Steve came to give me an estimate to take my area rugs back to their shop for a deep clean. He was on time and gave me a bid. It was about double what I was expecting. Upon returning my rugs and steam cleaning upholstery, Daniel and Ryan were very professional and got out several old stains. This business should be a success because they do their job well. My furniture and rugs look fabulous! Im so glad I didn’t go with someone else. It’s true, you get what you pay for.

I’m very impressed! We had a couch, two armchairs, and 4 rugs cleaned for just over $500. The cleaner showed up right on time, did great work on the couch/chairs that have seen some $#!+, and loaded up all the rugs for us to scoop in two weeks. I’m happy and highly recommend.Katy in the office made it super easy to schedule and give me an idea of the price before booking, which I also appreciated!

Docs is 5 star just as the reviews stated and Brian was the best - polite, methodical and very careful. He said he has 12 years experience and he showed it. He measured each room for an exact price before he started.He put corner protectors in place to prevent any damage from the hoses. He offered pads and blocks for the legs on the furniture to prevent any marks. Brian showed that Docs hires only the best. They are much better than the other carpet cleaners I have used. Carpet looks better than new!

Daniel did a great job, and needed so little from me while he was working away. I keep popping down to see the years of dirt being erased one cushion at a time!Katy in the office was also great and got me taken care of 2 weeks early. Great service!!

Ryan cleaned two sofas for me and did a great job. One of the couches has been owned for 7+ years and didnt have too much in terms of stains and so it was an easy freshen up to an old couch that hasnt been cleaned since it was bought. The second was in worse shape with stains and mess from dogs and it had lots of fur. Now it looks super nice and clean. Its a rather old couch with delicate fabric. He did an amazing job. 10/10, would recommend, would use service again!

I called many different companies for estimates. Some companies were annoyed I even had questions. Docs set up an in person estimate. Josh arrived on time for estimate, was very friendly and professional. He walked through the entire house and explained the process in detail, answering all my questions. He showed us areas needing attention.we took photos to document condition.Steve was also kind in explaining that when carpet returns we are not to move furniture. The team will do it!! Provide a time window, text when on the way, and they’re prompt and provide a quick quality service. The technician was honest about tackling certain stains and upfront about pricing. Overall it looks great and a lot of the stains he said may not come out did indeed disappear but I appreciated knowing they may not before I agreed to the cleaning.

We had Docs come out to clean our outdoor patio furniture. They arrived on time and got through it all in about 3 hours..we have quite a bit of outdoor furniture. The cushions look great and price was reasonable. They were communicative before, during and after the process and I would recommend them!

Awesome company helped me with a new project, fit me into their schedule as soon as possible. Paul showed up early and communicated his timing and what he was going to do for the issue at hand. They showed up on time, they were beyond polite and professional and my couch looks great. Its a very light gray (oyster?) microfiber couch and Ive had it more than a decade -- so they had their work cut out for them. But they did a great job. Would def use them again in the future.

Can just any company clean your carpets? Well, any company can go through the motions. But Docs is different. They are experienced and knowledgeable about carpet types and stains, and they know the techniques necessary to be successful. But they are also different in that they care. They take time to learn of your needs and work to please each customer. Dont just have your carpets cleaned; have them cleaned well.

Denver Docs cleaned our air ducts last week and did a great job. I know its only been a few days but I swear there is significantly less dust that their typically is by the weekend. Steve and Angel did a great job. They went over everything beforehand, discussed the procedures and how they wanted to tackle my dirty carpets. They completed the job in a few hours. The carpets look much better. Afterwards they cleaned everything up and left my place clean and ready to go. Then they went over post cleaning drying times, walking on still wet carpets etc.All in all, a job well done.

Brian did a great job on our white couch! After a few puppy accidents & pet cleaner, our couch had stains all over and looked like something was practically growing on it. It looks practically new again, definitely worth the money.

Daniel arrived right on time at the beginning of the indicated time window. He went over the plan with me to basically clean all the carpets in the house. He was friendly, efficient and skillful. He finished the job including a few extra spots that needed attention in rooms with unattached rugs. I hope he does the work the next time we need the carpets cleaned. He was excellent!
