I am very impressed with Hyundai and this dealership. My Sonata had engine problems and I had it towed here. They replaced the engine and gave me a brand new car to drive while it was being worked on. All of this was done free of charge even though my car had over 100k miles on it. Its hard to find companies that stand behind what they sell but Hyundai definitely does. You have earned a customer for life.
Great overall experience! Tony was able to get the Palisade that I wanted and Ryan was able to save me a huge chunk on financing by getting me a lower rate with a local credit union. I was treated like a VIP and couldnt be happier with my purchase and the bottom line. Will definitely be back!
Tony made my buying experience as easy as possible. Only dealer I shopped at that had transparent pricing without any surprise add ons . Charlie in finance was very easy to deal with. Service Department charged us $100 to release our totaled vehicle to insurance. No explanation but wouldnt release until we paid. We paid just to get the claim closed. An inquiry was sent to the manager of the Service Department. I did receive a call the next day but when I asked the manager for an explanation of the charge he said he would have to research and get back with me. Never heard back... that was over three weeks ago.In response to the below... we did not authorize anything to be done. We advised the service advisor that we wanted to wait for the insurance adjuster to look at the car. Highly disappointed in the way this was handled.
Service was expedient. Staff polite. Checked in car promptly upon arrival. The facility is clean and comfortable while you wait for your car. Other issues discovered during service was quickly and efficiently dealt with.
From the sales people to the financial offices, these are some of the most transparent, hospitable sales people I have ever been around. I returned my car for the issue I was having with an update to the radio / voice control it was an issue that was downloaded see my car, not do too the service center but from Hyundai, which took out features that I like and made voice control harder. The service manager tried his best to try to fix this issue, for this I will continue to return to this dealership for my service. I only wish that they would make an update they will take my car back to the original way I bought it, I might have to trade it in on another vehicle……..

Secondly, Ive gone to different places to get my car serviced since then, but this place is by far the best! I never feel like they are trying to sell me things I dont need which a lot of places tend to do. Prices are decent and staff is always caring!

From the minute I walked in, to the minute I drove away in my new 2022 Tucson, Lance, and the other dealership personnel who assisted in the process, made my car-buying experience as quick, efficient, and informative as I needed. No fluff or unnecessary pushiness to buy a bunch of extra things, just answered the questions I had, presented the information they knew I needed, and got the necessary paperwork together in a timely, efficient manner, which was so very appreciated. I felt that they gave me a very fair price on my trade-in as well. Additionally, Lance gave me the weekend to experience my new car and followed up in a timely manner to see how I was liking it. And beyond the exceptional customer service, the car itself is outstanding. It was the only 2022 Tucson on the lot (possibly in DFW, period) and had just been dropped off at the dealership the night before, and despite it being a new body-style with some newer features, Lance was able to present it to me as if theyd had it for weeks, listing off and instructing me how to use the various features it has to offer. And anything we didnt cover that day, I was able to easily figure out myself while venturing through the large, user-friendly, intuitive touch-screen display menu, thorough user manual, and even some helpful YouTube videos about the car. Ive had two Mercedes and a family member just got a brand new BMW X5 with all the bells and whistles, and I can safely say that the 2022 Tucson (Limited) is right in line with those brands in terms of luxury, comfort, functionality, and features, yet at a fraction of the cost! Any friend or family member who has been in the car has been blown away as well. Ive never been happier or felt better about a car purchase in my life! Smaller dealership, right off 35 so not hard to get to, but the lot is a little cramped. Cant say much about the sales staff because last time I was there looking around no one came out to say anything to me, which was nice because the car I was initially on my way up there to look at sold right before I got there, but from a sales standpoint I found it very surprising and no one at least asked me what I was looking for - they dis email me the next day as a follow-up, but I had already purchased a car elsewhere.

