I took two of my vehicles for Inspection, the first thing I noticed is how clean the place is, I mean, the waiting room is spotless! second, how professional and kind everyone I spoke to was during my visit and third, the Inspection was done expeditiously and I was on my way back in no time. This is the kind of place you want to return to.

Professional and transparent. You can watch from outside seating how attentive they are to each car they process. It wont be a 5 minute deal because they are actually checking the tires, topping off liquids, vacuuming the front footwell, and such. But, the work is done in a timely manner nonetheless. They seem like cool people too.

I have been going to this place for years and they are reliable, affordable and very fast lube and inspections place. The also provide tire rotation and general auto repairs at a very responable price. Jon is a good guy and will tell ya how it is with out pushing you to spend.

I change my oil when I have the time a do service my own vehicles but when I don’t have the time or want to get dirty I bring them here. Best service, always friendly, and go out of their way to get whatever I need done quick, and easy. Would always recommend this place for general service.

A very kind mechanic sat down with me to help me understand some issues with my car and help me come to an conclusion. I didn’t feel rushed or hurried; they talked to me like an old friend and made the normally-stressful process of handling car problems feel very easy. They even offered to let me stay and finish my studying in their warm, quiet waiting room after my car was fixed!Seriously could not say enough good things about this place. Took my car in for a full synthetic oil change. There was no wait at all! We were in and out within 15 min and the price was so reasonable. $30 LESS than what another place quoted me. Will definitely be coming back.

Awesome customer service, very quick and efficiently run business. Ive never had a bad experience with these guys, and have always been in and out within an hour. The only issue Ive had is that the construction on the road makes it hard to enter their parking lot. 🤣 Not a complaint on the business as much as it is on the city of Denton construction plan.

Great place! I went here multiple times while I was a student at UNT. They are very quick and friendly! They also dont try to sell you on all of the other things that need to get done.

Jon and his team were very attentive and honest with how they were evaluating my car. At the time, I took it in for a check engine light and they sat with it for 3 hours only to realize it was a problem out of their control. They were kind enough to not charge me for labor because they themselves stated they did not feel comfortable charging for something they did not do. Most places would take advantage of that time and charge a fortune.Over all, I recommend coming here for any of your oil changes or general fixes of your vehicles. Very charismatic and humble owner with employees who follow the same motto.

I had to bring my 2013 Genesis Coupe 3.8GT in a few month’s back for routine maintenance - they didn’t have a cabin filter for the model, so they called all the different shops in Denton and had one delivered and had it installed all in less than an hour.They are always very kind out here, quick to greet you as soon as you pull up, and the owner and all staff are very knowledgeable. Several times on a slow weekday morning I’ve had the pleasure of talking to the staff; they are very enthusiastic and polite and easy to get along with.

I absolutely love this establishment! Great customer service, quick, efficient and they are honest with you about your car. A couple weeks ago my break light came on and I went to another shop to get them checked they quoted me $300 for all new breaks I went in today and all I needed was break fluid! So this place is a 10/10 :)

Was recommended by my mechanic and thought I would stop by on my lunch to see if I could drop my vehicle off. Right away I was met with an employee on the parking lot, and my car was whisked away. Within 15 minutes I was on my way back to work with time to spare. Very clean facility as well. Definitely recommend!

Friendly, quick, and fairly priced. You will not meet a better group of people. Ive gotten my differential fluid filled and checked multiple times here over the years, as well as other vehicle fluids.

I called Jons to ask about some work done on a vehicle after I was lied to at the Car Dealership. They took my phone call and went back in there records and was able to verify what work had been done by the previous owner. They were very helpful and friendly. I couldnt have asked for anything else. I highly recommend this shop. If I am ever in Denton, Texas I may just have to stop by and buy them lunch.

They were going to do an inspection. I think someone took apart my bumper and did not pop it back on into place very well. I caught it before it became a problem but could have been bad if it started dragging or something before I realized that the bolts were not bolted back on properly. Then when I changed the headlight the cap that protects the headlight was screwed on wrong and all jammed up and misaligned. They were fast to get me in and they seemed nice so 3 stars... I just hope they pay better attention when putting cars back together in the future.

Amazing place with even better customer service!!!! So long story short I had my oil changed here two days ago and noticed my oil on the truck was already low. So I called Jon who then called a tow truck and had them pick it up from my home and bring it to his shop where he worked after hours to fix it. He then drove the truck back to my house and took care of everything at no charge. I don’t know of anywhere or anyone else that has such a kind and caring staff that goes above and beyond for their customers! BEST IN DENTON FOR SURE!!

I have been going to Jon’s for many years. Recently I had a dear friend that needed her headlight repaired. It was shorting out because water kept getting inside it. She had been to different places and they would change the bulb but it just kept getting wet and out again!!!I was in California and I called Jon and told him I wanted to send my friend over to him to take a look. I told her that he was honest and reasonable, I always took my cars to him.I wanted to pay for it to help my friend out, so I asked Jon if he would take my card info over the phone. He said that would be no problem, I gave him all the information.My friend and her son went to Jon’s and he fixed her all up, had to drill a hole in it so the water would drain out and stop shorting it out!! She was thrilled to finally get someone that knew how to really fix it right!I was happy to help her. Weeks went by and I finally called because being out of town I was checking my bank and never saw a transaction go through my account. I called and spoke to Jon to find out, he said it was all good... he had taken care of it and no problem. He knew she needed help and he knew I was out of town with a family emergency. What a Great Man to take care of his customers in so many kind and caring ways.We will always be loyal customers to such an honest and caring business owner.

These guys are great, I came in on a Saturday 10 minutes after they closed (unknowingly). I offered to come back another day and they refused, took my car in and got my oil changed no problems. They offer a student discount and they staff is friendly and very helpful.

Recommended to me from a coworker that has used them for over 10 years. It hasnt been a disappointment. Ive been there with 5 of our vehicles and they havent led me astray or over charged me at any time.If it wasnt for Ralph and Brian I wouldnt sold an old vehicle because of another shop saying it would be $2,500 to fix. They had me bring it up and they looked at it and knew the real problem. They took care of it for under $900!My experience is there will be an explanation with what they advise that you need and give you options if there are any. It may not be the cheaper than others but you know that they are willing to do the job and do it the right! That is rare to find nowadays. Usually its all about the money and you dont get this feeling here. Well, at least I havent.Relaxed atmosphere, good people and great service. BIGGEST KUDOS to John, Ralph, Mary and Brian that have helped me a awful lot.Youve got a customer for life with this service, honesty and atmosphere!

The name says it all! Jons EZ Lube! My husband took our car in this week for an inspection and oil change. One of Jons personnel greeted him in the parking lot and asked what services were needed. The car was completed within 40 minutes even though there were at least 3 other cars being serviced. This is the second time we have used Jons EZ Lube and we will be back. Friendly, helpful service!!
