Horrible staff. Terrible planes. One of the worst flying experience I’ve ever had which is saying a lot. I will never fly with them again regardless of price. Terrible all around.

This Airline has made my wife and I decide that we will never again visit Mexico.We got held up at security, but still showed up for our flight almost 20 minutes before scheduled takeoff, and were not allowed to board the flight that had not yet left. The airport in Mexico City is also one of the worst Ive ever been too, and Ive been to a lot of airports. Trying to ask someone where to go is pointless, and the signage is not helpful at all for directing people. The crowd management in customs is flat out ridiculous. People were just making their own lines, and there were only three attendants stamping passports.Back to the airline, though...so once we missed our flight, we were told we needed to go get our tickets changed for a later flight. Okay, fine. We go and ask for another flight and are told by the AEROMEXICO rep that they would not honor the return flight, even if we purchased the new ticket to our destination. We were going to have to purchase a full round trip at the last minute, that we already paid for. That new round trip would be $3000, for something we paid $2000 for already, months in advance.This airline and this airport are each a complete dumpster fire.
This airline is the biggest scam there is. if youre looking for randomly canceled flights, hours long hold times to be hung up on or talked down to, and no refund for flights they havechave then youve found your airline. Theyll rob you blind and laugh in your face about it.
HORRIBLE COMPANY. No email address to contact them. Chat feature doesnt work. AND they HANG UP ON YOU when you finally get someone on the phone.
They lost my luggage as the gentleman that was helping me in the reception would not be careful and focused, he put my luggage in the line without tagging it, then he told me that they found it and they havent, I have a very importat flight to Brazil for 40 days and I didnt have any clothes, so I had to buy some new ones, get another luggage borrowed, and some essentials.I gave them the solution as another Airline messaged me and told me theyve found it on their area which it shouldnt have been there but the inefficency of the AeroMexico Crew just surprises me.Dont recommend it and sometimes unfortunaly its the only way to travel back home to Mexico as I live in Canada, but hey what else could I do...
This is the first time i traveled with aeromexico and it was fantastic! I mean, for the price i paid i thought it was great. I usually pay more for American Airlines, Frontier, Volaris, but this is the first time i actually enjoyed my flight. They give you complimentary snacks and drinks and for longer flights, an actual meal. And the flight attendants were all so wonderful! I was beyond satisfied. I will 100% book my flights with Aeromexico when i travel to mexico from now on!
Worst Airline ever !!! Had a horrible horrible experience!!!! They took my money just to change my departure times without enough notice and then Canceled my flights!!! They Have the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!
Hello,My name is Hugo Huerta Banos. I recently had a HORRIBLE experience with your airline in which my flight was abruptly canceled by one of your customer service representatives as I stood checked in awaiting retrieval of my boarding pass. I have already spoken with representatives from Delta Airlines and Travelocity and they were appalled at my experience.I was two and a half hours early for my flight from Mexico City to Acapulco, after a nine hour layover from Los Angeles to Mexico City. I had already checked in as I approached the Aeromexico front desk representative to obtain my boarding pass. I presented my passport and my ticket to the representative (I believe her name is Fernanda) and she took one look at my ticket, told me my flight was closed, and shredded my ticket while canceling my flight and my returning flights back home to Colorado. I asked her repeatedly why my flight was supposedly closed when I arrived two and a half hours early for a NATIONAL flight. She ignored me and told me unapologetically I had to repurchase all of my tickets. I was not offered a refund or any type of consolation or assistance with obtaining said flights. I then watched and waited witnessing Fernanda checking in and printing boarding passes for my flight that was obviously NOT CLOSED for several other people.This lack of professionalism and TERRIBLE customer service is unacceptable. I was forced to repurchase all of my flights and I nearly missed my grandmothers funeral because of this ordeal.My flight information is as follows:Travel Dates: 8/9/19 - 8/13/19Confirmation numbers: GSOEWG (Delta) and DZTSGV (Aeromexico)The flights canceled: Aeromexico 303, Aeromexico 300, Aeromexico 642 and Delta 399.Your company should be ashamed of employing thieves that purposely cancel flights and demand repurchase to return home. Never in my life have I ever been treated with this little respect and lack of human decency. Im filing this complaint and alerting you of this situation with hope that this doesnt continue happening to other people and to give your airline the opportunity to make this right.Regards,Hugo Huerta Banos

Bad customer service, Aeromexico do not respect the senior discount advertised on their website. Called twice and was unable to talk to a supervisor, the first time I was given a false managers name. Very sad!