On 8/23/21 I went to Eckert Hyundai in Denton, Texas to look for a new vehicle after an accident totaled our car. Our sales rep gave us a list of vehicles in transit that included the car we wanted (Genesis GV70 3.5T ) and a few others, and we went home to consider our options. The next morning the sales person emailed us a list of the cars and prices, the one we wanted wad $2000 above sticker but $1000 below the listed internet price. Later we switch to texting and the salesperson again confirms the price of the car we want in writing as the same as in email the night before. We decide that while not ideal, this is acceptable in the current market and call to give a $500 deposit over the phone and verbally confirm the VIN of the car and the offered price once again.Minutes later, after charging my card, the salesperson calls me back to tell me his GSM won’t do the deal since it was $1000 under the advertised price and they do not offer discounts. I ask for the GSM to call me.Jeff Eckert calls me. He apologizes for his salesperson being wrong but refuses to honor the offered value (which is still $2000 above sticker). He refuses any further discussion and tells me that I am being completely unreasonable to expect him to honor a price given to me in writing, twice, by an authorized agent of his dealership. He does offer my $500 back, which was of course an absolute necessity since it paid to them under false pretenses, but Jeff Eckert makes no other attempt to find a middle ground or honor the price his salesperson offered. Jeff repeatedly cuts me off mid-sentence, not allowing me to finish talking. He ends the call with “I said I’m sorry, what else do you want me to do? You’re not being reasonable. There’s nothing I can do about this. “However, there were many ways to solve the problem such as… Honor the price which is still a massive markup for them, find a middle ground on price, offer an extended warranty package at discount, or for free, offer an extended term of free maintenance, offer discounts on upgrades, take a cut off the commission since the salesperson made the error…... The bottom line is that it shouldn’t be the customer’s job to find the solution when the dealer makes a mistake, but Jeff offered no solution other than a metaphorical single digit extended in my direction. He blamed the customer for being unreasonable to expect a written offer that was above sticker to be honored.Before Jeff Eckert or another dealer rep comes here to explain that they are sorry they could not meet my desired price and wish me well, it would be instructive for the reader to know that I received effusive apologies from multiple senior executives of Genesis when I reached out with my story. Genesis Corporate has bent over backwards to make sure that I know that Jeff’s behavior was not appropriate, and to make sure I am a completely satisfied customer that will come back to the brand in the future despite the “bait and switch” tactics employed by Jeff Eckert (and that’s a direct quote FROM a Genesis senior executive about what happened to me). Note to the customer, when a Senior Executive of a company of this size is calling you daily on their personal cell phone to make sure everything is being handled correctly, you know the dealer screwed up.What is also lost on Jeff is that the $1000 he thought he was earning by not honoring that price will likely cost him much more than $1000 by not having a repeat customer, not having a customer that brings their car in for service, and by other people shying away from his dealership based on my experience and others like me that share their stories. It’s a short term mindset that does not favor the customer, nor themselves. Treat your customers well and they will pay you back time and time again.Despite that, Genesis makes an amazing vehicle, one to certainly consider if you are in the BMW/Audi/MB market. You will enjoy buying it from a different dealer :)

Just purchased a new 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe from Eckert Hyundai. I worked with Tony Hung and have to say what a great car buying experience this was! I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process was. I picked out the vehicle online after having reviewed all my options. I selected the deal that I was targeting and made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Tony still walked me through some other options that were available just in case I wanted to consider them. He then let us test drive the car on or own . The vehicle was amazing - it had all the bells and whistles that was advertised. After the test drive, it must have taken about 30 minutes to seal the deal ... enough time to detail the vehicle! Quick, smooth and an altogether very pleasant experience! I would highly recommend this dealership!
Dylan the service manager was amazing. We were in town for two funerals and our car was vandalized. The service agent on the phone said they wouldnt work on it till July 1 at. This was June 24th. We couldnt wait a week to get back to Colorado. The staff needs training in empathy and what constitutes as an emergency and that sometimes things need to be squeezed in. Dylan understood our situation and kept us from getting into a more dangerous situation by ordering us a wheel and had the car fixed and back on the road for Colorado within 18 hours. Amazing service and Ill be recommending this dealership and Dylan to all of my Texas friends and family

