I have been trying for over 3 weeks now to get a hold of ANYONE at this company to just be put on the schedule. I guess they didnt like the fact that I was looking to use the Groupon I already purchased. Luckily Groupon did inform me they will reimburse me. Ive been in more contact with Groupon, with the one phone call I made, than with this company. I have called a number of times, sent emails and even tried to see someone in person. When I get to their location no one was even in the dang building!! Seriously wish a HUGE 0(ZERO) could be given for stars. I was really hoping for better from this company due to the good reviews. But I will no longer be wasting my time with this company.

Alex was great! Went over all costs and proceeded to do the work. Did a great job, but because a cat peed in a vent, he said the smell would probably come back and to call if it did. Well it did to a much smaller degree and I called and he ordered another product and came back and took care of it. Fantastic company and would highly recommend.

Vlad was very professional and thorough. Scheduling was easy. I purchased additional mold and bacteria treatments, price was reasonable. Got to see before and after photos. Very pleased with quality of work, friendliness and affordable. Highly recommend Dr Duct!

The duct cleaning was highly professional. Alex was honest and descriptive once he had inspected the system. I appreciated the before and after pictures, and the level of cleanliness provided. I would have appreciated knowing that a furnace in the crawl space was extra money. It would also have been better to have a complete estimate, as well as knowledge of what was recommended before the work began. Nevertheless, the required service was performed well. We are happy that our ducts are so clean!

WOW! If there was a way to record 0 stars, I would give them that! Was going to purchase a Groupon and lady on phone says that they would honor the price...$47 for 10 registers and one main, then give us an estimate for the rest of the house. Guy shows up and wants to charge us $600!! PLUS on their website it shows sanitizing is included in all their services, but Alex said it was not and it would be an extra $200!! Can you say bait and switch?!?! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...there are so many other companies that do the same or better job at a more reasonable price AND honest!!

Alex did a super job on the filthy ducts and vents of the house. I doubt the system had been cleaned for 20 years as the house had been neglected in many other ways. Alex had to deal with plenty of mouse dropping and spiders in the system so we had an extra anti-mold treatment done. The price was reasonable for the hard work and peace of mind knowing we will not be blowing nasty stuff into our living spaces as the chilly weather approaches. Highly recommended!

You hear about air pollution downtown on TV but you dont know about pollution in your own home until you call Dr. Duct. It is embarrassing how ignorant we can be.Having Vlad, who is prompt, diligent and an honest serviceman, worked on our several renal properties, we feel better, our tenants breath easier, and we are glad to spread a good word for him when I can.

Vlad was automatic! I gave him the address and it was handled all for a fair price. The house was from 1969, an abused rental it smelt so much better after he cleaned and unclogged the ducts. Money well spent!

I chose this company for several reasons. Vlad is the very knowledgeable technician and an owner at the same time. As the result, I knew that he would be interested in providing good quality service. More importantly, however, I studied his website and learned that he uses a rotor brush rather than a conventional brush to clean the ducts. There is no doubt that the rotor brush does a much better job. Dr Duct polished my vents, furnace and AC. It takes a while to do the job (almost whole day) for the whole house but it is worth it. Vlad is very detailed and quality oriented. I did not realize how much dirt was collected in our air systems. The air in the house is fresh and crisp right now. Thank you for good work. I would highly recommend Dr Duct.

Unprofessional and not reliable service. Did not show up for booked appointment. I tried calling and emailing multiple times to follow up on their no show and have not received a response. I would not recommend wasting your time.

I was having issues with my dryer taking forever to dry clothes and was told I would need to have my dryer vent cleaned. Vlad was able to come out at a time that worked for me and cleaned the vent. He also explained that I may run into another issue in the future because of a disconnect (I live in a ground floor condo with the vent going to the roof another story above me). He was very honest, very professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

The owner and operator of the company was very professional and nice. He had great customer service and was sure to tell us everything he was going to do before starting the work. There were no surprise price ups after he was finished and we greatly appreciated that. He finished quickly even with the furnace being in the attic. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who may need duct or furnace cleaning!! And will be referring him to all of my real estate clients that may need any of his services. We will be repeat clients for sure.

I had an appointment with this company, they came on time and cleaned it out. It looked brand new. They werent late for a minute they took their time and made it look great. They were nice to me while doing their job. They left the house clean and didnt make a mess. I recommend this company.

Vlad did a fantastic job cleaning my homes HVAC system. I couldnt believe the amount of dust, dirt, and lint he pulled out -- it could have filled a garbage bag. I initially purchased a Groupon for Dr. Duct. I understood it would not include everything I needed for the house and Alex did a great job discussing what was included and the additional items I could add to get a more complete cleaning. It was not high pressure or salesey and we were able to figure out what needed to be done and what could be done at a later date. He did a thorough job cleaning and was friendly.

First, Vlad answered when I called, so no weird machine. He was able to work within my schedule and come out almost immediately. He had all the tools necessary to do the job, showed me video of my roof and the mess coming out of my vent. Quick and great job!

Vlad came to our second-floor condo to clear our dryer duct. It can only be accessed from outside on a ladder, so Vlad climbed all the way up and cleared it.He was very professional and worked quickly. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for duct cleaning!

Dr Duct was great! When I called to schedule a appointment he was friendly and got me in quickly. As the house we bought in November was a rental property for 10 years ( owner living out of state) the vents and ducts were terrible very very dirty. He spent 3hours cleaning all our ducts, vents,and furnace. Couldnt be happier with the quality and the price of his work. I would defently recommend him.

I really *wanted* to like this company. All the good reviews, the nice scheduler and polite young man that came to my house. Unfortunately, my quote of $207 suddenly turned into $444 in my basement. The tech had already unscrewed a portion of my furnace and assured me that he was ready to get to work when the more than double price tag was mentioned.I told him I would not agree to such a steep price and he assured me he would call the scheduler to figure out what discounts she applied. He proceeded to exit my house and sit in the van hed backed into my driveway.About 10 minutes later, I got a call from the scheduler and she explained that she had just forgotten to add up several items, such as adding the rotary brushes that I asked about not less than 4 times when obtaining the quote (FYI, any duct cleaner will tell you that having a cleaning without the brushes is a waste of money if youve not cleaned your system in a long time).I explained that I understood and told her that I would not proceed with their services today at such a huge price. The service tech walked into my house at that moment putting his gloves on, ready to start service. I told him I wasnt starting service, shook his hand, and said good bye. He looked a bit dumbfounded. I thanked the scheduler, again, and said good bye to her and hung up. The service tech sat in my driveway, in his van, for an additional 10 minutes. I then got a text saying they would do my entire house for $300. I texted back no thank you and they left.What a scam. To add insult to injury, I ended up having to put all the screws back in my furnace. I wonder how many of the reviews on yelp and google are fake after my experience. I sincerely hope you read this review and look elsewhere before hiring them.

We recently purchased our house and we had no idea when the vents and furnace were cleaned last. Vlad was very helpful and friendly. He explained why he recommended any add ons to the groupon deal, even showing me how much lint came out of our dryer vent (a lot). We will be using Dr. Duct again in the future!

I was very pleased with Dr. Duct. When Vlad arrived we walked through the project so I knew what to expect and to make sure the cost was acceptable. My kids were running around but he we still able to clean all the vents and air returns thoroughly without disturbing their play. He was friendly during the entire process. When he found other areas that needed attention he asked me if I wanted him to take care of them. He didnt pressure me, and I didnt feel like he was just out to get my money. It felt like he was trying to give me the best advice he could. Ultimately I had him clean everything because I was so happy with his service. I would definitely recommend him to others.
