My luggage didnt follow me on my flight from Denver to Clovis. No big deal. I proceeded home. Kate, the customer stir representative informed me they refuse to send my property entrusted in their care to me, and Id have to drive back to New Mexico to retrieve it. Thats absurd! She has no superiors absolutely until Monday, at which time Ill be hundreds of miles further than I am currently. All my travel things, laptop charger, shoes, work items, my sons college items are all in that luggage. The website says there is $2,000 available for delayed luggage, per person, per day. Yet they cant pay shipping to have it shipped to my hometown airport? Thats just a lack of empathy and a lack of effort. Turned a great experience with this airline into a very negative one.

Do like Denver air...just wish they flew Clovis to Dallas also....

We flew from DIA to Clovis NM to see the in-laws. What a great experience! Plane was a jet, very comfortable (overhead bins are small - they’ll gate check a typical carry-on - but was back in our hands by the time we walked off the plane).Our stewardess was a lot of fun. Smooth flight despite storms around. Great value!

Worst flight experience I have ever had. On my way to Watertown they did not get my luggage transferred (with a priority tag on the luggage) in time for my flight. I landed in Watertown SD at 4PM. The staff there were unable to find out where it was or if it could be out on the flight arriving at 9:30. After I waited an hour for someone to have the time to help me. I finally found a number and called myself. It did arrive at 9:30 but that was a long wait for my bag. Long enough for me to go out to eat dinner and come back and wait another hour. On the return flight from Watertown to Denver I checked in online. When I arrive at Watertown Airport I was told I was not booked and would have to rebook. I said I have a boarding pass I just want to check my luggage! The response was Oh! You do?! The gal called someone but was unable to print a tag for my luggage to be checked so I had to carry on. This resulted in me having to throw away my shampoo and conditioner because it was to many ounces to go they TSA. Unbelievable! I can’t decide if the staff is not very computer literate, just doesn’t care or not very intelligent!

The people are super nice, the aircraft are older and small, kinda bumpy compared to a 747 but youll get where you need to go quick! Good leg room

Awesome staff. Flew from Sheridan WY to Denver. Had a 2 hour weather delay, staff was courteous and kept us informed. Made sure we had water and snacks and even brought in Jimmy Johns sandwiches after a while. Best service I have had in a very long time. They helped make the best out of a bad day for all travellers.

Absolutely an awesome airline service. We enjoyed the trip down to Denver as well as the return trip home. The staff was very accommodating and the whole experience was a positive to our trip.

The only way to get to Fredmont county. Do not rent a car in Denver and do the drive. Super reliable service