I have had a very interesting experience with Eckert Hyundai the past few days. I wanted to share my story. On Saturday I took my car in for an oil change and to fix my broken hood release cable. They were very busy that day. Even though I had an appointment, I waited for 2 hours and eventually they told me they couldnt get my hood to release so they could do the oil change and I would have to come back another day. I was really upset and wanted to write a bad review at that point, but Im glad I didnt. I went back on Monday morning and Daryl totally took care of me. They were able to finally get my hood open and do the oil change. They did not charge me the $79 diagnostic they originally quoted me and they didnt charge me for the oil change either, since I had to come back a second time to get it done. I have to go back again next week for them to do some other stuff, but they really took care of me today and made things right. As the marketing manager of a small business in Denton, I really value good customer service and taking care of your customers. And, I know how important Google reviews are. Daryl really earned this 5-star review today. I can now leave for our spring break road trip tomorrow feeling better about driving my car. Thank you!

I am not a review writer but having experienced bad dealerships and good in my life buying cars this one is an excellent place to do business. We purchased my daughter a car here last month and Alex was a great sales person. They are transparent on pricing, honest, respect your timeto get you in and out fast and use no pressure. When confronted with another dealership price Alex responded professionally to make sure the car and all out the door fees were “apples to apples”. We probably contacted at least six Hyundai dealerships looking for her car and came back here because of Alex and Eckert team. I definitely would recommend them!
According to the employee I spoke with, they are charging $5k over MSRP for all new cars due to the chip shortage affecting availability. I dont care if theyre going for $5k under sticker next time Im looking for a car, Ill avoid this dealership going forward for taking advantage of customers like this.

First off I would like to preface that I have been going to Huffines Hyundai in Plano, where after multiple attempts, they were unable to fix the simple issue of a malfunctioning air conditioner. When I brought my car in to Eckert Hyundai, I knew I was in good hands right away with Jakob and, as no surprise to me, the dealership took care of me and fixed my issue on the first try.
Sad!!I have to drive to Lewisville to find out about the coverage of my guaranty be cause you people Do not call to verify.The told me I need to get DIAGNOSED before and I responsible to paid 149.95Very disappointed😞😞😞I do have a full coverage they do cover everything EXCEPT oil changed
Worst experience ever. Thinking that you are getting a suv that you put money down on, only to walk off the lot with nothing. Waited a month and a half for a Palisade to come in. It was delayed 3 times. Our sales person really didnt know anything and ran our credit to 22 different banks which messed our credit up. Had to go to another dealship that gave a way better deal and incentives.....i would never go to Eckert Hyundai again believe that!!!!!

I had my eye on a beautiful Nissan, and when I arrived I was told that it was in the shop getting a new air compressor. The person I spoke to said hed let me know when it would be done so I could test drive it. The entire day went by, and even when I texted him, he did not respond right away, and almost a week later, I still have not heard from him. I am now the proud owner of a brand new gorgeous Kia Rio from Huffines Kia.

Our main carperson Stan is retired so we were a little concerned with finding someone who could treat us as well as him. Tony did amazing in that regard. He was so nice and kind. Went to Eckert for my 2014 Hyundai Azera oil change had a coupon for $38.95 for oil change and tire rotation. They charged me 66.63 with the coupon and told me it was because my car took 6 quarts of oil instead of the normal 5 quarts. This was my first time spending that much for a oil change since management has changed I guess prices have increased. Also after I left check in light came due to air cleaner assembly not properly connected.

I went with my daughter to buy a used car and within the first few days there were many problems with the car. There was a lack of steering fluid, and NO front brake pads AT ALL. Was told when we purchased the car that it was inspected, but if it truly was inspected, these issues would have been checked, reported, and repaired before they let me and my daughter drive the car off the lot. It is very obvious that all they wanted to do was make a sale and do not care about the safety of the people they sell these cars to.
Forgot to wrote my experience about this place that I bought my Mustang last year. I worked with Tony, it was a fantastic experience. I really appreciated that he did not play the dealer games, was fast in getting the car for us for a test drive and for paperwork. My car has been running smoothly thus far
