Honestly, I was blown away at how great this business was. Quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. This is the only place I’ll ever go to for my car needs.

These guys are super down to earth and will not try and oversell to you. They did the engine light diagnostics and the majority of the inspection for free but it couldnt pass due to the light being on. I super appreciate them but since my family works on cars, I was able to just pay for the part and fix it at home. If I didnt, I would have let them repair it because the quote they game me was extremely reasonable for what was wrong with my car.

Got a quick and quality inspection, staff was friendly, quick, and honest. Employee saw I needed a new tire to pass and informed me prior to doing the inspection so i only had to pay for one inspection.(after replacing said tire)

Amazing service, the workers are extremely friendly and the prices are good with good quality. They also do more then you pay for. Every time I’ve gone they have been super fast and helpful. They also don’t take advantage and come up with different things to fix when it’s unnecessary.

Do not use this place. A family member took a car in due to noise from the rear end of the car. They replaced a tensioner and idler pulley on the motor. A few months later the car locks up on the highway almost causing an accident and the rear end had run out of fluid, a bearing gave out, and sent the pinion gear into the ring gear. We are now having to do much more expensive and major repairs due to Grease Monkey not taking the time to look and see a leak from the differential cover and even opening it up to check. Will not recommend to anyone we know and lucky nothing worse happened due to their failure to properly troubleshoot an issue,

I called prior to going, and the service was great. They even have indoor seating with snacks while you wait.

Just had my oil changed here. The guys were professional and very friendly. Had no problems with them - no attempts to upsale, no attempts to suddenly fix xyz that wasnt broken before showing up etc. etc. They were quick and straight to the point showed me a breakdown list of the prices for what I wanted picked one and they went to work.They were extremely fast (around 20 minutes with others in the lobby). Their lobby is clean and very nice even with it being kinda small. - Bonus they offer free snacks and drinks in the lobby too (cokes, as well as water)Highly recommend them after visiting and will be using them from now on.

If you bought a Groupon for this company Grease Monkey in the Denton Texas location they won’t honor it. Fortunately I found out via phone call before I took my car in for the oil change.Update… the owner of the company called me and completely righted the wrong. There was a miscommunication with Groupon’s that had already been purchased. So if you have purchased a Groupon for an oil change at grease monkey at the Denton location they will honor them. 😊👍

This has to be the most professional mechanic shop Ive been to. The mechanics here are vey friendly and treat you like a human being. Its hard to find a good mechanic, but Reza and his crew are the most trustworthy mechanics in Denton. I would 100% come back for work on my car and recommend to anyone in need of a good mechanic.

It was my first time there and I was really impressed from the moment I drove up! The waiting area was clean and nicely decorated. I came here to get a quick State Inspection done as well as rotate my tires. The guys were professional, quick and the shop was well kept up - especially their restrooms, so clean and nice! I was cheerfully greeted upon arrival and quickly taken care of. I had just purchased new wiper blades which were laying on the floor of my car. I asked if they could install them for me and they were happy to do so. I was not charged for the wiper install.I found their service to be prompt and professional. I will be back.

I needed a new radiator and a/c condenser as well as some other repairs. I got estimates from several shops. Grease monkey was not only less expensive, but honest. They did not charge labor on the condenser as labor was paid for on the radiator installation Also a vet discount.

Grease Monkey has an amazing staff. Every employee Ive interacted with has been professional, polite, and willing to listen. Theyve offered me rides back to my apartment for the times Ive had to leave my car there overnight for power steering repairs. They even cleaned the engine of my car at no charge in order to correctly diagnose my power steering leak. These people are fair and trustworthy, which is exactly what this college town needs.

Went in for a simple oil change, and I was in and out of there within the hour. The people I worked with were not only polite and respectful, but also extremely quick.

