call everyone who comes in by their name, they are organized, they shake your hand on the way in and out, they called me for a minor billing error to refund me, and wanting me to come back prior to a road trip prior ro give one last check over on fluids/number/etc.

They did a good job fixing my old yellow jeep. Very nice and friendly people working there.

And they have helped me out with last minute issues without blinking. Great place.

They are Pros. My repair ended up being more than my car was worth, but they were professionals and had good communication the whole time. Will consider for future pairs on the new car.

I really wanted to like this place.... I made an appointment first thing in the morning for an oil change, which they said would take an hour and a half. After 2 hours, I went back over to check in and they hadn’t even started on my car yet! I had to get to work, and when I asked for my keys back they told me they couldn’t find them. They did return them to me 10 minutes later, but I don’t appreciate the lack of communication and organization from this business.

Took to get my tire to get patched n they tell me that crap of ohh its to close to the side wall n tried telling me I have to get a new tire so the said they put a plug in so I went to Peerless Tire on Colfax n they replaced there plug n find they didnt even fix the second hole so this place is a typical scam lying place no joke at all posting this just being as honest as possible here

I had my suspension replaced a couple months ago and after awhile I had squealing sounds took it back in. Turns out the sway bar popped out of the ball joint and damages my CV axle... They replaced with all new parts and said I had to pay $175 for labor. I didnt understand why I had to pay anything considering it was a faulty part. Jeremiah Said Dont worry about it, Ill try to recoupe the money from NAPA and waived the fee! Great service, definitely recommend and Ill be back again with any issues in the future!!
