Unfortunately I cannot recommend Benjamins Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning. The technician who was sent out informed me of a rip in my dryer duct, but still accepted full payment. I thought I could patch the rip, but when I came down to look at the duct, it was torn off. I could not repair it on my own so I hired a different company to just redo the ductwork. In the process, they informed me that only the duct by the exhaust had actually gotten cleaned, and then rest was full of lint. It was foolish of me to have handed over full payment without inspecting the work done myself, but I wish the technician had been more honest about the level of work he was able to complete and the size of the rip. I contacted Benjamin about this issue privately, requesting a partial refund, but he only offered to come out and look at the ripped ductwork himself. However, I had already scheduled with the other company. I followed up again, but havent received a response in over two weeks now, and of course my check has long been cashed. I dont like giving one star reviews but feel the need to warn others about my experience and to inspect the quality of work before you hand your payment over.

I contacted Benjamin to help with a modern home I have in Denver as I needed to arrange sofa and Air Duct cleaning remotely from my home in California. He responded immediately and constantly while we worked out the details of the job. His communication before, during and after the job was amazing. He provided step by step photos showing before and after as well as bringing other issues at the house to my attention as I was not able to be there myself. He brought an expensive soft from a lost cause back to life which saved the day.His pricing was competitive but the service was what will bring me back!

I bought some couches off a friend who had used them for a year and I called Benjamin’s to help me clean them. They did an amazing job and made them feel brand new! I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future!

Tim showed up on time and did an excellent job of cleaning out my dryer vent. Tim is a very nice, personable, and hard working young man. I was kept updated on when he would arrive; Tim even called an hour before my scheduled appointment to tell me he was en route. Communication 10/10, work completed 10/10, technician diligence and efficiency 10/10, followed all pandemic protocols 10/10!I will definitely call Benjamins again if I have any vent or duct work to be done in the future!

The service was bad, had my ducts cleaned for over 500$ .I originally hired them because Benjamin answered the phone and was very curtious. But he sent a young man who left a mess, didnt put my heater back together correctly, broke a few air ducts, and forgot some! I spoke with Ben after and he wanted to send the same kid back. Do not recommend.

They came out looking great, so I asked him to come back to clean our basement carpet. Im not so excited about Benjamin. They were 1 1/2 hours late then they only had to clean carpet in one bedroom and the stairs. Now the smell like dirty feet. It is gross. They were also to clean 1 sofa and 2 chairs. Not what i would consider clean. Would not recommend or refer.