Great service. Someone was there to help once we pulled in. Oil change was fast and the additional checks the technicians did discovered I needed an air filter. I knew I needed to change it, but was pleased with their approach. They showed me my old one, a new with the price and their recommendation, but leaving the decision to change it completely up to me. Honest technicians with friendly people, highly recommend this location.

Got an oil change. Next day found a coolant leak. Took the car back in and they fixed the coolant leak for free. Not many shops would do that so im very appreciative and would recommend.

My car was brought in for an oil change, state inspection, new windshield wipers and tire rotation. Jeremy immediately greeted us, was very welcoming and friendly, offered us water, coffee and cookies while we waited and was just so pleasant. The professionalism is amazing. I also had my brakes done, front and back, and had my entire brake system replaced. I believe that I am their most returned customer.The first thing I will say, is that these guys are professional. They will not yank you around with prices, they offer fair valuations and are up front every step of the way. Reza and Eric, and all the techs in the shop continue to amaze me with their speed of service and honesty. I will be a lifetime customer.Every time I have brought my car in, the guys in the shop have worked tirelessly to get me back on the road, even staying for hours after closing time multiple nights a week to get the job done. These guys know their cars, and they have the work ethic to boot. If anything I want to say thank you for being such a great shop, and proving that mechanics can be honest and decent people, despite some bad stereotypes. My son is a recent UNT Grad who decide to stay in Denton for awhile. He has used this repair shop exclusively. They are the ABSOLUTE best!!! They are upfront with pricing, explain problems and what is needed to fix them- and do not try to take advantage. He recently took in his vehicle because it was making a noise...they diagnosed the issue, and gave him a cost to repair. While repairing that problem, they came across another problem- and (because they did not catch that issue while doing their diagnostic) DID NOT charge him for the additional repairs!!!

Amazing service and fair prices.One of the owners, Eric, stayed after hours to have my car ready for me. He didn’t have to do this and I even told him I was completely okay with leaving my car with them for as long as they needed. They used original Honda parts and high quality Mobil 1 oil on my car. They were completely transparent with me through out the process and texted me updates and photos as well. It feels great finding a good honest place. I will definitely be back when I need my car serviced or repaired. I greatly appreciate all the time and effort that went into repairing my car.

As a woman, the staff at GM Denton really do make me feel like im part of their family. They go above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and provide top notch service to my vehicle. They go over my vehicle with me and keep me informed about it without making me feel dumb. The best part about GM Denton is they do all of this for a great price! No over pricing you for parts or labor. I had an issue with my engine and the owners before GM Denton wanted to charge me over $1000 to change it because of it being an engine issue. But GM Denton only charged me less than half of what the previous guys charged me for what they(GM) described as easy fixes (even with the issue being on the engine). I am so thankful that I took another chance on this place (after seeing there was a name change/new company). These guys are the best!

Went in for an oil change just after the new owners purchased it. Everything went smooth, the service was quick and I had no problems after I left. Since then, I have noticed that the store is being completely renovated and it is clearly a much different place than what the previous owners ran. While my experience was very professional, the shop now looks the part as well. 10/10 will visit again.

I just moved to the denton area, and this place is just down the road from me...literally. The guys here are super nice and dont speak to me like Im just some witless female. Ive visited this establishment 3 times now, and have ZERO complaints to make. .... Also its the CLEANEST service station i have ever seen.

Came here for an oil change and a state inspection and they were nothing but professional and straightforward. Didnt try to upsell me on anything, and even though I failed the first inspection (battery issue) when I came back the gentleman who greeted me had me back in my car in less than 5 minutes! The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because nobody was wearing facemasks, which should at least be on when speaking with customers.

I used to visit korean auto reparing shop in Harry Hines. One day after moving in Denton, my car did not start. I visited the nearest auto shop, which is the Grease Monkey, and they found out the engine was the problem. After fixing the engine, they waived some labor fee for the minor problem on my car.They suggested me fair, reasonable price, and fixed my car just perfectly. Their job was even better than the korean auto shop.
