I’ve never once had a good experience here. None of the employees seem to know what they’re doing. My time is wasted time and time again every time i step into this place. The only good thing about them is the price. I guess you get what you pay for. However i would recommend going to any other cargo company over this one. Unless you like waiting for a minimum of 45 min while they keep saying it’ll be right up.

I gotta say I was so impressed with United Cargo. It was early and there were several dogs waiting to be processed. The agents could not be nicer, and their supervisor was in there helping them out. She was calm, cool, and collected. Julissa helped me. I had forgotten my I.D. and had to have someone bring it to me. She didn’t make me feel bad, she just reassured me that we were good. She kept a smile on her face the entire time I was there. It was refreshing to see them all work together in good spirits. Clearly they are an excellent team. So far so good!!!

I had a positive experience. I had to call first and I spoke to Danielle. She took the time to make sure I understood the process to pick up our puppy and made sure I knew exactly where to go. After our pups flight arrived, she was with me within 20 minutes. She was clean, hydrated and happy to meet me. I was able to get her out of her travel crate almost immediately and we went over to the very convenient potty area for a quick break. The potty area was maintained beautifully and made the process SO easy! I was very happy I didnt have to find and stop at a park somewhere. Thank you United Cargo! Well be using you for all of our future flights.

It was my first time picking up a pup. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My puppy was happy, had food and water. Quick and easy. Theres also a very convenient doggie potty break area so they can get out and stretch or do their business before the ride home. Thanks United cargo! Well see you again.

As another reviewer, Hayden, has mentioned, Svetlana is possibly the most miserable and unpleasant person you will ever encounter. Disrespectful in the extreme. Her behavior is completely uncalled for. She should be fired, plain and simple. You could say she shouldnt deal with the public to say the least, but that doesnt take it far enough. Her outrageous behavior should be grounds for termination. For a company with such an image problem already, do you really want this embarrassment to humanity representing you? Come on United Airlines, get it together! FIRE THIS WOMAN!

Svetlana is the most miserable person working at this place, she started screaming at me when I asked for help on how to fill the paperwork, this person should be fired from United. After so much abuse from her I had to leave with the package and go to the building next door to complaint to the manager, who was not surprised about Svetlana behavior and apologized for her. This lady shouldnt be dealing with customers.

#justiceforjacobHi friends, Im asking all DOG LOVERS to please read and SHARE this post. The word needs to get out that airline travel is UNSAFE for dogs. They are treated like baggage instead of loyal, loving family members.I am absolutely disgusted with the way UNITED AIRLINES is responding to my best friend, Jacobs, death this past week.Jacob was supposed to fly from Detroit to Portland with a 1 hour layover in Chicago. At 80 pounds, Jacob needed a giant crate for his journey and there was question as to whether or not it would fit on the plane. The airline agent in Detroit confirmed Jacob would fit on his first and second flight, no question.Jacob went for a MANDATORY physical less than 24 hours before his flight, where he was cleared for airline travel with no previous health concerns. When Jacob landed in Chicago, it was found that the airline agent LIED and he did not fit on the plane to Portland. He was then sent to a kennel over night, 20 HOURS, until the next flight out he could fit on.The airline DID NOT ALLOW my mother to send food with Jacob, due to the intended short duration of his journey, even though it is mandated that the crates have a food bowl and their website states they may have a zip lock bag less than 1 pound of food attached to the top of their crate. When Jacob finally arrived in Portland, he was disoriented and non-responsive. The United agent said the airline may have given him medication, but he didnt know. The airline DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to give medication, especially without telling us what, when, or why. After his three hour journey to central Oregon, Jacob was still non-responsive, and getting worse. My very best friend who I was expecting to trample me with kisses barely even acknowledged my existence. There was clearly something wrong when he landed in Portland. He was not the same dog he was when he was in Detroit. After rushing Jacob to the emergency vet when his breathing became scarce, he was pronounced dead after 8 min of CPR. His stomach flipped due to the stress of his journey that was 20 hours longer than expected, and suffocated his organs.UNITED AIRLINES IS ASSUMING ZERO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DEATH OF MY BEST FRIEND.Jacob was a happy, healthy 7 yr old golden retriever who loved me and every single being he met unconditionally.Nothing will bring my baby back, but I am asking everyone to please share this post so nobody else has to go through this terrible tragedy.United Airlines PetSafe program is cruel. They treat animals like baggage. They did not care if Jacob had food or water or any time out of his cage. They are incredibly rude and have shown no sympathy for my dogs death. I would have received the same responses if they were to have broken my guitar in baggage. The airline is ignoring my questions and concerns so I am turning my attention to Facebook in hopes to spread the word.I am asking everyone to PLEASE SHARE and get the word out about this terrible, negligent company. My heart is broken and I never want this to happen to another dog parent.Rest in peace, my sweet polar bear. I love you forever.-I am leaving this review in solidarity to the owner of this beautiful dog that your airline neglected, and lead to his death.I used to fly regularly with your airline, never again. BOYCOTT FOR LIFE!

Im not sure how you can fix my issue but it has been an ongoing problem. I was in the middle seat and the passenger in the window seat must have been over 300lbs. He was so fat that his arm hung over my arm rest and was resting on my thigh. His mass was a constant push against the side of my body which was totally uncomfortable and made me miserable. The heat generated by his body was also emanating onto me. I tried to shift position and slide to the right to limit contact but it was virtually impossible plus the guy on the isle seat would get upset because he was trying to work on his laptop. The flight was full so there was nowhere else for me to go. I felt trapped and miserable.
