Ramses was the technician that came to my home to replace my hybrid battery. He was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful; he pointed out some other issues with my car that needed to be taken care of right away. He took the time to stop at the auto parts store to show me which coolant to buy and he replaced my coolant and showed me how to check it and fill it. He also replaced my engine filter and my cabin filter. I am so grateful for all of his help and kindness and the education I gained about how to take care of my Prius engine. I would recommend Greentec and I definitely would recommend Ramses R., he went more than the extra mile to help me; my car and I are forever grateful!!! Thank you!!

A Toyota dealership had previously diagnosed my battery issue and said I would need both a new hybrid battery but also a new 12 volt as well. After installing the new hybrid battery, Ramses explained that there was no need to replace the 12 volt. I so appreciate honesty in this day and age. I took my 2006 Toyota Prius in to get the battery pack replaced, after my original one busted. I was given an appointment for the day after I called. Ramses was very knowledgable, and not only quickly replaced the battery pack, but also helpfully explained proper maintenance for it, always taking care to explain all that he was doing with my vehicle. He listened carefully to all I told him abut the vehicle as well. Overall, I would seriously recommend coming here to replace or resolve issues with your hybrid battery, as not only will you get your repair done quickly, you will feel like you know your own vehicle better.

2008 Toyota Highlander. Computer display rotates through check VSC system, Check Brake system, check Hybrid system. I reset by disconnecting the 12V battery for a short time and this cleared the diagnostic. A computer reset another time was reset by a code reader from advanced auto parts. Didnt find any definitive answers when googling but had suspicions about the hybrid battery pack going bad. This highlander has 210,000 miles on it. I put the computer display in a mode that gives a basic bar graph of the battery voltage and discovered that the voltage would jump down to 1 or no bars very quickly and when it jumped down like this many times the computer errors would pop up again.Did a bunch of research and found Greentec Auto that are hybrid specialist and had a new hybrid battery pack installed. It is wonderful not to have the computer spit out errors Which, by the way, disables the cruise control. I noticed that my acceleration and fuel economy are better now as well.Ramses was very knowledgable and efficient in scheduling and getting the new battery installed. Ramses performed diagnostics to confirm that I needed a new battery. The installation was done at their facility in Denver and Ramses was fantastic and did great job. His computer diagnostics confirmed that the new battery was running great and confirmed all cells had balanced and correct voltages during the test drive.I highly recommend Greentec Auto for Hybrid battery replacement. Reasonable price and great service.

Saved over $3000 at Greentec!!! Toyota dealer wanted $4400 to change out power inverter on my 2004 Prius. Found Greentec online while looking for a refurbished power inverter. Not only does Greentec have power inverters and batteries for the Prius, they also give you a 24 month warranty. Had my Prius towed to Greentec in Denver and Ramses replaced my power inverter and pump for a fraction of what the dealer wanted. Turnaround was less than 24 hours and Ramses had me test drive my Prius with him to make sure I was completely satisfied. No other mechanic or shop I have been to has ever offered to test drive a vehicle after it was repaired. This is what customer service is all about. If you think you will have to scrap your older Prius due to expensive power system or battery repair costs, think again and go to Greentec. I expect to get another 100k+ miles out of my Prius!

Ramses did an excellent job working on my car today. I only needed a 12V battery, but he found some other issues with the car that I had no knowledge of. He fixed these issues while explaining what he was doing and why during each step of the repair. I know more about my car now than I ever did Googling 2009 Prius. Had a warranty issue.I emailed Greentec over the weekend.First thing Monday morning I get a phone call to schedule an appointment to come and replace the battery in our 2005 Prius.Wednesday morning Ramses from the Denver office (Ramses also did the original install) showed up right on time and replaced the battery and also checked fluids and filters.It was a great experience overall due primarily to Ramses. I sure hope Greentec realizes what a great customer service/mechanic person they have.My wife was so impressed she wants to adopt Ramses :-)

When a needed part for my repair came through his supply chain and was not the correct part, he scoured the city of Denver until he found the right part, and then personally went to get that part so that I could get on my way as quickly as possible! The technician, Ramses, was knowledgeable, patient, polite, fast and accurate. My car was running great when he left. He asked questions, then brought a goodly variety of parts that might be needed. As it turned out he saved me around $2000 because the electrical issue was not the main hybrid battery. Only the 12 volt battery as well as my engine air filter needed changing. He also topped off my inverter coolant fluid and cleaned the hybrid battery fan and filter. I highly recommend calling Green Tec Auto. You will be glad you did!

Before doing the battery replacement, Ramses used his OBD2 scanner to check all the codes (not just check engine) in my 2008 Mariner and inspected under the hood. He asked questions to be sure the high voltage battery was a problem and not other things. Thanks to Ramses I now have the new battery installed and no more coffee beans under the air filter. Highly recommend taking your hybrid here for a new battery, or having Ramses come to you.

Very efficient and knowledgeable.He told me to replace no 3 spark plug backfiring, which he diagnosed as the source of killing my defective hybrid battery sooner When i went to the mechanics they said otherwise but i insisted they just replace all the spark plugs which when they opened, no 3 spark plug holder was found to be sitting on broken holder or mount. Great Job Ramses!

First and for-most I want to thank Ramses for helping out with my 2007 Toyota Prius I came in with codes and he immediately knew what was the caused problem. I had brought my car from a used dealership and the car had issues their mechanic only did a half job and only replaced a cell and try to clean it off which just gave me more problems in the future I brought the car back in September and the issue became worst in December. First codes that was given to me when I had my oil changed in November was P3000(Battery Control System Malfunction) P3021 (manufacture control - cell block 11 becomes weak) C1259 ( HV System regenerative malfunction) Ramses is very knowledgeable and knew right off the bat that it was the hybrid issue on top of the auxiliary battery that I was aware of but didnt knew for sure. He also told me it was not done right a piece of it was broke which caused the issue on the hybrid. The car is doing just fine and better than before. Thank you!

When I was shopping for a battery replacement for my 2014 prius, it seemed like Greentec and Mile Hybrid Automotive were the top search results. If all you need is a battery, dont even think about going anywhere else. Mile Hybrid Automotive wanted to charge nearly $2k for what Greentec did for under $1300 flawlessly and quickly.I wasnt even really aware of how degraded the battery was until I felt the acceleration responsiveness improvements of the new battery.

My 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid (286,000 miles) came to the end of its IMA battery life and I limped my car for Colorado Springs to Denver where Ramses cheerfully got me in with a days notice. He spent time talking with me ab out the system and within an hour had the new battery in the car. After a test run, the sysytem worked amazing. It was like a new car!
