ABCD detailing did a great job on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee! He was right on time at the 9am appointment and was done by 11am with a fully clean car. He gave me great advice on how to help keep my trunk clean since I am a construction project manager and have a lot mud and dirt throughout the car from work usage. I would recommend him for any at home detailing needed!

We hired ABCD to detail our truck after a soda exploded in the cup holder, we figured the gold package would cover that but we were bumped up to platinum ($200) when he arrived. Not a problem we were interested in the services at platinum ($200) anyway. I mention the price because I did not get a $200 detail at all, I didnt even get all the soda cleaned up.The guy who came to do the detail drove my car into my FRONT YARD to wash it. Still dont know why. Left my hose out and a sunshade that was in the window in the yard. We pointed out some of the spots in the interior that had obviously not been cleaned and he came back out later in the afternoon and wiped up the spots we pointed out but didnt take the time to look around for anything else and missed some pretty glaring spots. Headrests still soda. Windows all streaked. Nooks cracks all completely overlooked.Basically paid $200 for work I couldve had the kid up the block do for $20. Complete ripoff.

I called John on Friday and he had a busy schedule and couldn’t fit me in until Monday, I told him I was going car shopping this weekend and he reached back with me and squeezed me in the next day. I live close by so he offered to drop me off. Service was done fast and he included 4 free floor mats!

My car was covered in dirt and leaves and hadn’t been detailed in years. Now, it looks and smells like a brand new car. I am so happy with the results!

Reached out over Facebook to receive a quote, was told by him to google him because of “how good he was”. Then told he didn’t want to service me because of my request for simple proof of his quality of work. Don’t trust this guy he seems he would do the bare minimum and take your money!EDIT: after making my above review, the owner (Jonathan Long) reached out over Facebook (where he previously blocked me after refusing my service when requesting pictures of his work). Where he stated that he had gone through my google and Facebook account to find things like, where I live, work, etc. He then proceeded to threaten to show up to my work and have me fired and find where I live so that he can what I only presume harm me. This is a direct quote from his messages to me. “I’m telling you this will not work out for you I will show up where your at”Jonathan (the owner of this company) sent me around 15 messages and photos of my work and personal vehicle threatening me to remove my true and honest review of his company.Please do not use this mans services! He is threatening me and is not somebody I would recommend allowing to show up to your house and trust with your vehicle!Edit 2: Jonathan has still persisted to stalk me and try to scare me into deleting my true and honest review of his character representing his business.
